Lovely hotel. Very clean, corporate feel - comfortable beds and incredibly helpful staff. We were using it as easy access hotel for Bergamo airport, so spent very little time there other than to sleep. It's a 3km walk to the airport (which I did alone after returning the hire car late at night - felt relatively safe - bike lane underpass to the west of the terminal then through industrial estate and south on a quiet road) Unfortunately the shuttle was fully booked the next morning at 04.45 and 05.15 so we had to get a taxi to get to the airport by 5am (that they booked for us), but it cost €35 for the <10min journey. Too little time to use any facilities, and too early for the breakfast that was included. Totally did the job, but advice is book transfer at the same time you book the hotel. And if you don't have much luggage and fancy a walk is just over half an hour on foot.

Fint opphold, fikk oppgradering ved ankomst som var fint. Både spa og gym var under renovering når vi kom. Skulle ønske dette sto beskrevet, da jeg spesifikt valgte dette hotellet grunnet gymmen. Men det utgjør ikke forskjell i helhet. God service og god mat på hotellet. Kan absolutt anbefales. Nærme flyplass, hotell og stort kjøpesenter.

The hotel and property are beautiful, and were nicely decorated for the holidays on my visit. The Spa was a lovely amenity, with a Sauna and steam bath included. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was delicious. Highly recommend - and very convenient to/from the airport.

Det aller beste med dette hotellet er hagen som ligger midt mellom bygningene. Her er det deilig og svalt på kvelden. Perfekt for kald drikke og snacks. Lokasjonen passer dersom du har egen bil (parkering i kjeller) eller skal ta fly neste dag. Det finnes ingenting interessant i gåavstand. Vårt rom var relativt slitt og kunne med fordel vært renere. Sengen var hard og i smaleste laget. Det var ikke kjøleskap på rommet. Størrelsen var fin nok og AC blåste kaldt.

I booked this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport since I had an early flight the next morning. I tried to check in just one hour early and was told it would cost €50, which felt excessive since for the last 21 days of travel through Italy and multiple hotels I was never charged. Interestingly, rooms were only $15 more on Expedia, so I contacted them and they were great about helping. This review is for the upgraded room: The A/C barely worked. Despite calling reception and asking for it to be lowered, the lowest it got was 24°C. I woke up sweating multiple times. The pillows were paper thin and very uncomfortable. The photos showed amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and lotion but all I got was a shower cap and cotton swabs, so I had to dig out my own toiletries. The bed was overly soft and lacked support. Three small lights near the headboard shone directly onto my face, making it difficult to sleep. Sound proof? I could hear everything. I ordered room service and no one ever came back to collect the tray. The food was okay. At checkout, I was charged $80 for room service without an itemized bill. By my math, it should’ve been closer to $60. I booked the airport shuttle and a couple of random men joined the ride, blasting music from their phone speaker at 7 a.m. I was dropped off last. Overall, not the experience I expected for an upgraded room or a “four star” hotel. Wouldn’t recommend. I have had GREAT experiences with NH.

Hotel a poucos quilômetros do aeroporto. Quarto com cama confortável. Café da manhã bem variado. Restaurante do hotel caro, mas com refeições saborosas. Tivemos dificuldade para dormir, pois a temperatura do quarto estava 26 graus quando chegamos às 7pm. Após o jantar, pedimos na recepção que baixassem a temperatura, pois não podíamos controlar a temperatura do quarto. Às 2am, acordamos com muito calor e a temperatura ainda estava 25 graus. Liguei para a recepção e pedi novamente para baixarem para 21 graus. Não conseguimos dormir. Pela manhã o quarto estava ainda 24,5 graus. Nossa noite foi terrível. Não podíamos abrir a janela, pois nossa quarto era de frente para a estrada. Por que controlar o ar condicionado dessa forma? Em pleno verão? Durante o horário de check-out (um pouco antes das 10am), o técnico de informática do hotel resolveu fazer manutenção do sistema, sem avisar. O funcionário da recepção não conseguia fazer o check-out dos hóspedes e formou-se uma fila enorme de pessoas que tinham pressa para pegar seus voos ou outros compromissos. Na próxima vez, volto a me hospedar no Mercure.

Room where OK. The normal shower worked, but the Hydro shower they avertised did not work at all. Nice size bathroom. The bed was a bit to firm for my taste. They offer shuttlebus to the airport :)

The hotel is absolutely top-notch, and the staff were brilliant throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Although the spa facilities were not available during our visit, the overall experience still made it more than worth the trip. The quality of service and atmosphere really stood out. I would definitely come back and totally recommend this place to others!

I told them that the proposed upgrade room issue is not my best preference for 1 bed setting but the staff are still trying to persuade me to arrange for it. It takes quite a long time to go through the check in process. The staff are not very efficient and patience enough to answer some questions over the phone reception. The miscellaneous charges for hotel is not very clear explained when check out but the expenses deducted automatically straight away for each day. I am not feeling good and secured of my card without authorisation and my confirmation of spending during my stay. Not a professional hotel services overall.

Hotellet er veldig fint. Rent og pent, gode senger, nydelig frokost. Vi spiste et litt eksklusivt måltid i restauranten første kveld, og et mer klassisk måltid i baren den andre kvelden. Hotellet ligger «in the middel of nowhere», så man er avhengig av egen bil eller hotellets shuttle.

Just stayed one night due to a layover at Bergamo. The hotel itself and rooms were quite nice. Had a decent meal in the restaurant. On the one hand location is close to airport which is convenient, on the other hand there’s really nothing around the hotel. It was fine for the purpose of being close to airport and sleeping off a long flight but that’s about it

The restaurant is amazing. The biggest let down was the breakfast that only starts at 7am, for an airport hotel where most people are choosing to sleep near the airport for early flights this seems a bit ridiculous. They gave us a little breakfast box but it was like a kid's packed lunch.
