Stayed 2 nights

Went on a solo trip for a couple of nights and I was very happy with the stay. You’ll be well taken care of by the staff as a solo woman traveler. Very much appreciated. Only thing that might be helpful to know is that there’s music on from around 10 am - 11 pm. I was hoping for a bit more quiet stay, but otherwise it was great. The food is great even though I too read various different reviews. Not everything is labeled but mostly everything is halal and Moroccan traditional with the exception of pizza, pastas etc. I especially enjoyed aqua aerobics and watching the other guests sing karaoke. By the time I had to leave I didn’t want to. I had a blast! The place isn’t that big and everyone including the other guests were nice. They even offer free shuttle to the Medina you have to book in advance. More suitable for a longer stay. If you want to sunbathe and swim in the pool and eat and drink all day with all inclusive and don’t mind loud music. Then this is the place for you. I wouldn’t mind coming back since I felt very safe there. Thank you!

Stayed 5 nights

Lovely rooms, very clean pool area, fantastic staff, plenty of variety of drinks, food absolutely gorgeous! Cant fault it for the money! Wouldn’t say it’s 5* but it’s a solid 4* but matched our expectations. It is a bit stuck out on its own though so would benefit from a small internal shop. We would definitely return! Oh and there is a free shuttle bus into the centre twice a day and very cheap excursions.

Hotel is very run down would say maybe a 3.5*not a 5* as advertised. Rooms need a lot of attention but too many to list faults. Food was poor, no labels on anything so you didn’t know what they were or what allergies products they may have in them. Spent 5 days on chips as even the staff could not tell me what was in the food. No evening entertainment and nothing close by. For a 5* accommodation all inclusive this was not good and would not recommend.

Poor standards throughout the hotel and whilst there many staff the level of competence is minimal The All Inclusive package is laughable - being forced to sit outside to have a drink from the Bar sums it up

This hotel excells in kindness & service. Rooms & facilities are good ( not top notch) but everything is served with a smile. Food (we did breakfast and dinner here) was good. Bar, outside bar and swimming pool were great. Thank you staff for making our stay such a nice & warm break. Highly recommended!
