Loved the pool on the 2nd floor nice little view it had relaxing

Great location for SoFi. Only complaint is the tightness of parking spots but understand you do what you can with property size.

Pool was dirty.

Very clean and conveniently located off 405 freeway. Underground parking for $10 per night. Only 1 elevator so you had to wait sometimes to use such. Would stay again.

Overall the room was clean. The pool and spa however completely disgusting. Water was green and smelled horrible.

The property was clean and updated. Breakfast was good. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste but that’s just me. The only minus is the pool/spa area. That could use an upgrade. Otherwise I would definitely stay again.

The hot tub and pool area need renovation

Good hotel. Pillows were terrible, beds were good, very clean room, good strong shower, hot water was limited but not cold, parking is tight but safe and clean, breakfast is standard but good (waffles, sausage, eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, fruit, juices, milk, coffee, yogurt, and more). I would give it 8/10 for the price I paid ($200/night). Elevator can be an issue too, from 7:00am-10:00pm I was always waiting for the elevator.

Smaller side of rooms and bathroom was very outdated and didn’t have an exhaust fan so it got VERY humid. Location is honestly ghetto and parking is tight, BUT close to food and airport and breakfast was a plus! Personally kids thought pool was small, even though the view was a liquor store and el pollo loco it was cool having rooftop pool IMO!

When we got into our room there was long hair in the bedding of the sleeper sofa. They tried giving us another room but that one the bathroom sink was plugged and really dirty. I asked for a clean room and they said they didn't have any more. We had to stay in the 1st room offered to us and we had to change the bedding ourselves.

I was disappointed the room was a little dumpy. The shade was all tattered. They’re stains all over the carpet.

There were roaches in my room.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. First off, the elevator was broken during our visit, and we had to carry three heavy bags up multiple flights of stairs. The walls were paper thin—we could clearly hear people talking in the halls well into the night. While this wasn’t completely unbearable, it definitely made it hard to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Worst of all, the smell in our room was so strong and unpleasant that I had to keep my mouth covered for quite a while just to tolerate it. It wasn’t just us either—my husband saw another family in the hallway complaining about the same thing, so clearly this was more than an isolated issue. The smell was marijuana/something of that nature. It never subsided the entire stay- it really was horrible and had we been booked here for another longer I would have asked for a refund (we were only here less than 15 hrs while we waited for another flight) We ended up spending over $40 on an Uber one way and over $15 on the return trip. In the end, the money we saved by booking this hotel wasn’t worth the inconvenience, discomfort, and poor experience. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others.

Quiet and clean!

I have no complaints. There is a shopping center across the street with food options. Its very close to LAX. The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. Not a great view...i was facing a parking lot and the main street but thats due to the specific room i had. The Wi-Fi connection worked very well also.

The room had a really bad smell

Room was great! The jetted bathtub was a dream! Rooms are quiet, the hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Two elevators that quick. They need more carts. I did ask someone to clean up the smoking area and they never did.

My room was outdated with beat up furniture . It smelled moldy and I found a hairball in the shower which had the hot and cold water the wrong way because it was installed backwards . Not exactly a place I’d dream of returning to

Great place for a quick overnight stay when leaving/arriving thru LAX. Stayed for one night before my outbound flight from LAX. Very nice room on the 4th floor. Clean, bright, well equipped and with a seating area. Parking was only $10, and underground parking garage was easy to navigate and felt safe. Area around the hotel feels a bit unsafe with homeless people, but that is of no fault of the hotel.

The room was clean and it was a great atmosphere. However, the walls are too thin made me wake up through out the night. The morning was horrible! Constantly hearing kids yelling and dogs barking.

Window AC was making lot of noise because of which I was not able to sleep properly. Because of this, I don't want to stay again but if I stay again, ensure that I request for a room with a window AC that doesn't make noise

Rooms are spacious and modern.

We stayed one king bed room. It was old but renovated so felt really new. The room was huge!!!!! We enjoyed the stay!

The hotel itself was nice—very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. You could tell it had been recently updated, though there were a few minor details that could’ve used more attention, like the bathroom paint job, which wasn’t the best. Still, overall, the condition and cleanliness were solid. The breakfast was great, too. The location felt a little sketchy, with some homeless individuals wandering nearby. One frustrating experience I had was when I went to breakfast and accidentally left my key in the room, only having my phone on me. When I asked the front desk for a replacement key, they refused because I didn’t have my ID—despite the fact that it was the same person who had checked me in the day before. He asked if I had a photo of my ID on my phone, which I didn’t, since it was in my room. I offered a reasonable solution: have someone walk with me to the room, and I’d show them my ID once inside. I also pointed out that they took a copy of my ID at check-in, and I could verify everything on it. He told me they didn’t have a copy on file—which was confusing, since I know they took one. I completely understand the need for security, but I can’t be the first person who’s ever locked themselves out. A little common sense and flexibility would’ve gone a long way. I did eventually get back into my room, but it took way more time and hassle than it should be

The hotel was what I expected. My problem is that they charged me $100 more per night than what I booked. When I called to question it, I was told the Manager would call me. That was 3 days ago and no call.

Prince the General Manager is very helpful and very caring when we arrived. We got checked in immediately and got a room overlooking the pool on the top floor. The room was better than we imagined... Roomy, comfortable, large TV and close to the elevator and the secluded secure parking under the Hotel. On our next trip to LA we will certainly stay at this Best Western Plus...

The front desk staff are extremely helpful. I really appreciate how they were able to assist us with our luggage and other information we requested. I was quite impressed.

Everything about this hotel was bad. First she gave me keys to the wrong room, so before I was even able to park, she called me and asked to return to the lobby. Then she gave me keys to the room that wasn’t cleaned, sheets were covered in semen from someone’s night before. (See photos attached). Finally she gave me keys to another room which seemed more or less clean. However, walls are extra thing and it was extremely loud. If that was the only thing, I wouldn’t even post here. But the person from the front desk had the audacity to call me at 3 am and and start asking stupid questions. Do you have a car? Yes. Did you park your car with us? Yes, I filled out the form and got a parking pass. Like what is wrong with you, you have all that info in the system and you call me at this time? “Oh yeah haha sorry to bother you haha”. Seriously? I travel for work. I could’ve stayed here for another night, but not after this.

It was great. Great service with kitchen staff during breakfast. I injured my right hand and was wearing a cast, the staff didn’t hesitate to help me with my favor waffles.

We got to the hotel around 1:30 and they said the room wasn’t ready, which was fine except for how absolutely rude the desk staff was about it. It’s fine to say check in is at 3, but she gave us so much attitude for saying we would just hang out in the lobby and if something was ready early, great, if not, no big deal. She said it didn’t matter whether a room was ready because check in was at 3 and she wasn’t checking us in. Again, her attitude and demeanor were so rude and unfriendly. We left and came back around 2:40, and she still refused to check us in, so we just waited in the lobby. The desk clerk was openly talking negatively about us to her colleague. Another guest came and she said the same thing to which he challenged her as it was now 2:50, so she began checking him in and we questioned her, so someone finally checked us in too. It’s one thing to have a policy, and another thing to trip On power to the point that you make check in unpleasant and uncomfortable. She also ran a card on file from my Expedia despite me selecting to pay at the hotel and telling her (from the first time I tried to check in) that I wanted to use a different card. Overall it just felt like we were in a weird power play for no reason, and the desk clerks made the start of our trip really uncomfortable. The hotel itself js fine- really sticky and muggy in hallways and elevator (only one elevator so it takes a while, plan for that!) the area is pretty unsafe at night but close to sofi so ok..

Close to airport, not terribly expensive, it’s a best western, it gets the job done.

We stayed here because of the location between SoFi stadium and crypto.com arena. It worked well for that. Staff is great.

Old hotel on a major road and interstate...however surprisingly quiet and clean...good location if your going to SOFI or Intuit Dome as you can walk....older neighborhood but felt safe..however price was ridiculous for this location

4 stars because great location near LAX at more affordable price. Waking up and I’m having short drive to LAX really helped and made it worth it. Breakfast was available and helped with costs. Staff was nice. Directly across street from 7/11, Panda Express, Pollo Loco, and Little Caesars for convenience. Hotel is dated and needs maintenance/updating, our room bathroom lighting was broken. Good night sleep.

The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but overall good hotel.

Great stay - we had a room with two queens and a double which was perfect for our family outing to the Chargers game. Very conveniently located close to airport and SOFi stadium. Breakfast included hot items and was convenient.

We stayed here for the proximity to SoFi. The area isn’t the best, but it was easy to get to and from, park, check in, and we had a nice stay. The breakfast was reliable. The parking area is tight but not too hard to maneuver. There is only one elevator but we didn’t have to wait too long for it most times. Our room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was good for the price, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the included breakfast it's ok.

I would have given five stars but the bed was uncomfortable. They charge for everything but it is known and not hidden. The breakfast was amazing and I like that it was different options available daily. All the staff was friendly, the front desk (morning and night), the kitchen staff and housekeeping. I would stay again just upgrade the bedding.

It was a great stay. Beds were comfortable it was close to the highway to get places fast, plenty of food nearby. I saw some reviews about noise from airport. We had planes flying right by our window and we didn’t hear any outside noise the 3 days we stayed. The hotel was a little older you could tell but they look updated. Everything was great and the breakfast was really good also! The front desk day and night was friendly and helpful whenever needed. The breakfast attendants and the housekeepers all did an excellent job. This was our first stay in California and I’d stay again.it was a reasonable price stay and much cheaper parking fee than other hotels. Thank you!

Pleasant and Quiet. The included breakfast is outstanding with fresh fruit, waffle makers, sausage, fried and scrambled eggs and a wide assortment of cereals. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However there is no airport transfer. Uber and Taxi work well

Excellent staff and service. Could use some cosmetic upgrades but you’ll be taken care of very well. Also probably the best hotel breakfast out there.
