This place was more than I had expected. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Outstanding professionalism! It really was like a “welcome home” atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing. Outstanding meal experience! My stay was six days, and my room was cleaned every day. Outstanding service! I also received laundry service, and the return was quick. Outstanding service! I also went to the snooker room (game room). It was a nice area, but one takeaway is that the accessories need replacing. I still had so much fun! Navigating within the facility was challenging at first, but I managed to quickly work out the pattern. The reception is on the second floor and not the first floor which is what I am most familiar. There are elevators as well. My overall stay and experience was the absolute best. This B&B is centrally located to so many places to eat and shop. I cannot believe how great this place is and that I stayed at one of the best kept secrets to the area. I would highly recommend staying here.

Staying on one night business trip. Very spacious and well equipped room and comfy bed. Great ulster breakfast.. Room a little warm so fans might be useful addition , also bed was high and bedside table was very low. Other than that no complaints at all.

This might not have the amenities of some hotels but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast was very good and I would have no problem staying here again.
