The hotel is a bit run down, the bed was hard, and sat on a metal frame so when you moved it made noise. The room was clean, but the floors must be very thin because you could hear all the walking (stomping) on the floor above you. The breakfast was mediocre at best, I went down about 8:30 and all that was left was 2 small muffins, 1 prepackaged waffle and like 3 small microwave small biscuit with sausage. No butter, no jelly.. they said breakfast was between 7-9, at least try and keep a few things out for those of us that may not get up at the crack of dawn. It was super close to the galleria so if your gonna shop it’s in a good location.

It was ok once I got settled I slept peacefully but I had to switch rooms because the dryer broke then my second room phone didn’t work but the staff helped where they could. And it has a smell like a food smell lingering thru the halls

The bath tub was so filthy and dirty… no one was intending to the front desk. Please don’t stay at this place.

The place was horrific. Upon entering, the lobby was dark and muggy. The smell was an overwhelming odor of weed and curry/cooked noodles. My plastic key fell straight through the key slot and I was unable to open the door. They changed our room and there were pubes on the bed sheets. Maggots were found under the microwave. They agreed to refund our money but we haven’t received the refund.

The hotel is in desperate need of updates. The hallway carpet is dirty and threadbare, the laminate in my room was damaged, and the shower head was missing. The elevator smelled like curry and the hallways smelled like mildew and weed. There were hairs in my bed, but I had my own blanket so I threw that down and slept on it.
