Hotel and room was clean and neat. I thought the hot breakfast items were very Luke warm at 7 am Indoor pool was very warm and relaxing! Overall stay was good.

The parking here on a full house is ridiculous, I have photos of several individuals taking up 2 spots because they did not want door dents and mirrors knocked off, people were passing parking next door at a different business . The parking spots are very tight all around the building. Do not attempt to go around the building pulling a trailer or car dolly of any size, it is extremely tight bank there and its one way only driving thru the parking lot. My bathroom was ok but the shower is small and dated with someone elses hair stuck to the walls and inside of tub. Tub and shower curtain appear severely stained and dirty. I guess this that "clean" here do not attempt to remove mold. Bed slept fine and the laundry machines were great, more like your high end at home washer and dryer.

Room smelled funky. TV very limited on channels. Pool was supposed to be heated - Not!… very cold. Also, pool walls had fungus and needed scrubbed... Pool ladder had rust…Pool deck felt gritty under bare feet. Hot tub was hot but had not been scrubbed in a long time - also gritty substance on seat area and bottom that might be the source of grit around the pool. The disabled equipment was rusty, rubber dried out and useless for both hot tub and pool. Breakfast was great and staff was great.

The property was advertised that they clean rooms daily. After 2 days I ask the front desk and was told I have to request my run be cleaned. I requested. 3 days later I had to go back to crying desk because my room never got cleaned the entire time. I had to go purchase toilet paper for the bathroom.

Compared to our stays at other hotels in the area this stay has been the best! Very clean! Friendly staff! The room was clean and ready and even had the bedding for the pullout sofa for our daughter already in the room.

The hotel room was ok, I loved the larger televisions but the bed wasn’t as comfortable as what I’m use to and the bathroom needs to be updated as well. There were stains in the toilet and in the tub and that is not like a Fairfield, almost felt like a motel to some degree. Breakfast was very limited and what was available I’d rate a 6. Front desk staff was accommodating and that was a plus. Overall, I would stay again but it wouldn’t be my first choice for the price!

The room smelled of mildew and everything in the room was damp from the air unit. The next morning we discovered that everything in our suitcase was also damp. When we got to the car, I plugged in my e-reader to charge, I got a warning message that it couldn’t charge due to moisture in the devise. Even the carpet and bedding was damp. Will never return.

The staff was friendly. The hotel is really outdated. The rooms were really small. compared to some of the other Fairfield ends, i've been. The rooms had no usb ports and actually had a modem outlet. there was not a lot of shelving, like other Fairfield. the bathroom was okay but the shower. It was really outdated. It was a bathtub combination, it was very little room. The water pressure was bad and it made a squeaky noise. my last fairfield, and I stayed in, had a nice giant walk in shower with plenty of water pressure, very modern looking. i Probably wouldn't stay at this one again.

Pool had a ring around it. Lamp in room didn’t work. Room overall felt a bit dark and creepy. However it was a large and spacious room. Said that it could sleep 6 with the sofa bed. Sofa bed was not much larger than a twin size mattress. Luckily there were only 4 of us.

Just a few cons: we were awoken after midnight by someone trying to enter our room. Found out soon thereafter, that there was a mixup upon our check-in that we were assigned the wrong room and that the other guest who was trying to enter our room had a similar sounding surname to mine. Probably, an honest error by front desk check-in person, but somewhat disconcerting, nevertheless. And there could have been more lighting in the room. Otherwise, a solid hotel experience.

Tea area not filled. Breakfast option sub par. Room needs updating. Outlets not in convient area of room. No where to put or lay out clothes other than drawers. Would have been nice to have a shelf somewhere. Bathroom set up backwards. Why have the plug for hair dryer etc by the sink? We will not be staying at a Fairfield again. Very expensive for outdated small room.

The place was clean and very nice. Bed super comfy and the room. My only issue is the breakfast… no very good on the food. No taste at all. Even the coffee has a weird after taste. Anyway that’s pretty much it.

David checked us in and he was great! Typically there were phone calls, additional people checked in and checking in and the guy waded through it all with humor and professionalism. Great room, no problems, got a couple of extra decafs for the morning in the room, all well kept very clean and quite full, too.

Waited 15 minutes to check in and then the desk clerk walked out and quit. Took an hour to check in even though I had mobile check-in through the app. Horrible service. We have a lot of visitors who stay here, going to recommend going somewhere else

The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to the Jacksonville Equestrian Center so it made getting to our horses quick and easy. We also had two puppies with us and they felt at home in our room. Our house keeper, Jerrica left us the sweetest note after cleaning our room. Overall, our stay was excellent.

We enjoyed the location being outside of the main Jacksonville hectic area, but easy to drive down the the Riverwalk for dinner. The room was quiet and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very clean and well located. It was a great rest stop for us and our two dogs after a long day of driving. Breakfast options were a little limited the morning we were there: there were no toast or bagel options available, which is unusual. But otherwise a great place to stay.

Your colleagues at the front desk were exceptional, helpful, professional, very pleasant. On the other hand, the breakfast was awful. Although it was included in our stay, we had to leave the premises and buy our breakfast elsewhere. The bananas were completely green and inedible as was the honeydew melon. The sausage patties were hockey pucks, dry and hard. The eggs were obviously made from a powder. Just awful.

Our room a bad odor like wet carpet with mildew. We slept with the window open. No breakfast, someone didn’t come to work. They were late trying out items out. I don’t think I will stay there again.
