Basic but clean and nice staff. Not that easy to find because the sign that has the name is covered by a tree. The sign on the door it says another name

Jeg har virkelig problemer med å gi en rettferdig og beskrivende anmeldelse, da inntrykkene spriker voldsomt Først det positive; Selve rommet hadde grei størrelse og hadde komfortable senger. Alt var godt rengjort. De nødvendige fasiliteter fungerte fint; AC, lite kjøleskap, TV og WIFI. Møblene på rommet (bord, skap og senger) virket hjemmesnekret, men fungerte Rommet og badet blir rengjort hver dag, såfremt en melder fra 👍👍👍 Det som definitivt var negativt; rommet er EKSTREMT lydt - en hører godt selv en normal samtale fra naborommet & gang. Det gir en viss indikasjon at det utdeles ørepropper ved ankomst. 😳😳😳 Baderommet var knøttlite, men det verste er vasken som er latterlig liten 😱😱😱 - se bilde Hotellet ligger i tredje etasje i en leiegård med heis, i en gate med HØYT støynivå 😣😣😣, men kun få minutters gåavstand til Gran Via - mao VELDIG sentralt i Madrid sentrum. 👍👍👍 Bortsett fra ved innsjekk møtte jeg aldri personalet. Det er KUN oppgitt et Whatsapp nr som kan benyttes i nødstilfelle. Hva skal en da mene / skrive om stedets service ??? 🤔 🤔 🤔 Totalt sett ga stedet lav verdi for pengene, men jeg opplevde ingen dramatikk ifm oppholdet

Room was clean and pleasant, but one night soap and shampoo were not replaced. External door to the property had a broken lock on the third day, so we had to call for entry, which was difficult. These were minor concerns. Overall, the property was nice and the staff friendly.

The most important part was the location, the room was bit small but it had every things included a small fridge which I never used but it was nice to have it, breakfast availability would have to be nice but I understand it’s a small hostel but it was great the fact that You have a coffee machine full of hot beverages (Love that), I would improve the size of your lavatory and a nicer space for your toiletries ! In general I was happy with my choice !

Poca sicurezza

The hotel is located near Gran Via and both metro & commuter train stations, so there were a lot of great dining and shopping options available. The private suite was small with a small refrigerator, but no microwave. Also, the bathroom sink was way too small and inconvenient to use. The owner and staff were very friendly. There's one incident worth mentioning. At the check-in, the owner told us to just leave our keys on the reception window if we're checking out before 0900, which we did. However, when we went down stairs, the main door of building was locked from the inside and you needed the key to open that door to get out of the building. This could've been a dangerous situation if there was a fire in the building and people are trapped because they couldn't get out of the building.

Det var bra läge, rent rum, inte så stort men tillräckligt plats för två personer. Det var bara en minus att toaletts dörren nästan genomskinlig. Det finns kaffemaskin i lobbyn för 1euro.

Excellent location, two blocks from Gran Vía. Good food on this small street, not expensive. Important to us: there is an elevator! Building is safe, closed for the night. Lots of small, useful stores right next to the building, including grocery stores. Very convenient. Uber from there to the Golden Triangle museums is just about 10 Euros. Staff very nice. They even gave me a card to use in the subway, I just needed to add some money to it. Gave it back for future costumers.

Preço x benefício muito bom! Bem localizado, estrutura bem antiga, porém com boas camas e ótimo banho, que é o que importa. Proximo de tudo!!!

Nuestra estadia fue se puede decir buena pero con algunos problemas, el elevados carias veces estaba fuera de servicio y segundo en las noches se escuchaba mucho ruido de personas de otros pisos y no se podia dormir la ubicacion es muy buena también el servicio ,pero lo único era eso mucho ruido en las noches.

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti in questa struttura con la mia famiglia,devo dire che solo per la pozione strategica merita tutte le stelle,vicino a gran via,e tutti i confort a pochissimi metri.Le pulizie venivano effettuate giornalmente e la biancheria del bagno cambiata ogni giorno..Ci ritornerò sicuramente...Molto,molto soddisfatta..

El lugar está bien para ubicarse en el centro de Madrid. La habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario. 100% recomendable. (Aire acondicionado, mini-heladera y baño privado). Volvería nuevamente.

Ruidoso al máximo tanto de fuera como de dentro. Aislamiento malisimo. Cuarto de baño con olores constantes muy desagradables.

The room smelled like mold and the toilet had the paper across to show it was cleaned but when the lid was lifted there was urine and toilet paper in the toilet so obviously not cleaned. I told the staff I could not stay there with mold and they refused to give me a refund for 3 of the 5 nights. I have never had to leave a place before and angry they won’t provide a refund.

Mi sorpresa fue cuando entre en la habitación. No me esperaba una habitación tan limpia y amplia. El baño muy limpio también. Todo funciona a la perfección. El personal muy amable. Se agradece que hay gente amable todavia. Recomiendo este hostal 100%

Hôtel très bien placé avec des chambres assez grandes. Seul petit bémol, l'épaisseur des murs... Mais l'accueil et le soin apporté à celles ci sont excellents.

Smaller space than I was expecting…tiny bathroom. Great location!!

Really centrally located with Gran Via just steps away. The room was a great size and was also very clean with a hair dryer, towels, ear plugs, and water provided. Air conditioner in the room was excellent. Our room had a mini fridge, which was nice. The bathroom in our room was tiny and difficult for even one person to move around in. It was also VERY dark in the bathroom and we had to use the flashlight on our cell phone to add lighting. While all the towels provided were super clean, they definitely felt like they had been washed one too many times and were very rough. We had a room that overlooked Calle Hortaleza and it gets very loud at night. We slept with ear plugs, which helped, but the noise goes all through the night. The wifi in our room was very spotty, too. There are 5 different wifi networks to choose from for the hostal but our room got only 2 of them and even those 2 would go in and out. It’s a perfect “no frills” place if all you’re looking to do is shower & sleep in your room. Despite some room for improvement, I would definitely recommend staying here due to the amazing location & cleanliness of everything.

Buena ubicación, si quieres descansar no es recomendable ya que se escucha mucho ruido dentro y fuera de las instalaciones. Cama cómoda, baño limpio pero lavamanos extremadamente pequeño.

La chambre était vraiment top et bien située. La seule chose est que le lavabo est minuscule et il y a une tablette installée juste au dessus, ce que rend les choses très difficiles! À parr ça, on a adoré notre séjour!

Ficamos 5 diarias e preciso dizer que pelo custo benefício valeu muito a pena. O Hostel esta muito bem localizado, muito perto da gran via e de outras atracoes turísticas. O metro tambem esta a poucos minutos a pe, o que facilita para distancias mais longas. O quarto é grande, conta com ar condicionado, oferecem toalhas e itens de higiene, e realizam limpeza todos os dias. Diria que o unico ponto negativo em nossa estadia foi nao ter uma recepção para nos receber. O hostel é apenas uma porta no meio na rua, que facilmente se passa despercebido. Alem disso, o edificio é compartilhado com outros hostel e nao tem como saber onde ir a nao ser ir tentando entrar em cada andar (para futuros hospedes esta no 3 andar). O wifi não funcionou nenhum dia, mandamos msg inumeras vezes para a recepção, e nao houve sequer uma resposta. Como nunca tinha alguém na recepcao o problema nao foi resolvido. Apesar disso, ainda recomendaria o hostel pelo otimo custo benefício.

Clean room, staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel well located for those passing through or exploring Madrid. Very well located for running in Parque Retiro. My only gripe is that I could not open the hand soap in the little packets, would be better if the hand soap was in a dispenser

La señora que me recibió dejó que pudiera guardar mi equipaje antes del check in pues llegué temprano y tuvo mi cuarto listo súper rápido. Súper amable. Muchísimas gracias. Necesitaba un lugar donde dormir una noche de escala en la ciudad sin demasiado lujo y con aire acondicionado para combatir los 40 grados de Madrid y el hotel fue muy conveniente en cuanto relación precio/calidad. La habitación era pequeña y también el baño pero suficiente para un viajero solo. Saludos.

Excelente servicio, se nos olvidó algo y rápidamente nos contactaron, súper buena ubicación.

No hay recepción prácticamente está solo y es autoservicio por lo que si necesitas algo pues no hay quien te ayude. Está muy cerca de gran via y hay tiendas y lugares para comer muy accesible

Fui de viaje con mi pareja, volamos por horas y nos dejaron en la calle luego de haber reservado con meses de anticipación. Nos cancelaron la habitación que habíamos reservado por cuatro días e indicaron que se la dieron a otra persona, alegando que si no le avisamos la hora de llegada ellos tenían el derecho a cancelar la reserva. Eso no le decía en ningún lado. Ya la habitación estaba paga en su totalidad, también perdimos el dinero. No recomiendo hagan reserva en este lugar. No caigan en este truco, además el lugar no es en la mejor zona. Y el trato de la Sra. que estaba en la Oficina y nos recibió no era el Mejor, ni le importó dejarnos en la calle, ya que en esos días había partido de fútbol y todos los hoteles estaban llenos.

If you want a place to sleep and are planing on being on the city a lot and not in the room then this is the place. It is small but works if you are on a budget. The only complain is the the street is loud up until 3-4am so it is a little difficult to get rest. They provide earplugs to help and of course this is not their fault, it’s just the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and it helped us keep the budget available for other activities.

Estadia excelente. Super bem localizado . Há duas quadras da Gran Via. Mercados e opções de café próximos. Ao lado tem Carrefour express atendente super atenciosa. Super recomendamos e se voltar ficaria novamente. Foi maravilhosa a estadia.

The property was in a good location within Madrid, but the street was somewhat rundown. The hotel was the same. It just did not meet my standards. It was old and tattered. We ended up departing after one night and took another hotel. You know that you in the wrong place when the hotel supplies ear plugs on the night stand.

Located good area, near from downtown. few minutes from the supermarket. Stuffs are nice and kind.
