Room was oldy worldy but clean and functional, no frills but staff were great. Food in pub was top notch.

Pretty happy with accommodation for an overnight en route to North Yorkshire. 3 of us in the room. Good value but lacking a few essentials. Only two tea/coffee mugs, no water glasses in the bathroom and only one bedside light! We are older people, late 60s/70s and go to the loo in the night!

Primarily chosen as it was near to an event we were attending at the Nene Valley Railway (a short drive from the pub). We liked that the accommodation was in a separate building to the pub (although the pub was not loud). Good breakfast, evening meals, and friendly staff. We have a lovely walk around the village one evening, went back following day to try the local tea rooms but they closed early which was a shame. Will definitely stay here again
