Rooms smell like cigarettes for a non smoking property, but overall not bad.

No hot water on Sunday and Monday morning had to take a couple of cold showers but hopefully it gets fixed soon

Ummmmmm, don't know where to even start so I won't say much, except to avoid this place.

I booked this Motel 6 through Expedia and specifically chose the option to pay at the property. When I arrived after driving from San Diego to Ontario, I was told my reservation had been canceled because my card was “declined” — which makes no sense since I selected pay at the property, not prepay. Because it was Valentine’s Day weekend and everything else was sold out, I had no choice but to rebook the same room on the spot for $50 more. Completely unacceptable. The room was labeled non-smoking but smelled strongly like smoke. The room itself was dirty, the AC unit was broken, and there wasn’t even an iron in the room or one available to borrow from the front desk. Basic amenities and cleanliness should be standard. On top of that, the staff was not friendly or helpful. Overall, this place was gross, dirty, and unprofessional. I will never stay here again and definitely do not recommend it.
