Have stayed at this hotel for years however cost saving is obvious. Large choice of food in their buffets however very bland. Cheaper options obvious. Poor lift service, leaving customers forced to use stairs. One person stuck for 1.5 hours on the 15th floor. My bed had 3 legs !!! Not sure I would recommend as disappointed with our most recent trip and obvious complaints from other customers.

Wonderfully located right opposite the Fuengrirola beach ! Hotel and room was fab with partial sea view Support staff was great - although even though after repeated requests they did not provide some additional bowls and cups as requested. Ultimately we had to walk down to the hotel restaurant to get them everyday. Gym is not great - if you are intending to use. Swimming pool size is just about ok but has a small decent sized jacuzzi. Very well located with loads and loads of bars and food options. Bear in mind - this is far away from Malaga city. So if you are seeking to see Malaga city then this may not be the choice as it's about 45 min to 1 hour by drive away from Malaga. Close to Benalmadena and Torrelimos by car. I did not use public transport at all. Maybe you can check if train to Malaga is quicker - this may still be an option to stay ! . If you are after a beach holiday - then it's superb ! Many beach activities are also near by. Many Many Thanks Hotels.com and Expedia team for helping me to relocate to this hotel ! Will always come back if Fuengirola is my destination !

I chose this Hotel because it had a «gym». But unfortunately most of the equipment was broken or damaged. Only small dumbells and no barbells. But the cleaning was very good.

Das Hotel wurde frisch renoviert. Unser Deluxe Zimmer war geräumig, viel Platz im Schrank und genügend Ablageflächen. Die Mitarbeitende am Empfang sowie Restaurants sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Ermässigter Preis bei Liegenstühlen. Das Restaurant Riviera ist sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Jeden Abend gibt es Live-Music im Hotel stets verschiedene Musiker. Die einen sind gut, die anderen besser :-) Negativ: - Die Zimmer werden leider nicht sauber gereinigt - Deutsche TV-Kanäle sind nur VOX, RTL, RTL2 und SuperRTL, 3Sat) - das Essen ist sehr englisch lastig. Viel frittiertes und fleischhaltig. Wenig spanische Köstlichkeiten. - Speisesaal ist sehr laut und kalt wie im Kühlschrank

Lækkert hotel, sød og imødekommende reception. I forhold til tidligere ophold er rengøringen i restauranten om morgenen skamfuld med gamle madrester på bordene og ulækkert, beskidt gulv. Aftensmaden var ikke varm, trods vi kom, da restauranten åbnede. Sådan har det ikke tidligere været.

Hotel was really good. We came a little too early, but we got the room right away. Location is perfect, because everything is near. Service were flawless and especially cleaners were so nice and cleaned the room spotless. Breakfast was versatile and nothing ever ended. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Great location, calm area, good breakfast. Hotel is dated and in need of an update. Very small room, bathroom nice, balcony nice. Very small fridge cost extra and did not work, dont bother to rent the fridge. Safety box very small, you cant fit a laptop in it. Very small desk in the room, barely workable (for work). Wifi unstable (poor). Bed OK. Room needs a serious cleanup, curtains very dirty. Would have been great with some info at check-in but staff was probably to busy with arranging Christmas events :-) Overall, due to the location we will probably come back (and hope hotel has performed some update and cleanup).

A little old fashioned for me, maybe a bit 1980’s therefore very overpriced. Exceptionally uncomfortable beds for this day and age. Service was nice and friendly, though I did seem to have a noisy room where all the housekeepers seemed to have a morning meeting outside the door. Good location and clean enough just a little dated.

This Hotel used to be a 4 star, it’s claiming it still is, but standards have dropped dramatically. Food is poor, surroundings and furniture need upgrading. The internet or TV didn’t work on my floor. I won’t visit this hotel again and I have ben many times.

The hotel is in an excellent location, however we booked half board and found the the breakfast was fine but the evening meal left a lot to be desired. Food was cold most of the time and looked very unappetising. The room was ok a bit tired and the beds were uncomfortable.

Superb view, amazing suite, could not ask for more. My husband and I recently stayed in a Deluxe Junior Suite (we were upgraded from a normal Junior Suite) and it was just perfect. Such a beautiful, spacious and wonderfully decorated room with amazing views from glass fronted windows and side balcony overlooking the sea. Could not fault it. Breakfast was also perfect. Love, love, loved it. Thankyou Yaramar!

Wifi did not work on 15th floor. I told staff many times, they were friendly and said, thay are gonna reset the router, but nothing happened. I wasn’t able to work in my room. Others my stay was ok.

Overall, the property was very good. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. The front desk was friendly and the check in was simple. Cons: The service from the beach bar was terrible. They promote a free sangria if you download the app to your phone. We attempted to redeem this reward and the bartender literally snatched the drink from our hand when she found out we were using the coupon and came back with a small plastic take away cup of sangria. What? lol. There is no complimentary cocktail ice. They want $2.50 for ice. The refrigerator in the room is locked even though they advertise a fridge. We did ask the front desk to unlock it and they did. We had an ocean front room with a terrace. The bottom half of the plexiglass is shaded so it obstructs the view. That was unfortunate. The hotel has entertainment in the evenings. Expect to hear that until about 11pm.

Prima hotel, prima ontbijt en diner. De staat is verouderd. Liften gebruiken tijdens de spitsuren (maaltijd brackets) is een drama. Soms 10 minuten wachten als je bijv naar 15 hoog moet. Naseizoen is echt voor de ouderen onder ons. Gemiddelde leeftijd was ons inziens wel rond de 65-70 jaar. Personeel in de eetzaal mag vriendelijker. Zijn ons inziens alleen maar bezig zo snel mogelijk hun eindtijd van werken naar voren te halen. Alles wordt al 30 minuten voor einde opgeruimd etc. In onze periode 90% Engelsen en ook deze leeftijdscategorie staat al om 0900u klaar om hun bedje met handdoek te reserveren.

Stayed just three nights at the Yaramar as part of a longer holiday. Picked it mainly for the large pool and seafront location. First impressions on the location were a bit mixed as it was quite a walk from the centre of Fuengirolla, but we actually found the local area of Los Bolliches to be really nice. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Fuengirolla.

Had a great two weeks at the Yaramar. We couldn’t fault anything and the location was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent, evening buffet was very good, staff were all amazing. Room was comfortable, functional and very clean. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

We have stayed at the Yaramar very many times. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is great, freshly prepared with many choices and some dishes cooked to order. I would highly recommend the Yaramar.

This is our 2nd stay in the Yaramar Hotel in November, having previously stayed in the sister hotel, The Angela. We prefer the Yaramar for its views, pool area, snack bar and Yarabar bar, also the Vinea restaurant is very good and reachable from inside the hotel, so very good if the weather is bad as no need to even step outside. The rooms are comfortable and great views from the balcony. Breakfast choice was fairly decent, especially the egg station, but can always be improved with the layout of toasters and coffee machine being too cramped an area. Last year we thoroughly enjoyed the ‘Happy Hour’ every evening from 6-8pm, as a lot of guests socialised early on and then returned back to the bars later, after dinner. This year they’ve changed the happy hour time to 8-10pm, which has spoilt the amount of guests socialising, so doesn’t seem as friendly as last year. I hope these times are changed to a bit earlier as it doesn’t encourage guests to come out and mix more. We may consider returning again as it’s a good location.
