We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things could have been better. Our room service menu in the room was basic. We found out on the last night there was more we could pick from. The pool needed to be cleaned it was not clear which meant low is something. Pool bar was average. No real atmosphere as no music. Sun beams straight into bar at happy hour making bar hot. Our room cards kept needing to be reset. Happy with the location of our room and greatful for a 3 bedroom.

A very old and aged hotel that definately is overdue for a renovation. The gym is terrible. The restaurant is a ghost town. The amenities are so outdated. There’s minimal lounges around the pool. I’m glad I only paid $100 for the stay, as I checked out soon after checking in. I won’t stay here again.

The hotel sign was broken which was the first indication of the up keep of the hotel. It's tired looking and unkept. Needs a lot of handy work doing to bring the standard back. The 4 star standard has long gone. Rooms dark wood, chipped and damaged furniture and dated. Bath mat dirty and shower head full of limescale. Air con great. Large comfortable beds. The buliding needs sand stone cleaning and painting. Lots of cracked peeling paint and dried up plants. Lots of refurbishments happening so very very noisy throughout the whole day. Workman sawing, drilling, laying floors and hamering. Not relaxing at all. The gym equipment is old and the air con is not powerful enough in there. The breakfast is lovely lots to choose from. Bbq buffet was good each evening. Portion sizes on the al la carte are small so dont go really hungry. Staff are amazing very friendly and attentive. The spa looks dull and smelled of damp. It didnt look inviting so we had our treatments down the street. Jerman beach is about 5 - 10 minutes walk away. But its dirty and full of rubbish/plastic so we used Gojek and went to the other beaches. Fab location for the airport.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Rooms were a little rundown but were informed they were renovating so looking forward to staying there again once renovated. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Shops were close by and Lippo mall was only a 5 min walk away. Pool was 1.4m deep and pool bar was good. Would recommend staying here

I had a really bad and sad experience while visiting Bali this being my 5th time. The Aston was a saving grace of the trip it was lovely. The only thing that would have made it better was a ‘spa makeover’ it was not up to the standard of the rest of this lovely hotel .

We stayed here as we need to wait for our 10 pm flight. Pool bar, good food, and cheap drinks. Was perfect to what we were looking for. Also, we stayed in family #550 it has been renovated, with a massive tv we could watch Netflix on. Recommended this place

The room was fantastic, very clean. Breakfast options were great! Staff were attentive and really made us feel welcome. Only improvement would be to have seating around pool as it was hard to watch kids in the pool

The property is dirty pure and simple. The lift the hallways unacceptable really. Room was clean, bed was good. But no way should this hotel have a star rating. Breakfast was good nice staff in restaurant. Location is excellent. But seriously badly managed and no matter what they say here can not change the fact the place was filthy. The hotel is impressive however very dated. The room smelled damp and had mould embedded in the silicone under the bathroom basin. The floor in the bathroom has an area with stones and water under the basin which is a breeding ground for mould. The staff were very friendly and polite.

We had a Deluxe Premier room, which was lovely, but it faced the BARKING dogs. First night of our stay, it started and kept going into the early hours. Next day, we spoke to reception about this. They knew of the dog issue but said they could do nothing it. We asked to move, they said all Premier rooms face that way, except 2 on the top floor, which were occupied. It is a nice property but do not book the Deluxe Premier room. Our daughter had a suite and grandchildren a pool view deluxe. It was only our type that caused issues.

The staff of the. Hotel is excellent, but the property itself really needs some attention. It is very dated, towels are very old, they don’t have hand towels, they don’t provided hands soap, very limited toilet paper. No electric plugs near the bed, and only one in the whole room. Not a good experience overall

This hotel is pretty run down like many in Bali. We had a terrible experience at the rooftop restaurant- do not get the steak from there. Reception/staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location close to the airport. Room was clean but the TV is so old and cannot connect to internet.

There are many reasons to recommend this hotel. Above all, I praise the friendliness and the friendly service even late at night. If you cannot eat the breakfast included in your stay due to your schedule, they provide a free breakfast box. This is a service that other hotels do not have.

最初2階の部屋に案内されましたが、換気扇の音が異常にうるさいのと、客室のエアコンが涼しくならなかったので、ルームチェンジをたのんだところ5階の部屋に案内されました。スタッフは対応が早かったです。朝食もメニュー豊富でした。ジャーマンビーチまで徒歩5分程度なのも良かったです。

Had a wonderful two week day here at the ASTON Kuta. The staff were fantastic, especially the breakfast dining room staff, but everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was travelling solo and they all made my stay wonderful. Very comfy beds and pillows, amazing buffet breakfast, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, easy to get transport and so much more. Not a large resort (which I am glad of) more intimate with a good size central pool. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

ボロブドゥールに行く飛行機が朝早く、空港が近いアストンクタホテルに泊まりました。本当に空港に近くて、とても便利でした。施設は少し古い感じでしたが、部屋も浴室もとても清潔で、広いバスタブには温かいお湯がふんだんに出てとても良かったです。朝食のビュッフェは美味しくて種類も豊富。毎日メニューが変わり、ナシゴレンやチャプチャイなどインドネシア料理がとても美味。毎朝お腹一杯食べて、苦しかったです。お料理がおいしいのって、旅には必須です。ウブドに行くシャトルバスが出るリッポモールは徒歩5分。クタビーチもすぐに行けるし、ビーチウォークにも頑張って歩いて行きました。スタッフの方たちもとても朗らかで、親切で、本当に快適でした。また泊まりたいです。Terima kasih.

Aston Kuta Hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If there was anything that you needed, they would get it done right away. My hotel room was clean. I was given an international charger at no extra expense. Breakfast was included with my stay. The food was delicious. They had their signature Indonesian food and some western food. What I didn’t like was the swimming pool is right near the dining area. I wish it was a rooftop.

I was disappointed in the BBQ buffer spread & varieties. I was extremely disappointed with the gym room & the hotel looks pretty old & lack of maintenance. However, i am impress with the staff’s attitude & professionalism.
