All the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and very close to restaurants and malls. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Tagaytay in the future.

Much better than last stay in 2025 when the lobby and rooms had too much perfumed air. Now it smelled clean like it used to. My only 3 issues: sun streamed thru the gaps of blinds, bidet was hard to use, tub is not deep soaking. But overall still a great experience as the suite is comfortable and spacious.

Very helpful staff. Great central location close to Ayala Mall, plenty of places to eat and shops. If you are going to spend a few days in Tagaytay this is a great place to stay. Great restaurant with excellent food but the standard breakfast are huge.
