Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment (2 x Queen/Double + Single Bed split over two levels, with bathroom on second level. Single bed was on ground level). Well equiped and very spacious, with full kitchen and washer and dryer. We had informed the hotel we were arriving late in the event and they were wondeful at ensuring our apartment was well lit and the heater was on ready for us. Easy walk into main street. Would highly recommend for families.

Very close to the CBD, plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The room was very large, clean and good views. Minor downside is a lack of toaster, microwave and cutlery. The Indian restaurant next door was excellent

Living area good size and reasonable standard. Loved the windows that overlook Launceston. A toaster would have been great. The shower mouldy and bathroom smells of mould and sink leaks on floor. Bed uncomfortable. Is in a great location for walking into town.

Exceptional accommodation. We stayed in the townhouse and it was newly renovated and spacious. Location was perfect, everything walkable (restaurants, coffee shops, mall) within a few blocks and a short drive to major attractions. Loved the digital keypad instead of physical keys. Well appointed kitchen for cooking also. Will absolutely stay again.

The 2 bedroom townhouse was perfect for our 6 night stay. Travelled there for a sporting event for our daughter. Rooms were tidy and clean, it had everything we needed. Location was great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Having a laundry in the room was a bonus also! Would highly recommend

Its terrible that a dirty towel was left in our room. Shower wouldnt close prooerly and we were not made aware how noisy if someone was in the upstairs unit. Not great being woken up at 5.30 am on new years day

The walls were paper thin. We could hear people walking and talking on room above ours. Little to no privacy. The bathroom sink was bad. The bathroom was simply put below standard. The sink was leaking, the plastic seat on the toilet was peeling off. And the entrance of the suite smelled like chemistry lab. I am also sure that the room advertised on Expedia was not what we got. Bit of false and misleading advertising. Will definitely not recommend it.

We have stayed here before and knew that the location, space and parking were good. This time we were made to feel very welcome by the person who checked us into the property and upgraded our accommodation. Parking is particularly important for us and we were not disappointed. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. We will always choose this property when staying in Launceston.

Lovely big rooms, a little dated but well maintained. Location is great and is walking distance to restaurants and shops. Check in was seamless and communication with the property was great as I had a later flight arrival after reception was closed. Only issue I really had was the noise from the upstairs apartment - it sounded like they were having sprinting races above me which wasn't ideal for the early start I was having the next morning. Liked it so much I am staying there again when I come to Launceston later in the year.

A marvellous property to stay in Launceston. It's right in the heart of the city with easy access to the cataract gorge, walk to bakeries/shops and easy walk to explore Launceston. Only downside was that upstairs got too hot and evenso we had a fan and super comfy beds and pillows, it was hard to get a good night sleep in the heat. It was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Hide away at George.

I would highly recommend the Hideaway on George. Great location: within walking distance to shops and restaurants and yet tucked away in a quiet lane overlooking the city. The staff are superb: professional and courteous in every way.

Highly recommend this gorgeous property. Friendly staff. Quiet location with great signage making it easy to find. I arrived after check-in had closed and check-in was still easy and directions to find my suite were spot on. Well appointed, comfortable and extremely clean suite. They have thought of everything. I have found my new crash pad while in Launceston.

A fabulous find! A lovely 2-bed townhouse. Lots of space. Kitchen/laundry/bathroom was fully equipped. Lots of parking spaces. There was only one downside: the aircon unit was downstairs, but the upstairs (where both bedrooms are) was really hot. To help, there was a pedestal fan in each bedroom. The location is fabulous and we walked to most places around town. Check-in was warm and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Nice clean property . Nice staff. Have everything you need for comfortable stay . But we could hear people walking and water running from people on floor above us. Property is close to CBD but it’s on the hill, so if you have trouble with mobility car is recommended.
