I paid more to stay here because I was aware from past stays they had a hot tub and searching online it still comes up like it does from a Google search. I think the property is beautiful and the service was nice but you should find a way to put it out there that there is no longer a hot tub especially or at least that it doesn't come up when searching for one.

The hotel smelled like marijuana something fierce, staff was unwilling to do anything about it. There were half empty water bottles next to the coffee machine. The pool closed an hour before the posted time and did not open the next morning as posted either. Last but not least, Expedia charges $10 extra for breakfast, which the hotel does not accept.

always love Hilton Garden Inn's because of the dining and bar facilities on site. Also pool and when available hot tub. Pool was freezing on this trip but i'm sure that was simply a maintenance problem. I'm not happy when the properties remove the hot tubs but I suppose one day no hotel will have them. staying at HGI allowed us to have a nice place for the families while i went to the convention center and did not have to stay in the convention hotels.

First impression was excellent: the hotel is situated just off the freeway in a great area with many amenities including multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed a delicious Japanese hibachi dinner next door. The hotel itself looked like it had been built within the last 5 years, with quality furniture and full toiletries in the bathroom. The room was spacious with frig and microwave, the beds and bedding comfortable. We didn't have time to use the indoor pool but the gym was well-equipped, although the A/C was broken (on a hot day) with a sign "Use at your own risk"! The only real negative was that after our first day, we noticed the carpet in the room was filthy, with a bad odor near the door (maybe spilled milk that had not been cleaned properly). Maid service was fine (daily clean) but the carpet should be thoroughly shampooed!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The two women at the front desk when we arrived late Friday night (I believe one worked in housekeeping) were especially lovely. Thank you for a great stay!

Horrific mildew smell in the entire room. Kitchen sink leaking so bad that you can’t even turn it on because the bottom cabinet gets immediately full of water. Took 5 full minutes for the door key to actually unlock the room. There was someone else’s hair in the bathtub. Just awful.

The initial experience was good..greeted upon arrival, check in smooth. Dropped our bags and left until later evening. The room smelled like body odor, so turned down AC to filter the smell. Had to keep it so cold to cover the smell but the bedding/pillows still stunk of body odor. Totally gross!

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. No bugs, and believe me,thats the first thing i check for when i enter a room. Very convenient location. Stores,restaurants,gas stations, all within walking distance. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

I was disappointed that my a/c seemed to struggle, maintenance was up there 3 times. Insisted there was nothing wrong yet my room was 76 degrees the entire stay no matter what i set my thermostat to. They were not very family friendly. Overall for the price was not satisfied

We paid for a jacuzzi room just for the jacuzzi not to even hold water (literally), our bathroom sink didn’t drain, hair from previous tenant left in shower, our keys didn’t even work to our door.. was told that our room would be discounted because of the hassle, and we never got that discount. We stayed here because downtown Hilton was sold out. I wish we would have just stayed home. Ruined our post-wedding celebration. Save your money and go to the La Quinta off of the Main Street exit instead.

The room was great! I asked, in my reservation to be placed away from the interstate, however, we were placed in a room closest to the interstate. The exit door next to our room slammed anytime anyone went out it. Was woken several times during the visit. The buffet breakfast was adequate, but not great. Definitely not worth the cost.

One of the beds was very comfortable but the other bed made a lot of noise when you got in or out of it or turned over. The sofa was comfortable (we did not use it as a bed) but the chair also made a lot of noise when you sat down or got up. The room was spacious and accommodating! The location was great!

The bed is barely a Queen and we paid for a king and the toilet seat was broken. My husband fixed it. The room is cold and the TV which my husband needs to go to sleep doesn’t work. All the stations are Spanish.

The hotel was clean, but the check in staff were new and need more training. At the restaurant I was initially unable to charge room because card info I had to manually fill out was not activated properly. Later fixed.

I really enjoyed my stay. I had a few minor problems. The ironing board would not let back downbut they replaced it right away. The batteries in my remote needed to be changed and they sent up a new set of batteries right away. The hair dryer did not work. I called in to give my new card information because the card i originally booked my stay with was replaced. The person who took my new information was not helpful. I wanted to book an additional night but she would not do it. I wanted to see if Hilton offered a cheaper rate. Well when i arrived and the young man at the desk helped me right away. I got a cheaper rate and became a Hilton honors member.

I had a terrible stay. I requested a refund and asked to be contacted. I was told to go to the Hilton website to get services and issue a complaint. I did as I was told I issue my complaint. I reached out to the general manager by the name of Sarah Gabbard and she advised that once she received my complaint she would assist in my refund. This took place on November 30. I have emailed her several times with no response back and no refund nor resolution. I was unable to rest. The heater in my room was defective and made a loud roaring noise. When I tried to contact the front desk and go to the front desk to get moved to a different room, no one was available. I was then told I could get a refund, but the delay is because I booked through a third-party vendor. Well, I advised that when I tried to book my room through the website with Hilton the system kept shutting down, and when I tried to call the hotel, no one answered. overall, this was a horrible experience and as of today, I still don’t have a refund or any resolution.

Pros Front desk staff were friendly. Staff allowed an extended checkout time of 12:30 PM. Bed was comfortable. Water was hot. Cons Though an extended checkout was granted, housekeeping staff knocked incessantly on the room door and then attempted room entry at 8:29 AM. This was reported to the front desk, at 10:30 AM upon checkout, who apologized but did nothing to make the error right.

The breakfast my wife and I had was the best breakfast we have ever had in any hotel at which we have ever stayed. The bacon was perfectly cooked (which never happens). Everything was fresh and hot, and the staff took excellent care of us. 10/10 stars!

The stay was nice. Room was clean and sufficient. The only issue I had was the they do not serve free breakfast. You have to pay for it. Breakfast wasn’t cheap either so we had to eat elsewhere. It would have been nice to have free breakfast.
