nice clean and loved the shuttle service

This hotel is near EVERYTHING: airport, shopping, restaurants, hospital, shopping mall, I-95….it has a beautiful lobby with a really nice bar. And snacks and soft drinks are available at a lobby kiask. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel with very great customer service! Every person was friendly and professional and our stay was great! Great location near the airport and many stores and restaurants too! Great for solo travel, couples, families. My kids loved the hotel and the board games and pool table in the lobby made it super fun for them!

I was here for a one night stay before an early flight home because the air conditioning was out at my daughter's house. I arrived around 6:30pm in hopes of getting some sleep. My first impression was that the check in situation is weird. I've never seen a check in line that forms in the middle of the entrance. There has to be a better plan for this. There were people in front of and behind me, so I know it wasn't just me. Check in was quick and I was on my way to my room in about 10 minutes. The room was very nice, but does have some areas that seem a bit worn like the floor tiles in the bathroom. There were minor cleanliness issues, but that always makes me think there are other things I don't see. I came here to sleep and that didn't happen. There was a dog on my floor that barked off and on from 8:30-10:30 and then started back up a little after 2am. From 10:30-11:30 there were children running and screaming in the halls. I know the hotel can't control much of this, but it would make me rethink staying in a pet friendly hotel again, although the front desk staff did address the dog issue as soon as I called down after the 2am issue. The 24 hour shuttle to the airport was a huge plus, as was the fact that I felt safe as a solo female traveler in the area and in the hotel.

It was very convenient to have options of shopping and variety of food in a walking distance. Airport shuttle also.

Wonderful stay. Convenient shuttle to/from the airport. Staff were friendly. Common area in the lobby has games and a bar to enjoy in the evening. Pool is heated (probably 82 degrees but it is DEFINITELY heated and our children loved it).

I like the rooms and having a bar from 5 to midnight is a plus.

The staff was very friendly and gave my dog a gift at check in. The lobby was very cool with a billiard table, bar, grab and go food area, Pool was clean. Lots of areas to sit and relax. Extensive areas for dog walking and an amazing Ice Cream Shop within walking distance. Room was very clean. Many places nearby to order food. There were microwaves in the lobby but none in the rooms. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great stay! Clean large rooms, well maintained property. The staff were friendly especially a young women named Caitlin! She was so friendly and it made the stay more enjoyable

Was not super impressed. Sheets were stained floors were messed up. The shampoo was empty. And the employee was rude.

Room wasn’t vacuumed, floor was dirty and the wall in the bathroom. Only received one towel per person for a 2 night stay. Had to go ask for more towels. Got stuck in the elevator and the room wasn’t ready when I arrived nearly 2 hours after check in time. Had to wait around after driving for hours. WiFi didn’t work. Called the front desk and they gave me a tech number to call and that place after being on hold for 39 minutes said they did not support the hotel. I will not stay here again. For the price I thought it would be an excellent stay. It was not.

Everything was great, shower had dirt or mold in the corners but the room was otherwise clean and comfortable. We had an issue at checkin/checkout because the person checking in was not the cardholder for the reservation so a lot of time was wasted because the person at the desk did t know how to handle that. Then again at checkout there was confusion and a delay to get the finances figured out. But Candace at the desk was very apologetic about things and got us sorted out.

The mirrors in the rooms were cracked, my daughters room had ants, and while taking a shower the water leaks out on the floor.

Clean, safe, very convenient and close to shops and dining and the airport. I was suggested to anyone. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable.

The room was not clean (specifically a filthy shower divider, bathroom and entry floors covered in stains and dirt, torn curtains, noisy AC unit that sounds like it’s falling apart, and dirty nightstands). The one clean part of the room was the bed. I decided to leave and contact Expedia to get a refund. They connected me with who I assume is the manager, Kaitlin. In my conversation with Kaitlin, she came across as adversarial and condescending. She refused to help because we contacted Expedia first. Even though we had been in the room 5 minutes she refused to give us a refund. Her exact quote was: “unfortunately because you didn’t come to the front desk, we were unable to reach a solution.” We actually have a solution though, and that’s going to another hotel and writing this review :)

Great location near the airport, restaurants, and shopping. Like most airport hotels it is worn down. Our bathroom door didn't close, the blinds wouldn't open, the air conditioner was super loud and falling off the wall, and the toilet didn't function well.

Very minimalist. There isn’t much bathroom counter space or a chair to relax in. On the first floor the cats outside are really loud. The bed is very hard.

Hotel staff were very friendly and took the time to tell me about all the amenities. The lobby had a funky modern feel. The room was HUGE, the bed was so comfy and the shower was awesome! Hate I only got to stay one night!! Will definitely stay again when traveling for my next cruise!

Very quick check in & out. Upbeat and clean. Nice customer service. Room was really spacious. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wifi on 4th floor was almost nonexistent

Will never stay there again. My AC was extremely loud. The clerk said she would disk with the manager and never did anything. The 2 nights i stayed was without sleep because of the extremely loud AC.

Loved the pillows! Bed was very comfortable and the room felt new and clean. Did not like the fact that regular coffee was not offered complimentary in the lobby since all that was left in our room was decaf. Also there was absolutely no where to sit comfortably in the room. A small hard chair meant for aesthetics does not work for road weary customers.

Very noisy. Dogs barking, traffic noise, loud vehicles, echoing voices and noisy common hallways.

Everything about our stay was excellent !! The entire staff was personable and courteous !

Staff was accommodating but the stay was an ordeal. Moved rooms 3 times: 1) Door did not properly lock 2) Room was not set up (mattress and furniture on the floor) 3) Lock to connecting room unlocked. Guest next door did not respect privacy and made it uncomfortable to stay in the room.

The weekend 2nd shift front desk gentlemen was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience when asking a question.

Terrible customer service. I tried to add an extra night to my stay and front desk person took my credit card and told me I was set. I get a call the next day asking why I haven't checked out and basically called me a liar that I added a night instead of contacting the worker working the night to confirm. Will not stay here again.

Friendly staff, quick check-in, treat bag for my service animals, room in good condition, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, accommodated my request for a first level room. A perfect stay and will be sure to stay again when travel to southern Florida. A nice break and relax and refresh point. Hotel is content right off I95. Plenty of opptions for meals nearby.

Checked us in and gave us the key to our room. There was someone already in the room.

Becareful because the Bathroom sliding door will mash your thumb. Bad enough we needed to fill out a accident report if the staff could have found one. Website list breakfest but never states it is prepacked and $10. The worst part was how indifferent and rude the staff was. Conversations with each other were more important that helping guest. Everyone from front desk to shuttle driver acted like they were just mad they were there. I usually only leave good reviews and chalk up the bad ones to someone was just having a bad day and let it go. Not this time, The staff really needs more training.

We arrived Friday night at 1 am or Saturday morning if you prefer lol. The tall gentleman with the great personality was very kind and helpful. Lots of airport personnel and guests checking in at once even though it was 1am. He was very patient and helpful to everyone and moved through the check in of everyone very quickly and efficiently. It was very appreciated after a long day of travel.

We had a couple things that happened, which wasn’t the staff’s fault. Bad weather and what-not. The staff is great, I enjoyed the bar, and the room was nice!
