What a great find! In a much quieter location than other properties we had looked at. We absolutely loved the courtyard area with the grills and basketball court. Breakfast had a lot of tasty options, the rooms were clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. But the best part was the staff. Typically at hotels in this category, we wouldn’t have expected such warm, considerate service, but everyone we encountered seemed genuinely happy to be doing their jobs!

The pool was closed when we went for our stay because of contamination and the customer service was absolutely terrible. I’ve never felt so dismissed or insulted by staff response to concerns at any other hotel.

Traveled as a family of 5 for sports. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had some obvious signs it wasn’t cleaned well. Breakfast was just “ok”. The kids enjoyed the waffles. The pool was also a hit with the kiddos and the hubby and I relaxed in the hot tub then we grabbed snacks from the snack area. Pricy but convenient to take back to our room! I would stay here again.

I took my family here to go swimming. The pool got “contaminated” and they told us it was closed for days. They offered us to go across the street to a sister hotel only to find that their hot tub was out of order as well. You can hear everything at this hotel. We booked a suite only to listen to the people above us very late into the night. No sound barrier. Was not a good experience and we requested a call from the manager and have not heard anything.

Everything from pleasant check-in and out, friendly staff, clean & modern spaces, free water bottles, and fantastic breakfast! The only small bummer was the very small, echo-chamber swimming area. The pool is much smaller than the pics show and the echo from noise is insane. Definitely the smallest hotel pool & area I've seen, but clean and safe.

We had our sons Groomsdinner at one of the conference rooms that was open to the courtyard where they have a basketball hoop and bean bags. It was great that we could let the kids go outside to run off some energy while the adults visited. The wedding party stayed at the hotel as well. We liked that there was a full kitchen in all the rooms along with a full refrigerator and dishwasher!

The breakfast was great. I won’t usually eat breakfast at hotels they’re so bad but this had lots of great options including fresh eggs, fried sausages, fried potatoes. I was impressed and appreciative. Exits were convenient for letting my dog outside and we were able to turn the fan on at night to help with some of the noise. Good place to stay.

Staff and service was great! Blow dryer started making a strange sound and then started smoking. Toilet handle got stuck often so it wouldn’t flush. I informed the front desk and they took care of it. Shower had a ring of hair which my husband and son assumed was mine. However, I hadn’t even been in the shower.

Clean lobby, clean room, very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room had a full size fridge, and that was very nice to have for us for our food. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Great place to stay.

This was the best hotel!! Clean, comfy with a large separate bedroom. Full kitchen! Easy to get to. Great breakfast choices. I believe they offered free food in the evening but we were there for a wedding so we didn’t partake. The only thing I would change I would suggest better lighting by the bathroom mirror!

Crystal at the front desk was the nicest, friendliest person. She was so helpful and kind! Couch in our room felt like the back was cracking and furniture pretty dirty. Need new pillows too. Not a terrible room but could use some updates.

My check-in was very smooth. I had chosen to stay at this hotel for business. I returned late night after a banquet I was a little surprised that the commercial toilet in my room backed up putting an inch plus of water across the entire floor. It even soaked into the carpet in my bedroom. I quickly shut the water off from the valve. I then called down to the front desk a couple of times to reach someone. I informed him that the toilet had backed up and I needed some assistance. He became instantly annoyed, stated that this was not his problem, and he wasn't interested in hearing it. I asked if I could at least get a plunger and a mop? I was informed that he would be willing to bring me a plunger but there was only one mop in the hotel and I wasn't going to get it. A few minutes later when he delivered the plunger he didn't want to enter and look at the bathroom. I finally insisted because I wanted him to see that it was not obviously clogged and how much water was involved. He still wouldn't go into the bathroom. Once he got to the bedroom door he could see the amount of water coming out of the bathroom floor into the bedroom. He stated that his only concern was that much water could flood down into the unit beneath me. He left and

Pretty decent hotel, but the hideabed/couch needs to be replaced. It was supposed to be used for sleeping and we couldn’t even use it. The couch sinks and bed springs were sticking out of the bed so our child had to sleep on the floor. We paid for a room to sleep 5 people and it did not do that.

The hotel was oversold and we were told there was no room available for us upon check in. Eventually they gave us a room, but that probably just means they took another guests room. Not impressed at all given I booked the room and paid in full months in advance of our stay.

I’m really not sure who is to blame , but we got to the hotel to check in and was told they didn’t have a reservation for us. I explained I booked it through Expedia and I’m told that they have nothing but problems with Expedia. After the 3rd person telling me that they don’t have a reservation for us even after showing them my receipt. I told them I have paid for a room, and I have no where else to go. They give me a room, I walk in and the room had not been cleaned from the last people that stayed there. Then they gave me another room. My check in time took over a hour. This whole situation was completely unexceptical.

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. It was clean and the front desk staff was kind and welcoming. My only thing was that the breakfast was not great at all and the staff there were slow to refill things. The two ladies were literally outside on a smoke break right in the middle of breakfast and the milk and coffee had run out. Thought that was rude in our opinion. My husband went outside to get them. Anyway, other than that it was a good stay.
