Such a magical place! Felt immediately relaxed due to the friendly and helpful staff, the atmosphere created by the decor and furnishings and the tropical gardens which had both formal and secret spaces to enjoy the scenery, plants and wildlife. The Bream box close to the beach, which served drinks, snacks and pizzas in the afternoons is a fabulous facility too. Bream cove, at the end of the garden path, was a great place for a swim, especially prior to a delicious breakfast. Will definitely return and bring my family and friends to experience this beautiful hotel. A great place for a romantic or relaxed escape.

Staff were super nice, gardens were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Parking available. Nice location close to Falmouth, but very rural feel. Seaview is very limited in general from this property but lovely gardens make up for this. My father is in his 80s and managed ok, but to say this property is likely not ideal for those with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs and it's all built into a hillside. Beds in both rooms my family used could use an update- pretty uncomfortable and uneven mattresses with noticeable indents where people tend to generally sleep. In morning when going to breakfast we had to dodge piles of dirty linen and supplies all along the narrow hallway where cleaning staff had stripped beds already. Seemed an odd system for a 4 star hotel. Despite these last comments still a very pleasant stay!

Loved the gardens and direct access to private beach. Dog friendly terrace garden rooms were of a standard rating in.my opinion. No soap replenished in dispensers for 2 days. Stain on bedding sheet. Dog pee stains visible in some public carpeted areas. Unmanned reception, need to ring a bell. The 'bridge dog friendly area' for meals is depressing and isolated, no bell in this area to indicate you need a service i.e. breakast. No background music. Lacking atmosphere. Tables are coffee tables, far too low to eat a meal off. Had to put my plates on lap! However breakfast can be taken in beautiful gardens on a fine weather day for dog owners; much more pleasant. Drinks expensive, x2 double G&Ts £28! My complaint with hotel is as a lone female traveller with dog, my bedroom door had been left wide open by housekeeping manager the one day and this concerned me from a safety and security point, also outside door to accomodation block pinned open despite being a security door on card swipe access. I have logged a formal complaint re this with hotel and expedia, waiting for a reply!
