Motel 6 Ontario, CA - Airport

The area around the hotel was dangerous and inconvenient. The road construction cuts you off from the hotel if you leave in the evening, and when you come back there is no parking anywhere at the facility and you have to park illegally. Vagrants are all around the hotel all the time especially late night. The maids didn't service my room for 2 days and when I requested a change of towels, the desk clerk said the cleaning staff had left for the day and gave me a "I don't know why they missed your room". When I asked for clean towels, I was told he didn't know where to get any and while I was still talking he just said he had to go and hung up the phone. I wouldn't recommend this hotel nor will I stay here again. Terrible experience to pay for.

Love the stay overall but parking was an issue

The only thing I would dislike about is the parking. Besides that the place is good overall.

The room wasn’t properly done. I found bottle caps on the floor, the toilet didn’t have a lid and two rooms from mine smelled like weed. The parking was definitely the worse. I came in at 3:30am from work. Just wanting to park and go to sleep because I have an early start of my morning. There was no parking at all, people were parked along the wall and anywhere they could fit I guess. It took me more than 30mins to get a spot. My night was cut short on my sleep. Not my #1 place to stay.

Not enough parking

Homeless couple vlocking my room and out front of for 1 hour or more so had to asks them to leave.

The room was clean but it looked beat up. The door to the room had dents in it from someone beating on it. There were people begging in the parking lot cigarettes buts and wrappers near the steps as well as dog dropping on the walkways

Very clean and has a pool

The daily cleaning was excellent. However on of our rooms had cockroaches. The other one had black mold in the tub, the sink was cracked, and the air conditioner was missing buttons.

I’ve had 2 different rooms and I’ve seen roaches in the 2nd room😞

Motels 6 hasn’t been keeping up with their hotels. They 1st gave us a smoking room when I booked for a non-smoking. Then they gave us a different room that smelled like piss/urien.

Dirty walls. 3 different types of roaches. Dirty floors.

The room 122 had no water to shower and had cockroach and we keep telling them and did nothing about it Roo. 123 had blood stain in the tub and trush under the beds

You get what you pay for but I was happy to leave. We relocated to another hotel nearby because this one was not a good place. No drawers to place belongings, smelly rooms, bedding is very old and was dirty, noisy, sketchy area, no microwave, it was literally a place to lay your head and roaches... Baby roaches.. omg. The staff were nice but for what it's worth, I'd rather pay the extra money to stay somewhere better.

Mold

Very dirty. Mold in bathroom and dust throughout room. Smelled of a bad odor and very outdated. Would not recommend to anyone passing through the area. Pay a little more and get a better hotel elsewhere.

This is the worst motel that I had ever stayed. My younger daughter found a roach in the bath tub when she was about to take a bath and a dead spider on one of their supposed to be “clean” towels. And my other daughter was watching TV on the bed and she felt something moving on her face, it was another spider! And also I found some holes on the sheets, and the inner part of the pillow is exposed! Worst ever!

We got a room with no AC.and It took forever like 3 hours to get a room with a working AC

The bed platform made the mattress shift whenever I got up/laid down. The lights in the vanity flickered REALLY BAD. The bathtub was dirty. There was a VERY LOUD noise that happened when I turned on the water in the bathtub. There was an hole in the wall and scuff marks on the door jam. Other than that, it was alright.

You get what you paid for but this property needs a lot of work. The sink & shower are dirty & needs renovation. The shower head was broken and couldn’t even stay up, literally next to the wall trying to take a shower. The water pressure was weak & not even steady & strong. Stay at your own risk. Neighborhood was fine, just the rooms itself that wasn’t good.

210 mirror needs repair gas craved graffiti rubbish on it . The shower needs to be replasterd with stucco and paint with a better shower head ,the outlet to charge USB or phone charger doesn't work but it was okay for the night but the traffic construction in the front is very loud early in the morning

Front desk was chaotic during check in. Employee’s English was very difficult to understand for us and other guests checking in. Hotel priority is not well maintained. Room was sub-par and had a dingy odor. Mattress was uncomfortable. AC unit was too loud.

Easy access to/from I-10 as well as ONT. The room was clean. Check-in was quick. With that said, this is located right on the freeway, a major SoCal artery, so don’t expect any sense of quietness.

i would recommend dressers in room , an iron , a thicker cover on sleep with on top of you was very thin seemed as if it was 3 sheets stacked on top of eachother

The usb port did not work in the sleeping area. There was a 3in hole in the wall just to the right of the shower. The texture around the tub surround and the door looked like someone finger painted it.

I honestly cannot say I liked it or disliked it .. because I never got to actually check in . The dude at front desk was rude .. and couldn't find my reservation Expedia had to contact them to confirm the reservation . And the dude refused to honor our reservation .. it was evening and freezing cold but he still made us go to night window instead of allowing us inside.. did I forget to mention we were the only ones he made go to the night window everyone else he buzzed into the office indoors .. and upon speaking to the Expedia agent he decided he didn't want to rent a room to us . Don't know exactly why all I can think was because we couldn't hear him thru the lil slot in the window .. so we kept telling him we can't hear u and he yelled at us to get away from the window until we figured out are reservation situation might I add upon me contacting a Expedia agent they said the property has already confirmed the reservation .. but yet the gentle men aat the window states he couldn't find our reservation. Wow . So yeah they are rude . My disabled cousin had the same issue with them weeks prior to this and he's in a wheelchair. Amazing horrible customer service

Front desk service is impeccable and Laura was a delight

The people in the room next to mine had babies that just screamed and cried seeelmingly all night... Id called the front desk a few times for some help like moving me rooms or something to help with the inconvenience as it felt like the entire motel was pretty empty except in the part of the motel that we were in but got nowhere. I stay here a lot so I'd expected SOME help but.... unfortunately not

I want to inform you that they did not respect my reservation and they overcharged me. The service was really bad

The property was good, however, the staff in the lobby was excellent. My first room I noticed scratches on the TV. When I went down and told the lady in the lobby, she was not hesitant at all to offer me another room immediately. I was very impressed that I did not hear a bunch of excuses about how I can't change rooms. I would recommend this property to anyone needing a nice clean place for a very reasonable price

Check in at night is done with you standing outside a window just by the road. They requested photo I’d for every adult in your party. They charged another $40 claiming it’s refundable which other hotels just have a hold on your credit card.

staff is rude think that can have visitors at the front office drinking alcohol on front of customers. I will never stay there horrible place take your monies elsewhere they don't deserve to have bookings

Quiet and safety place ,also close to the freeway and gas station and food stores

Loved that we had a 711 in the same property.

Good location, a 7-11 gas station is in the same parking lot so you won't have to walk far for a late night snack. Room itself was as expected. A mattress

Was close to airport after flying from Atlanta airport.

I rarely give all 5 stars as there is almost always room for improvement. For what it was; a one night stop over at a roadside travel/motor lodge, which is what Motel 6 has always been, it was great! The convenience of being right off the interstate, in the same lot as a 7-11, close to several restaurants and just around the corner from the venue at which I was singing made it the perfect stay. Next time I'm in the area, we'll stay there again.

Cops patrolling the area says there is a lot going on and that’s what led me and my family to think we weren’t safe.

I like that it's right next to a shopping center, with good food options. It's right off the fwy, so that's convenient and why I chose the location.

Place wasn't bad , the surrounding neighborhood was
