There were numerous dining options available, along with shopping facilities. Jay in the restaurant provided exceptional service and demonstrated extensive knowledge in the bar area. The breakfast was excellent. The Lucius Oil Stadium is nearby, offering a variety of engaging experiences.

Front desk staff and hulman bar were amazing. Very accommodating and friendly had all the answers to questions and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. 6th floor bartenders were a different experience altogether. It was busy and they seemed short staffed at least that’s what they said. I understand that bartending can be a stressful job but telling your guests all the things you have to do before they get to you several times just seems unprofessional. For the price of the drinks I would expect them to have all the components listed on the menu and made well, they weren’t. Overall we had a great experience. Maybe the 6th floor was just having a bad night but we didn’t even finish our drinks and went to another bar to finish our night. Front desk and downstairs bar couldn’t have been better.

Very cool, modern rooms! Ours was huge! The rooftop bar was great place to hang out after the Fever game. It’s a 2 minute walk to Gainbridge Arena.

Overall nice property- clean and well maintained. Valet and front desk were very kind and helpful. Rooftop bar was rented out for a private event so that was disappointing.

Nice hotel and good sized rooms. Friendly staff. Decent gym. But as others have said the rooms are noisy as clearly being in Indy the drivers do like their loud engines and revving up ! Plus major construction over the road they starts at 7am doesn’t help. So whilst I’d stay at the property I wouldn’t chose the location.

Upstairs bar service was pretty bad. They never came to our table when we arrived, the bartenders looked at us and did nothing. Had to go to the bar to order drinks to find out they were almost out of everything, no Johnny Walker Black, only had enough Crown Royal to make 1 drink. Was pretty disappointing.

Very friendly staff, good dining options in the hotel restaurant and top floor bar. Clean room and good amenities. My only complaint would be the pillows were just too soft for such a firm mattress and the shower smelled musty when we first walked into it. It is an extremely high ceiling in there and maybe some places just don't get dry enough between uses. Other than that, it was great and we plan to stay again when we go to our next Fever game.

We got a room for New Years. We were attending an event in the Hulman and had heard good things about the Hotel. When we checked into our room at about 6:15pm, we smelled a very unpleasant odor. We turned the heat on, hoping the smell would dissipate, and went to the event. Had a great time at the New Year’s event, and retired to the room early, about 9:30. The smell had only gotten worse. We tried to locate the source to no avail. My wife and I could not even stand it to sleep, so we packed up and checked out about 10-10:30. That was quite a pricy room to only stay 4 hours, and only use it for about 60 minutes. We had hoped to have a relaxing evening, and a lazy downtown morning. When we checked out I addressed the front desk person who seemed busy and only bothered by the quick interaction. We dropped the keys and left. It looks like a nice hotel, but I cannot imagine recommending just based on the experience.

This hotel has some great qualities and one that will probably stop me from staying here again. Positive take away, large room, friendly staff, dinning on site, comfortable bed, easy valet parking. The one negative is the street noise. All night, until 3:00am, sirens, cars peeling off from the light, loud mufflers, and just a general hum. We had a corner room, 2nd floor, so it’s two walls of windows, so you can hear the street like it’s an open air room. 4:00am, I woke up to go to the bathroom, it was actually silent for the first time. I should have known it was going to be loud when I saw the complementary ear plugs on the bedside table!

Could not sleep at all. The room sounded like we had our windows open and the cars going by were driving through our room. The curtains would not close. There was about an 18-24 inch inch gap so it was like the lights were on all night. Worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. Awful!!!

We loved the location, the ambience/decor, the service, amenities & the room size was bigger than most (perfect for 4 girls). The hotel is near a bus station & can be noisy at night but it did not bother me at all. I slept just fine.

Definitely misrepresentation of the room. I expected so much more by the pictures. I got the deluxe king size suite. I walked into a dorm room. It was so small! Then the heat never worked!! It was stuck on 70 degrees no matter how high we turned the heat up. When i checked in and they took my payment, thats when they informed me all what was not available during my stay. Never again!

This stunning hotel in Downtown Indianapolis left much to be desired. The hotel itself is beautiful but everything else about it was underwhelming. I waited for 20 minutes on the bartender to acknowledge me so that I could order a $20 drink at their rooftop lounge and then it took me another 20 minutes of waiting to close my tab. My room was beautiful but the television did not work and my experience with the hotel staff was that they were disengaged and uninterested in the hotel guest, myself included. This property has boutique luxury hotel aspirations, but a motel 6 level experience.

It was a bad effort by the hotel. No-one at the front desk for 10 minutes at check in (11PM). Elevator card reader not working. Room card reader not working. (1st) Room HVAC not working. Only one other room choice and it too was right above the outside generator noise that was not good for sleeping!!!! All this said, the lady at the front desk could not have been more agitated by my requests for heat, quiet, and rest. Not going back. Terrible energy, negative, and just not good.

I was charged over 250 dollars extra after staying there. I was charged for valet parking when I didn’t have a car there. Was charged twice for dinner. Was charged for something else. Called multiple times, emailed multiple times to get that rectified, so far nothing. I have been calling since Monday, it is now Friday. The blackout curtains don’t go all the way. So, the room was pretty bright by 7 am.

Upstairs bar service was pretty bad. They never came to our table when we arrived, the bartenders looked at us and did nothing. Had to go to the bar to order drinks to find out they were almost out of everything, no Johnny Walker Black, only had enough Crown Royal to make 1 drink. Was pretty disappointing.

Within walking distance and safe location to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Our room was next to the upstairs lounge, so it was quite noisy at night. Valet and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Although the noise level wasn’t optimal I would still stay here again.

Drove in for a Fever game, valet parking totally worth the extra charge. Gainbridge Fieldhouse right across the street. Excellent little coffee shop on side road around the corner from hotel. We loved our stay!

Altogether we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indy. While the hotel might not be located in the nicest of areas, it is centrally located, making convenience a priority. Customer service was a highlight with warm and enthusiastic greetings that made the stay extra special. Staff were readily available to help with any needs that might arise. The truly incredible feature of the hotel was the bed. I rarely have encountered such a comfortable mattress and pillows. Best sleep I've had in a long while.

The place was great, clean rooms, nice staff and easy walking distance to events (2 blocks from arena) and restaurants. My only complaint was noise. It is directly across from bus station and there was a building being demolished across the street too.

Nice hotel and good sized rooms. Friendly staff. Decent gym. But as others have said the rooms are noisy as clearly being in Indy the drivers do like their loud engines and revving up ! Plus major construction over the road they starts at 7am doesn’t help. So whilst I’d stay at the property I wouldn’t chose the location.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The rooms were tastefully decorated and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. There were numerous dining options available, along with shopping facilities. Jay in the restaurant provided exceptional service and demonstrated extensive knowledge in the bar area. The breakfast was excellent. The Lucius Oil Stadium is nearby, offering a variety of engaging experiences.

Starting with the valet service, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and so clean and felt brand new. The restaurant has a great breakfast menu. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Front desk staff and hulman bar were amazing. Very accommodating and friendly had all the answers to questions and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. 6th floor bartenders were a different experience altogether. It was busy and they seemed short staffed at least that’s what they said. I understand that bartending can be a stressful job but telling your guests all the things you have to do before they get to you several times just seems unprofessional. For the price of the drinks I would expect them to have all the components listed on the menu and made well, they weren’t. Overall we had a great experience. Maybe the 6th floor was just having a bad night but we didn’t even finish our drinks and went to another bar to finish our night. Front desk and downstairs bar couldn’t have been better.

I was with my sister in law for a concert. We were both very please with the decor, cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. All of the staff, from valet, front desk, restaurant employees, and also the employees we came in contact with when their was a fire alarm. The ladies that were in the stairs with us were very friendly and spoke with us. All of the staff remained calm, helpful and very friendly through out the time and until we were all allowed back in. The only feedback that I could provide is that the menu in the restaurant was somewhat limited. The foods we did order were very good. By "limited" I actually mean that for someone who is not real adventurous with food there were not enough basic items offered. The distance to the concert could not have been any better. We were completely comfortable and felt safe the entire time. I will definitely be returning.

Hotel Indy is so very close to Gainbridge Arena. Very convenient. The Hulman restaurant was top notch. The food was very good. Rooms were unique and spacious. Best choice I could have made!

Hotel lobby was very nice, room was spacious and well appointed, and staff was all very helpful and friendly. Location leaves a lot to be desired due to the constant noise from the nearby bus depot, but a convenient walk to the downtown, basketball arena and restaurants and bars.

The rooms are very large and the hotel is close to everything! The staff is amazing and everyone was super nice. I would not recommend getting the “city view” as there is a bus station right across from the hotel so it isn’t much to look at and there are a lot of people sitting around the bus station but not the hotel. Would stay there again.
