Ein sehr schönes Hotel in großartiger Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal! Und wirklich sehr leckerem Frühstücksbuffet. Einzige Mankos: Bei unserer Raumkathegorie (sie heißt „Deluxe Room Premium“!!) hieß es im Hotel das wäre nur das „Standard Zimmer“ und bei dem müsste man für jeden SPA Besuch 10€ pro Person zahlen. Das finde ich bei dem Preis nicht nur unverschämt sondern grenzt auch an Betrug weil das in der App absolut nicht ersichtlich ist dass man das extra zahlen muss. Und das WLAN ist wirklich unterirdisch schlecht. Schade, denn Sonst wäre es ein großartiges Hotel.

This is a high quality hotel in the centre of Prague, about five minutes walk from the old town. The rooms are really good, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great; lots of choice, though it can get a bit crowded. There'a a spa in the basement which is good too, though you do need to pay to use it.

Nice property with excellent location. Front desk staff was wonderful, but the staff at the restaurant and bar was a whole different experience, we gave them two tries also. Our waiters both times (different person) was crass and not warm or welcoming at all, also food was just ok, and my steak was cold and when I tried to tell them it was met with impassive attitude, so I just left at that. Bar cocktails were excellent. Also the lounge and bar which are super cozy and comfortable were closed two of our 3 nights for private events which is a bit disappointing when you expect it as it’s listed as one of the amenities from the hotel guests. Prague has many true 5 star properties, I probably won’t stay at Kings Court again.

Really liked the friendly staff and the rooms we booked, but we booked the hotel for the pool and they wanted to charge us an additional 10 Euro a day per person for access! We would have booked somewhere else with free access to the pool had we known.

The indoor swimming pool was smaller than I expected, that was one of the main reasons for booking this property. And the view from the room was pretty sublime. But otherwise, its a lovely hotel, great service and staff, really well located. Enjoyed our 4 night stay.

The hotel is excellent and good value for money! Central to shopping centre, old town, brief walk to castle. Wonderful spa service with great body massages option, even for couple. Lovely steam and sauna. Worth booking the executive rooms for extra discounts and executive lounge access.

A special thank you to Katerina from the Reservations Department, who responded to our requests with exceptional kindness and care. The hotel staff is welcoming and professional, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the service is excellent. Breakfast was outstanding as well. The location is absolutely perfect—close to all the main points of interest this wonderful city has to offer, with the Palladium Mall just steps away. We will definitely be back!

Hôtel was close to everything. Staff was good, had a rude front desk experience when asking for an umbrella he was like check inside your closet, you have one there. Had a strange and very dull welcoming at check in, the staff was strange. The TV in the room was not working we had to unplug it. The staff was aware but did not pay attention to come back the next day and Check. The breakfast has variety but it was stale, maybe because we arrived at 10am but still. The housekeeping was loud, they woke us up at 9am. And the walls aren’t too sound proof you could hear the kids running.

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so they showed us to the lounge for complimentary drinks and food! We went back the next day again! Sasha was our waiter and he was fantastic!! The room was stunning and so clean. Best service I’ve ever had at a hotel!

The location is fantastic and that's it. Wifi's really slow, AC isn't cool enough, the water isn't draining well. Gym's tiny so I don't think more than 2 people can fit it in there. Overall it wasn't a good experience and I will not visit here in the future

Large, comfortable rooms. A delicious breakfast buffet. Exceptionally well located. Within walking distance of many sites, pubs, and restaurants. I only wish that cable TV had an English service. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would certainly stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kings court hotel very much. The room was nice, quiet and modern, bathroom was beautiful, breakfast was delicious. It’s conveniently located in the center of town and we walked to all the sights.

Overall it was a nice stay...the beds were comfy and the shower pressure was great! The A/C is on a governor and won't go below 18 for those of us Americans that need it super cold to sleep, it was enough. For the money and the location it's pretty hard to beat this hotel. I wouldn't spend the extra $$ for the lounge access tho, it wasn't that appealing and was only available from 12 - 18:00

Stayed in the Tower Suite which was gorgeous. Two balconies over looking the square below. Great added benefits of the executive lounge, breakfast buffet and spa access added to the trip as well. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!

Exceptional hotel. The reception area is small and underwhelming, however the rooms are fabulous. The junior suites are a great size and the bathroom is great. Excecutive lounge was amazing and food quality excellent. Breakfast was exceptional with good variety and fabulous fresh orange juice! Hotel is centrally lolcated, just next to gunpowder tower and a few minutes walk to the old town square and all other sites.

Moussa at reception was incredible at the very first moment helped us repark the car in the valet spot, parking in town is so expensive but the valet parking was 40% cheaper than the local places. The room was excellent and extremely comfortable, the bathroom was also clean bright with excellent decor and comfortable, no real views unfortunately but the walking around town was very easy as it’s within minutes of all the tourist areas. We had a very early flight and the hotel did everything to sort us out Radmir on reception upon checkout was also brilliant. Our stay was exceptional and when we come back we will stay here.

Despite their advertisement, they had no valet parking available when we arrived one hour BEFORE their standard check-in time (they advertise until 12 am and we arrived at 11 pm), had no cribs for our children (had us stay up until 1:30 am and claimed that they don’t know where the cribs were kept by the housekeeping staff who had left), and didn’t provide any room upgrade or anything for Expedia VIP status. For the parking issue, they waived 1 night of parking. They then promised a partial refund for the other issues to motivate us to stay our full stay then at check-out, said sorry we won’t do anything else. Horrible!

I loved this hotel. I would recommend purchasing the breakfast there are tons of choices and well worth the cost. The front desk team members David and Bek were top notch. They provided recommendations and took the extra step to make eye contact and say hello every time. The location is very central and very walkable everywhere.

My stay at the property was wonderful during my time. But the process of the check in for a highly priced hotel is unacceptable as a wait for it should not be needed as staff should be professional. I was greeted rudely due to it as their was no signs and no instructions on available staff member handling it and it is such a shame for such a highly priced place

Perfekte Lage des Hotels, um die (Alt-)Stadt von Prag zu besichtigen - alles in bester Geh-Distanz. Das Hotel selbst bietet ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücks-Buffet und auch das Restaurant hat sehr gute Speissen zu einigermassen moderaten Preisen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig (doppelte Fenster). Wellness Anlage (im Untergeschoss) ist schön gemacht, auch wenn etwas gar klein (z.B. nur wenig Stühle, keine Liegen). Das selbe gilt fü den Fitness-Raum (sehr klein und nur wenige Geräte). Das Buchen der Executive Lounge kann sich lohnen, wenn man zwischen 12 und 18 Uhr zwischendurch ein paar leckere Snacks und Drinkgs möchte. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im mitteleuropäischen Standard eher ein (gutes) 4-Stern Hotel. Preis-/Leistung insgesamt ok.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The square outside was a little noisy in the early am with drunk folks out late (after midnight). The executive lounge was not worth it. Kids running around. Screaming over the music. There should be adult-only hours or some arrangement to avoid kids. Location was great!

We loved our stay at Kings Court in July 2024. Perfect location, 10 minute walk to all the sights in Old Town. Nice restaurant with beautiful outdoor seating area. Beds were comfortable, all amenities were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tolles Hotel, sehr großes und leckeres Frühstück mit frisch gepressten Orangensaft, Müsli, frisch zubereitetes Omelette Rührei Spiegeleier. Zimmer sind wirklich schön groß und trotz der direkten Stadtlage sehr ruhig. Super freundliches Personal und das Restaurant kann man wirklich nur empfehlen. Leckere Cocktails. Tolles Abendessen, einfach ein perfekter Prag Trip.
