What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was how the owners went above and beyond when we experienced an unexpected misfortune during our trip. Staff were super friendly, room was clean, beds comfortable. Hotel was a 10 min walk from old town and neighbourhood was clean, safe and quiet. Our room was on the second floor and had a great view of the street and buildings across the way. Would recommend it to friends as it was clean and comfortable, staff was responsive, hotel was in a great location and was affordable. The only warning I would give is that the building is in need of maintenance. Check to see that things are in good working order before unpacking. Upon arrival it was obvious that our bathroom sink and shower drains were plugged. The sink drain was leaking onto the shelf and towels below, and the shower did not drain at all. However, the staff was responsive and superintendent came up immediately to drain/temporarily repair the sink. Be aware that the hotel is only open for check-in from 5-10pm. Paid parking is available on the streets around the hotel.

We did not use the parking lot. However the staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggested places to visit and we really enjoyed their suggestions. The room was clean. Simple decor. Very confortable. We were walking distance to the historic centre. We had a great stay.
