Excellent hotel. Hotel is a little dated but has a lot of charm. The service and staff are impeccable 10/10, the swimming pool is such a bonus situated with a very pretty garden. Breakfast is good and the general location is peaceful but within a short walk of the beach. Should be noted that there is no lift but there's only two floors anyway so not a major issue.

The Hotel was set in pretty grounds which were very well maintained. We received a warm welcome and were given helpful and useful local information by the Receptionist. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Hotel Pool Area was very well maintained and perfect for reading a book and relaxing with a small outdoor bar too. We would recommend this Hotel and would use it again

We booked Hotel Les Mimosas last minute as our plans changed and we were so happy to be at this wonderful hotel. We are a small family of three, (8 year old son), from Canada and we booked the triple room which was perfect for us. The bathroom was very large and was great as we could keep our suitcases in it as well. The pool area and grounds are so beautiful, and our son really loved the ping pong table. The property is a 6 min walk to Juan Les Pins beach and even closer to many restaurants, take out food, bakeries, groceries, etc. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Carla and Irena for their help and kind support. A note that the pool area is "quiet" so likely not great for multiple children. No jumping in, balls, etc. Our son is pretty low key and was happy to simply swim around and dive to the bottom for rings, but this likely wouldn't work with all children. It does make for a much more peaceful poolside experience of course!

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. Morning breakfast was lovely, easy walk to town and the beach and a very relaxing and inviting piol area. Could not have asked for better.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet setting, yet just a few minutes walk from the beach. Is well maintained with a lovely pool, spotlessly clean. Thr hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but has recently opened a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks during the daytime when there is sufficient demand. They will provide a continental breakfast , although in my view €15 for a croissant /pain au chocolate and a roll is a tad pricey. There are plenty of restaurant options within easy walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

Die Zimmer sind schlicht aber sauber. Leider hatte unseres keinen Balkon. Das Frühstück besteht aus Konfitüre, Honig und Butter sowie Croissants und Brötchen. Extras wie Omelette oder Eier, Schinken und Käse müssen extra bezahlt werden (zusätzlich zu den 15 Euro).

Amazing hotel. Would highly recommend. Tranquil. Pool amazing with beautiful surrounding garden. Very personal hotel. Staff friendly and has a real family feel as they really do look after you. Bedding and towels changed daily. Personally they could reduce the frequency they change bedding.

Hotellet udvendig: pool, parkering, bar mm. var fantastisk, nyt og rent. Indvendigt er hotellet lidt slidt - men alt er fint og rent. Rengøringen var fantastisk og de var sltid super søde og hjælpsomme. Receptionens service var blandet.

The hotel des Mimosas is a beautiful hotel. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the pool. The room was smallish but adequate and we loved having the balcony and the view over the pool and gardens. The pool and garden area is beautiful, plenty of sun beds and parasols and all immaculately maintained. The staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and it was a bonus to have the swimming pool which was really nice. The only thing I would say is the bedroom decor was a bit dated but that didn’t matter to us. A delightful, typically French Hotel, Will defo go back

Ensuite personnel de l’accueil beaucoup moins sympathique… Même pas demandé comment s’était passé le séjour à la fin. - Très bel hôtel avec situation parfaite pour partir à pieds vers la mer, et même vers Antibes. - Très chouette petit-déjeuner et possibilité de changer des éléments du petit-déjeuner Français avec un œuf par exemple. Mention spéciale pour le personnel du petit-déjeuner, très souriantes et gentilles. - Vraiment déçus par la chambre par contre. Très petite et pas bon pour les clostrophobes… Quasi impossible de bouger à 2… y compris dans la salle de bain. La chambre 7 nous semble en toute honnêteté une chambre pour 1 personne. On nous a communiqué dès l’arrivée: “désolé c’est notre plus petite chambre”, alors que nous avions réservé en début d’année. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir mais demanderons une autre chambre, c’est certain. Seuls Points positifs = climatisation et frigo.

We stayed here for four nights. The location is great. Close to the beach areas. The hotel is older, but charming. We went for the cheapest room. It was very small with a very small bed. I would suggest couples consider upgrading to larger room. Also, limited number of outlets in the room.

Loved the women at the front desk but the younger make early morning attendant was so rude to me. Waterfront is less far perhaps 13 minutes but there are not many restaurant choices immediately on that part of the strip. You must walk everywhere as it is impossible to quickly find a taxi or Uber.

The Hotel was set in pretty grounds which were very well maintained. We received a warm welcome and were given helpful and useful local information by the Receptionist. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Hotel Pool Area was very well maintained and perfect for reading a book and relaxing with a small outdoor bar too. We would recommend this Hotel and would use it again

We booked Hotel Les Mimosas last minute as our plans changed and we were so happy to be at this wonderful hotel. We are a small family of three, (8 year old son), from Canada and we booked the triple room which was perfect for us. The bathroom was very large and was great as we could keep our suitcases in it as well. The pool area and grounds are so beautiful, and our son really loved the ping pong table. The property is a 6 min walk to Juan Les Pins beach and even closer to many restaurants, take out food, bakeries, groceries, etc. Service was very friendly and accommodating. A beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet setting, yet just a few minutes walk from the beach. Is well maintained with a lovely pool, spotlessly clean. Thr hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but has recently opened a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks during the daytime when there is sufficient demand. They will provide a continental breakfast , although in my view €15 for a croissant /pain au chocolate and a roll is a tad pricey. There are plenty of restaurant options within easy walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

We stayed here for four nights. The location is great. Close to the beach areas. The hotel is older, but charming. We went for the cheapest room. It was very small with a very small bed. I would suggest couples consider upgrading to larger room. Also, limited number of outlets in the room.

The hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and it was a bonus to have the swimming pool which was really nice. The only thing I would say is the bedroom decor was a bit dated but that didn’t matter to us. A delightful, typically French Hotel, Will defo go back

Ensuite personnel de l’accueil beaucoup moins sympathique… Même pas demandé comment s’était passé le séjour à la fin. - Très bel hôtel avec situation parfaite pour partir à pieds vers la mer, et même vers Antibes. - Très chouette petit-déjeuner et possibilité de changer des éléments du petit-déjeuner Français avec un œuf par exemple. Mention spéciale pour le personnel du petit-déjeuner, très souriantes et gentilles. - Vraiment déçus par la chambre par contre. Très petite et pas bon pour les clostrophobes… Quasi impossible de bouger à 2… y compris dans la salle de bain. La chambre 7 nous semble en toute honnêteté une chambre pour 1 personne. On nous a communiqué dès l’arrivée: “désolé c’est notre plus petite chambre”, alors que nous avions réservé en début d’année. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir mais demanderons une autre chambre, c’est certain. Seuls Points positifs = climatisation et frigo.

Lovely family run hot - very clean and staff were amazing. Pool and grounds were stunning and easy to walk to sea front. If you had a car I would highly recommend as parking on site. Interior is dated but more than made up by all the other benefits!

The hotel is set beautifully in gardens, with a good sized swimming pool. Quite a calm oasis. Our room on the first floor was a good size with a large balcony that had seating and a table, and looked out to the front of the hotel over the gardens and pool. Really nice. Annoyingly didn't have a light on the balcony so sitting to read in the late evening was not on. Hotel is easily reached on foot from Juan les Pins station. The pool is very nice, but without enough sunbeds for the number of guests, a situation the hotel seeks to solve by allowing guests to reserve them at €10 a time. The hotel is set beautifully in gardens, with a good sized swimming pool. Quite a calm oasis. Our room on the first floor was a good size with a large balcony that had seating and a table, and looked out to the front of the hotel over the gardens and pool. Really nice. Annoyingly didn't have a light on the balcony so sitting to read in the late evening was not on. Hotel is easily reached on foot from Juan les Pins station. The pool is very nice, but without enough sunbeds for the number of guests, a situation the hotel seeks to solve by allowing guests to reserve them at €10 a time.
