Fantastic place to stay. Having never stayed at a top resort, I wasn't sure what to expect. The room was fantastic (I loved the open plan shower-no door). Pool was great, restaurant very good, perfect spot on the beach (about 1km walk from the main areas, which meant you could lie on a beach chair without tonnes of tourists constantly filing past, unlike other hotels). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic place to stay.

We loved the pool and live music every night Friendly and efficient staff who made our stay special Room was a little tired and lack of power points (and no international power points at all). The staff and hospitality was excellent and the property is beautiful. It was our first time in Boracay and the Ambassador In Paradise was just perfect! The buffer breakfast is different everyday, the pool was beautiful and the beach front with the chairs are just magical. That’s all we did was hang out at the beach.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Friendly and welcoming staff throughout the hotel. Spacious room. Perfect location at one of the best beach sections. Short walk to the night life and DMall and short walk to Diniwid Beach. Tourdesk is very helpful and finds the perfect tour for your needs. Overall an excellent value for the product offered. The location , staff was excellent. Enternainment was very good.the pool was clean. The ambassadors transfer van and speed boat transfer was easy and excellent. The Ambassador speedboat was much easier to get on and off than the other external company boat.

Our room is well-maintained and made-up daily. The entire resort, like the pool, restaurant, walkways, beachfront are all clean and maintained by the staff. We give special thanks to all the staff from the first the 1st staff we met up to the last. They were all very attentive and kind. Unfortunately, we forgot the name of the lady who were assigned on our table during our breakfasts. We were looking for her on our last day, but she must be on leave. The resort/hotel has a great location, the staff was super friendly-always helpful in assisting our needs. I would have given the highest rating except for a little room design/flaw.I used a night time CPAP machine so I need a working wall power outlet and in this case, yes there was a power outlet by the night stand BUT it also turns ON a reading light by some sort by the head board so how can one sleep if there's a spot light above your head?Ugghh

We made a great decision to stay at Ambassador. Located in Station 1, Beach front. Room is huge, bathroom is very spacious, ocean and pool view. Plenty of seating in the restaurant, beach beds are also available, first come first serve. Restaurant with Acoustic singers in the evening during our stay. Restaurant servers both during breakfast and evening are all helpful, we had encounters with Kent, Roy, Noel, Janeza, Adrian, Juvy, Hajie. Guard Jonathan is very helpful too. Thank you for making our first Boracay visit a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable!

Very happy overall with the stay. However, the front desk was difficult to deal with when it came to basic stuff like transport from the airport and going to another hotel. Staff in the were excellent, only the front desk seems to need some further training. Otherwise the property is in a good location and happy with my stay overall.

Front desk was so helpful and nice. They even decorated for my son’s birthday and the restaurant staff gave him a cake and sang for him on his birthday which was a surprise to us. Beach in front of hotel was beautiful!! On our last day a lot of the staff came outside and waved goodbye until we left. Would definitely stay there again!

We had the most incredible stay at Ambassador in Paradise Resort in Boracay! From the moment we arrived at the airport for our transfer, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. The room was absolutely stunning. So spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a breathtaking view of the resort pool and ocean. The restaurant on-site was exceptional, offering such a great variety of delicious dishes. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all a treat! We did not need to leave! The location was unbearable…Situated right in front of a gorgeous white-sand beach, I could step out and be in paradise within seconds. The staff really made the stay so wonderful they have thought of everything and always a step ahead of your needs!! Can’t wait to come back! We will be coming straight to this resort.

Love the beach front property, its in Station 1 which they say has the finest white sand of all Boracay Easily accessible to d’mall a local place for souvenirs and restaurants The staff are very friendly, hospitable, always smiling and willing to help…i don't have little children but I’ve seen how attentive they are to customers with little kids giving them coloring materials and other toys…restaurant food is delicious..have acoustics at night and a fire dance performance…service is above and beyond..from check in to in between Highly recommend worth the price for the venue, service, great location.

Thai hotel is located in front of an amazing beach , one of the best stretch of beach there big walkable to the main district 2 for more restaurant options . The staff was helpful and changed us rooms when we asked as we wanted on the second floor. Breakfast was amazing, not a buffet . The only feedback I would give is the rooms set up. Tv versus armoire placement , not enough hangers and counter space in the bathroom . More lights would be nice but that seems to be an issue in all hotels I’ve been too !! Love the turndown cookies , nice touch .

Beautiful location on station one (quieter end). Direct beach access is awesome, staff were lovely. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kids loved the pool and beach. Only comments would be that restaurant is fairly expensive and meals/drinks were fine but there are really good options around D’mall (Station 2) for half the price. We also had an issue with the tour operator that the hotel booked us. The Ambassador staff were apologetic, but the process where the hotel take a booking deposit (which they must keep) then have you pay the operator the remainder, leaves guests vulnerable to the operator adding additional fees and just saying “oh! didn’t the hotel tell you about that”. Ambassador should manage the whole booking and pay the operator directly so the guest does not need to haggle with the operators, as it ruins the experience to be asked to pull more money out of your pocket while you’re snorkelling. It’s unfortunately typical for Boracay’s reputation. Beach tour vendors wouldn’t be much better… maybe try to book online with someone that looks reputable??? I’m not sure what the safest way to go is.

Amazing service, the staff are very friendly and corteous, food is great and the beachfront is absolutely beautiful! Breakfasts menu were different each day and does not get monotonous and the rooms (we booked family suite) were very spacious.

You need anew restaurant manager and possibly a new chef. Your chef has no idea how to make eggs Benedict or mushroom soup. The place just isn’t the same when the big boss isn’t there.
