They charged me twice then gaslight me with attitude ( even when I presented the receipt and my bank statements ) wouldn’t let me leave, took my card to “verify” then took the full amount ! ( My check-in was helpful though ) the check-out I was told to check my things when I book and that if the system say so , that is the system who is right ! I kept my calm but couldn’t believe the arrogance / ignorance / impatience of that person … Having all the proof in their face ! The hotel itself … Well it’s in a nice spot , pool is closed , carousel door is broken , fountain was not running , you feel like in the 90ies this place was nice the only word I have is very run down and poorly managed … I never write comments but plz come prepared if and lower your expectations … Hotel.com chat help me fix the whole situation in 15 minutes and got a full refund … I just could have avoided this very unpleasant start of the day !

It was just a one night stay for us and we didn’t eat, so can’t comment on that. The hotel is in need of s full renovation, but what I would say is that it’s in good condition for age, clean and rooms are massive. The parking is very good, though I did hear some people being told it was full and had to go somewhere else. Limited plugs for changing devices, no usb sockets, small changes to bring it into the modern world. Overall excellent value and just what we needed it for.

The rooms were perfect for a family travelling with a teenager, offering plenty of space and comfort. Having a supermarket and a Subway sandwich shop right in the building was a fantastic bonus and made everything so convenient. Free parking and access to a gym were also great advantages. Overall, a very practical and comfortable place to stay for a family holiday!
