This is actually my 3rd or 4th time at Kimberly Hotel in Tagaytay. The room we stayed in was nice. There was a little problem with the toilet flush but was resolved right away by the plumber. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great with a good number of selection. Overall I would say it's a nice place to stay with family especially with kids.

We had a very good time. Staff are attentive to our needs. We do not even have to ask they initiate to check with us every time we use their facilities. They even gave some food freebies for kids.
