Staff were excellent upon arrival and during the stay. Room was very clean and spacious but was a little outdated. A socket by the bed would also be handy.

If I did not need stay I would check tonight The room smelt of bleach or something like . TV is rubbish no signal unless yoi watch BBC ITV channels . As for the staff they can do nothing to help . No power .

When we arrived at the hotel the electricity was off and we where told that they had no way of contacting us to let us know We where not offered alternative accommodation but was given a torch to have in our room There was cobwebs all over the ceiling Rust around the bath taps Hole in carpet Picture was only put over the top of another picture frame and if you caught it getting out of the bed it fell off Very disappointing way to expensive for the standard of the rooms Was told they where waiting for a refurbishment
