When we arrived in the room I walked over to look out the window and the carpet was soaked from the air conditioning unit. I called down to report the issue and was told maintenance would be coming up. Hours later we decided to go check at the front desk. The guy had apparently forgotten about it and maintenance was already gone. No accommodation was made to get us out of the room and we were having to climb ober the bed to get in and out cause the floor was soaked. Next day maintenance came by and he said we'd have to move rooms. Said it would be a couple of hours. When I went to the desk to see how long we would have to wait the room was already available they jist didn't communicate that. We spent most of our trip sitting around waiting on this hotel instead of being able to go out. The pool was also closed. The only thing offered for the inconvenience was a free breakfast voucher. Very disappointed. This is my second time staying here and the last.

I checked in late, around 9PM. I parked my car about 50 ft from the entrance. I had to pay $10 to park for the night!!! It was not a secure lot, just a normal parking lot like most hotels that don’t have a secure lot or parking garage. Ridiculous! I feel I should get a refund since the description says “Uncovered self parking on site (USD 10 per night); includes in/out privileges. This implies there is an arm/gate to get in and out. It is a completely open lot. Ten dollars to park my car in an open lot! Front desk people not friendly. Beds and pillows were comfy, room was nice.

The room and facility was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. Nice updated quiet room for a good nights rest! The pool was very nice and clean, in working order also. We did choose this hotel because they had a restaurant but when we got there we were told they weren’t open Sunday evenings. So be aware of that. Also breakfast was good but at an additional cost.

Not much staff on duty . No Food available. No Bar to get a drink . We are traveling with our dog and needed to stay at our hotel to dine . I choose this place because they said they had a kitchen and staff . That was a lie . All the lights were out and nobody working . When I asked about it the staff was unapologetic.

We had a decent check in experience and received text messages asking how our check in experience and first evening was—which was a really nice touch. We stayed 3 nights and did not receive any cleaning services. We did not have our DND on. This was really disappointing as we had been outside most days—it was hot and sticky. We would have liked to come back To a clean room with clean sheets and towels. When we told the front desk and inquired why the room wasn’t cleaned, his only response was “so you need more towels?” Additionally, the hallway and elevator to and from the pool was always wet with puddles throughout. No one cleaned it up— just put up a “wet floor” sign. It just felt like a lot of laziness happening in regard to cleanliness.

The door to the cabinet housing the refrigerator was about to fall off. Can't understand how that went unnoticed by cleaning service. I also can't understand how a USED K-Cup was left near the coffee maker and not replaced by a fresh one.

Our first room smelled like someone smoked in it and they tried to clean it. Smell too much for me. But the manager switched us no problem. The new room was great. No issues. Clean and spacious. Coffee pot in room. Smell was clean. Room was fine. Overall I would recommend and stay here again.

The hotel was not what I expected for the price I paid. Didn't look like they vacuumed in a while, general cleanliness was ok, but could see corners and areas that aren't generally trafficked we're not touched. The breakfast was not included, the staff seemed uninterested in helping and seemed as though you were bothering them, and general maintenance of the building showed it was lacking. For an 80 to 90 dollar a night room, what I got would be what I would expect; but for close to 200 a night, woefully inadequate. Go to Hampton Inn at Franklin Berry Farms, much better accomodations, staff and price.

Check-in was scheduled at 3pm. We arrived at 3:15pm and our room was not ready. We had to wait approximately 30 minutes for our room to be ready. There were dirty dishes in the hallway outside our door and the door across the hall throughout our entire stay. The lighting in the room was very poor and made it hard to see. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It almost felt as if sleeping on a plank of wood. There were dirty towels on the floor in the elevator and sitting on top of a trash can in the hallway. The staff cleared the hot breakfast at 10:25am when it was scheduled to end at 10:30am. However, Ms. Star at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She comped the hot breakfast due to our room not being ready on time.

Pillows and bedding are important, and necessary for a good night\'s sleep. Despite Hilton\'s promise of a "pillow menu" and attention to this, we sadly experienced that this was not the case at this Hilton Garden Inn. The pillows in our room were so worn they were flat, lumpy and the pile no longer staying together. They offered no head support, just a miserable experience for our first night. After asking a staff member if they had a pillow menu, he had no idea what we were talking about and brought us another flat, over worn and lumpy pillow. Reaching for my cell phone the next morning, there were long hairs on the stand that were not any of ours. We actually went out and bought pillows for our second and final night\'s stay. The cover on the Hilton bed was not as pictured in the photos of the hotel. It was for a queen bed and not for a king, which resulted in a tug of war over the covers that just barely came over the side. Speaking of, for some reason our cancellation time frame was one week out, instead of the usual one or two days before, eliminating the option to find some of the better options in the area. Our take away is that not all Hilton\'s are the same. On a positive note, the Hotel is in a great location for the Brentwood, Cool Springs, and Franklin area of greater Nashville. We will not be staying at a Hilton again.

My stay at this hotel was fabulous. Amber was the manager on site and was able to untangle my double booking error without me paying a penalty. Initially, I had gone to the wrong Hilton hotel and Amy and Donna were trying their hardest to find my reservation. Finally, I checked my email and learned I was at the wrong hotel. All three ladies, Amber from the Hilton Garden Inn and Donna and Amy from the Hilton on Corporate Causeway, went beyond to solve my mix-up. Thank you, ladies for your hospitality!

Wasnt offered free breakfast that came with hotel stay, paid $35 daily for breakfast. Front desk was on his phone and maybe said a few words. Handed room key with no breakfast coupons or gave info on how to get to room. House keeping kept room nice. Pizza boxes and trash in common area by elevators. Barking dogs in hotel, and parents who let kids run wild.

Property was nice. Night shift clerk Tyler was rude and unwelcoming. He gave us a room where bed was unmade. I called from the room and he said no way! We took a picture. Went to get another room and said he didn’t want to see the picture. Never said another word to us. Just put the cards on the counter and turned around

The view from the room was gorgeous! the property was tucked into a neighborhood with a bike path and felt very homey. There was so many nearby choices for dining including right there in the lobby of the hotel a chef prepared meals also

My wife and I have stayed at this location several times. We have never had a bad experience of any kind, and we really enjoy our stays. We are close to many different dining opportunities and to local and chain shopping. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always, always very nice.

Attended a conference on-site, so much of our time was spent in the hotel - but found many great restaurant options nearby. Convenient to the interstate, but far enough away to eliminate road noise. No free breakfast, but breakfast/dinner available at their restaurant and free coffee available all day!

Front desk staff checking in was unfriendly & rude. Could not explain the difference between a charge & a hold on credit card. When asked to repeat info. she became short tempered & disrespectful. I believe her name was Hope. The breakfast served there is not worth the price. 2 cartons of milk were spoiled/soured. Food was tasteless and there was only a small variety. The rooms however were clean & the parking lot well lighted. Surrounding area was very nice.

We had 2 Jr Suites, they are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was not pleasant and didn’t seem to like his job. Breakfast was $15 per person and isn’t worth it so we passed.

Very clean, exceptional friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only negative would be that I feel breakfast should be included. The hot breakfast was definitely not worth the price and if you only wanted something such as oatmeal, you were required to pay the almost $15 . Not worth it sorry

We had dinner there but after ordering we found out they were out of soup. Meal took a long time to arrive, and we were told the person in the kitchen was in training. Later learned that the same was true of our waitress. Decided to go elsewhere for breakfast the next morning. Our room phone had no dial tone. When I reported it to the desk was told it could not be fixed during our stay.
