Bonaire Penthouse by Hello Homes Sitges

The first four days of our stay were good even though the large parasol to provide shade for the pool was broken and could not be used. The apartment was in a great location and very spacious, but having advertised the private pool as the main attribute it was disappointing to have it unavailable for the second half of our stay!!! The company nave apologised but no offer of any compensation as of yet! I understand these things can happen but the decent thing to do would be to take responsibility for the problem and offer to compensate. We could have chosen somewhere less expensive without a private pool, but wanted the convenience it offered but didn't deliver.
