Stayed overnight for a concert nearby in July 2025. The rate was very good for the location which was only a 5-minute walk to the amphitheater. Valet parking was $45 for overnight. Didn't get to do the breakfast because the power went out in the morning and we didn't feel like eating in the dark. They don't have a bar but the adjoining properties have a nice bar and restaurant.

The property is nice enough. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Took a while for valet to help with vehicle parking. Several people waiting for valet. Found out when checking in that they also run back and forth between the two hotels?? If you are going to charge $60 for valet parking. Then you should have the proper amount of staff in each location.

I think parking should be free. Also, one of the elevators was down while we were there, and the other one got stuck with people in it. I had to walk up 7 flights of stairs, and I have health issues and am partially disabled. It eventually worked again, but it was super inconvenient.

I'd find another place to stay if I were you The shower didn't stay hot the conditioner bottle was empty the body wash left your skin dry ,bottle of water was way over priced.. when I booked this hotel 5 months ago said it had a pool and there was no pool for 220 for 1 night I was highly disappointed

Great location, we were in town for a concert right across the street. Everything was good, the only issue was our room’s window faced the top of a part of the building that was apparently ugly so they put a art/sticker over our only window. Felt a little claustrophobic.

The Fairfield is really a nice hotel in downtown Indianapolis. I was able to walk to/from Lucas Oil Stadium (.7 mile one way) and felt safe. The hotel itself is unique as its in a cluster of other Marriot hotels which share a parking garage which is clearly marked so you know where to park and go in for your hotel. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, housekeeping was odd. They would start shortly after 8 AM. I wasn't leaving until after 10:30 both days of my stay and had to go to the front desk to let them know that housekeeping had already been on my floor, but I only needed towels and trash emptied to which I was assured they would come back. Unfortunately during my 3 day stay I had no housekeeping. Sidenote, I found a fake eyelash on the carpet as you enter the bathroom in my room. Breakfast was exactly the same all 3 days of my stay (Thur-Sun), would have liked a little variety but it wasn't a big deal as the sausage, bacon, eggs and other were good. Overall, I will stay here again in the future.

Comfortable. Convenient, especially to the convention center and state office. The canal is a couple of blocks away. The Eiteljorg Museum (a must-see) is across the street. If you drive to the hotel and are staying multiple nights, consider paying for parking. The garage is huge and readily accessible from the hotel.

Several restaurants and shopping within a few minute walk. Outdoor amphitheatre and a minor league baseball park are about a block away! Nice walking trails across the street. The breakfast service was extremely disappointing. We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was never ready on time and most days they ran out of breakfast items every morning. Our room (304) was much smaller than the couple we traveled with. I booked both rooms at the same rate. Maids were excellent. Great location for many activities.

I had a 2-night stay at the Fairlfield Inn. Sadly, my luggage didn't arrive with me. The front desk staff were great, providing me with the essentials (toothbrush, deodorant, etc) and even a converter plug. Thanks to all the front desk staff, you were great! The 'free' breakfast was just fine with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage and tea/coffee. BUT what a lot of plastic waste was generated by each and every guest - so can the owners (who are White Lodging) please do something about that! Its a shocking waste as everything you use has to be chucked away. My room was clean, but in terms of fittings and fixtures they are just 'ok', in that they are spacious, but they are also now getting rather dated.

Stay here was just pretty good this time, but it is in a great location for walking to IUPUI and Lucas Oil Stadium (saved $$ on rental car and parking). Free breakfast is very good. Unfortunately, the TGIF Friday's restaurant on ground floor was closed during COVID and never reopened...it was very convenient. It would be nice for something to move into that location.

We stayed 2 nights, August 20-21. Probably a 3-4 star hotel. Easy parking in the garage under the Marriott complex. Parking cost is as expected for a major city like this, $40 a night self park, $55-60 for valet. First time travelers may have a problem with the cost you so need to know beforehand. Really no complaints. Phone didn’t work but it wasn’t big deal. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We stayed on the top floor, room 825, and there was no issue with hot water for a shower. Stayed for Garth Brooks opening concert at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and it was a nice walk to get there, probably 15 minutes. Decent breakfast, typical for a hotel like this. The staff was pleasant and the afternoon/evening girl was very helpful in getting us some milk for our White Russian nightcaps. I wish I could remember her name but she was so helpful. Easy 20 minute walk to the Zoo which was nice. Had a nice area out front with tables to sit and enjoy a drink or a smoke. Would definitely stay here again.

I made a quick weekend stay in Indy and chose this hotel because of location and price. The room was ok. The bedskirt was very dusty and I prefer mattresses to have a fully enclosed mattress protector. The proctor they had had holes in it and was not doing the job well. I also did not like the tub in my room. It just looked like it needed a deep clean. The staff at the front were super friendly and always spoke as I left or entered.
