Our stay was wonderful. Room was very clean, staff was pleasent and friendly . Parking was easy. Location is conveniently located to food, shopping etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again

The parking lot lights were not on when i arrived at 10 pm.

Breakfast was minimal but adequate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Gym was adequate however 2/3 treadmills were out of service.

Great stay but they advertise a bar and they do not have one. It’s only open for events.

It was nice, the pool was nice, breakfast was decent, the only thing I didn’t like was not having a tub in the bathroom after I was told I would have one. It would have been easier to wash my little ones but other than that we had a nice stay.

Friendly staff from the moment we checked in. Room was very clean and inviting. Felt like i was at home in my very own bed. Great free parking. Breakfast was delicious. Will stay here again when we visit.

Property was very nice. Breakfast was great. However, we were on the 5th floor, and the morning we tried to check out (at 7:00 a.m.) the elevator seemed to be out of order. We buzzed for it, waited 5-7 minutes, but did not even hear it running. We assumed it was out of order and carried our luggage down the 5 flights of stairs.

My friend and I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Sugar Land, expecting a great experience, especially given Hampton's reputation for cleanliness. When we arrived, we were excited--we loved the location! It was close to a grocery store, great restaurants, and in a quiet area. The staff was friendly, and our room was clean when we first checked in. However, after our first night, we were shocked to find that our room hadn't been cleaned at all. To make matters worse, there were ants all over the trash can. We reported it to the front desk, only to be told that housekeeping only cleans rooms every other day. They handed us fresh towels and told us to take out our own trash. The next day, we came back late, exhausted, only to find that our room still hadn't been cleaned. At that point, it was almost midnight--too late to request service. Despite staying for three nights and four days, our room was never cleaned, even after requesting it. The presence of ants was a clear sign that the room was not being maintained properly. I've never had an experience like this at a well-known hotel chain, and it was a major disappointment. Cleanliness should never be an issue at a hotel of this caliber.

This is a dog friendly property.I didn't see it or I missed it during my selection process, but it definitely smelled like it. We had to request a change of rooms because of the smell but the young lady at the the front desk was very accommodating. The breakfast was mediocre as best. I will not re-book this Hotel again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Two issues with my stay were not getting room service either day and the shower needs a bath mat, it’s extremely slippery.

The staff were super friendly, the hotel was clean. The location is amazing!! Will definitely be back

Dirty rooms

The room had ants in it an was not clean. It was dirty. Not happy!

Clean rooms, breakfast was nice, and check in was fast and easy.

The Hotel was beautiful and in a good location however I was quite disappointed that there were no housekeeping services offered. We had to call each day to get clean towels and our trash taken out. The beds were very comfortable, but the mattress kept sliding out of place after sitting or lying. I had to center the mattress on several occasions. There needs to be something placed between the mattress and the wood frame to prevent that from happening.

Room was not consistently refreshed. I had to request and walk down to the front desk three times over a seven day stay for clean towels. Bed not made and trash not removed on those three days. Breakfast was of so-so quality but plentiful. AC in the room did not consistently cool at night (thermostat pre-programmed I believe). Temp was set at 73 degrees but I'd wake up at night to 75 and once 76. I will say the front desk staff were pleasant and when I asked for a printed receipt (printer was out of service) sent me an email with the expense details. The bed was comfortable and the location convenient for shopping.

The room was clean and spacious

Didn’t get the room we reserved, there was no TV or phones at the hotel for four days. Hardly get the bathroom door open and close as it wouldn’t move on the tracks, toilet paper holder, kept falling off the wall every time someone use the restroom.no courtesy or discount was given at the hotel whatsoever, nor did they seem to care about our reservation through Expedia

The pictures online didnt do this place justice. Very clean, beautiful and comfortable. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing too! Overall i was very satisfied.

The AC did not work. It remained the same temperature, fan blowed, but the room did not cool off. We only stayed one night so there was no time to get it resolved.

Had to change rooms after check-in due to lack of a television signal. Room changed to had one of the two windows “dark shade” missing. Otherwise an excellent hotel free breakfast setup and convenient to shopping and nearby restaurants

Great place to stay. Only advice is that the bathroom tub was very slippery without handrails.

While in shower, I slipped! Porcelain tubs very slippery!!! I went to Walmart and bought a bathtub non slip liner!!!

Rails to open shower door missing, shampoo bottle on wall empty. A/c wasn’t working well at all as it ran at a trickle . Large water stain on ceiling above bed . Only 1 bath towel was available for two people

No TV, poor amenities

Nice hotel room was surprisingly big and plenty of room for my family of 5. No issues with check in. Clean and exceptional service. Breakfast was offered during our stay and the first morning very good but the second morning blah! Location is close to a HEB and a Chuys and many other store. Would for sure return.

I enjoyed my stay. We had some issues with the tv remote but the staff helped to fix the issue in a timely manner. I dont have one complaint. Really nice place especially for the price. Thank you to Brooke and the man at the front desk on night shift for being so helpful

The front desk manager single-handedly is to blame for taking the 4th stay at this hotel and making it our last. We had booked two reservations because we decided to add another night. Booking through Hotels.com was less expensive. We did not know the room type changed, and we were not told at check in we would need to change rooms on night two. The desk clerk could have asked us to politely move rooms, but chose to rudely tell us to get out now. When contronted, she didn't apologize for the confusion or her behavior, instead doubled down and said, "was I mean or was I direct?" She was both. If you call someone ugly, that's both direct and mean. Never had such a conversation before with someone in or out of the service industry. The hotel location was good, the room was okay, but the front desk service was the worst I've ever experienced. Jojo made us feel penalized for booking through Hotels.com. if there is a partnership for filling rooms, the front desk manager at this property needs to be enlightened.

I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the customer service at your property. Staff should be better trained on how to approach and handle guests, as my recent stay was affected by multiple issues. When I arrived at the facility, I was greeted by the counter technician. She issued me one room key. Since there were four people in my party, I politely asked for an additional key. Her response was that she could not provide one because she had a limited number of keys and still needed to check in other customers. With all due respect, this should not be my issue as a guest. The second incident occurred when we requested towels from a housekeeper on our floor. Instead of assisting, she was rude and told me to go downstairs to the front desk and ask for them myself. This is the second time I have stayed at this property and encountered service-related problems. I am disappointed, as these experiences do not reflect the level of hospitality I would expect. I hope steps will be taken to improve customer service and ensure better treatment of guests in the future

The hotel charged us for one of two rooms we paid for on Hotels.com and is refusing to refund my money. Now I have to take time out of my day to get the bank to help refund it.

The hotel is very convenient to anyone attending an event at the Smart Financial Center. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. My only complaint is regarding the front desk. She was not very friendly and did not want to accommodate our early check in request. I will be trying another hotel next time.

When i arrived i was told they had overbooked my room selection, which i had already paid in full. The young man assured me he would put me in a comparable room that would still have the two beds and and pull out sofa. I was on an over night stay with my husband and two large teenage boys. I got to the room and no couch. My entire family went back to the lobby where the young man pretty much told me "he didn't know what to do" and i was stuck with that room. No apology, no other options. I asked to speak with a manager and of course not onsite. After speaking with my husband we just decided to stick it out with no refund available and having to be somewhere that evening. We all sqeezed in the tiny room and my large boys bunked up. I understand things happen, but i just wanted what i paid for. Or i should have be compensated somehow. The only brightside to the hotel was the breakfast amd very attentive attendants that were keeping the area well stocked and very clean. I would not recommend this hotel.

I booked a two bed queen room. When I arrived they stayed they didn't have any queens and this is a common problem with third party booking because you guys never verify availability. The hotel said I could change if one became available. The next day I was told they definitely have two queen rooms and they would call me to switch. I explained I am uncomfortable sharing a bed. He stated he understood and would call me at 3 pm once the housekeepers have sent the list. They never called me. During check out, they again blamed you guys but no one has offered me any understanding about this terrible experience. I was actually needing another night but the lack of trying to accommodate me was horrible to say the lease

Check in was mayhem. Received keys for our 2 rooms on the 6th floor. One was not cleaned yet. Went back downstairs and traded it for a room on the second floor. Grabbed my luggage from the 6th floor, went to the new room, and the key didn't work. Went down again and got a new key. Entered room and promptly jumped in the shower. While in there, sombody opened my room door. I had been patient with the mix-ups but this was too much. I called the desk and insisted that they explained what happened and who had access to my room. If it was a staff member, I wanted it confirmed by the staff. The same front desk person said they would figure it out and call me back because they were very confused. 45 minutes passed with no phone call. I went to the desk and she said "oh it was just housekeeping". This young lady was so confused through the whole process and there was a real possibility that she gave a key to some rando. I left unsure of my safety and the safety of my belongings. Would not stay here again.

Check in was terrible. My son had an appt at a speciality clinic at 3:30. We arrived and were told we could not check in till 3. There was a line of people waiting. It was not until after 3 they started checking everyone in and people were cutting. Staff was not knowledgeable about how to operate the system. If I wouldn’t had already paid for my room I would have left. Will never stay here again.

GREAT LOCATION

Very convenient location. H-E-B within walking distance. My son got sick while on our trip and there was even an urgent care in the same parking lot.

Great quiet location, with great amenities around. Hotel was clean, room also clean and spacious. Would stay here again for sure next trip.

I loved this place . Rooms are very spacious . I would just suggest to change the breakfast menu a little. I stayed two days and both days they had the same food. Both days sausage and egg .

The rooms were great!! The breakfast and morning staff at the desk were terrible. Coffee was cold and not fresh at 0630 in the morning...orange juice was warm. Went to say something to front desk but they were arguing around the corner and couldn't hear us. Said the coffee wasn't her job.
