Fantastic hotel with some great rooms. Pay as much as you can afford for a great view of the circuit and surrounds. Worth checking if any activity on the circuit. Great if you like it. Noisy if you don’t !! Couple of decent restaurants but hotel is a little isolated so great for short stays Wet deck is very loud and quite small. Lucky to get a decent bed. The family pool area was a bit better Finally don’t arrive at 1200 - it’s bedlam at checkout !!

Stayed for F1 was really convenient and walkable to F1 however not many food options around. However there is a free shuttle bus to mall, where there is lots of choice. Properly is beautiful. With large rooms and access to gym and rooftop pool. Would recommend.

This place was great and we had an amazing time. The food in Garage and Amici was delicious as was the room service food, we didn’t try the other restaurants. The gym facilities and spa was good and helpful. The room was clean and spacious whereas the bathroom was disappointing due to the see through windows and glass which was very disturbing. The views were immaculate and the location was amazing to be very close to the F1 track and many attractions and theme parks. On the other hand we felt as if the free shuttles were quite misleading as they always seemed full and we had to waste many dirhams on taxi service to and from our destination.

Pool was closed, limited dining options. Lounge is terrible. Constant noise from the formula track from 9am to 12.30am. Area around the hotel is terrible. Would not stay here again.

Pristine exterior and interior, very comfortable beds, room was spacious, clean and organized, and above all, fantastic service from every member of the hotel staff-even a slight hiccup regarding a takeout delivery order being turned away at the front desk (prior to our arrival) was graciously acknowledged and compensated for. Too noisy in the lobby toward check in, loud music from the lounge. Not my first time in w yas, and as usual it takes long time to check in. Got the rooms. Specious modern and very large king bed. Balcony on the track is the dream for all racing lovers. The main downside of the hotel is the vibe of adults hotel. And the lack of privacy in the bathroom. This was the most uncomfortable stay ever. Our room had a track view, it was EXTREMELY NOISY and we didn’t have a single night of good sleep. They would start at 9 AM daily and wouldn’t stop until 9:30 pm. You can’t sit and enjoy anywhere outdoors because of the noise. Just imagine living above a formula one track day and night. Other than that the hotel was great.

If you want to be wake up by speed car noise below you, stay in this hotel. The formula track is near the hotel, and they run speed car in the early morning and late night. In addition, the room has no blind curtain, and the sun light will wake you.

The hotel is right in the middle of an official racetrack. You don’t need to go to the stand just sit on your balcony and watch the cars race. An awesome experience for racetrack enthusiasts.

We have stayed at the W 6 times now over the last 2 years. The hotel is excellent but its the staff that make it, too many to mention, but Grace, Fred, Constantine, Chetan, and Joynal make our days a dream there! Overall was not a great experience. Check in was chaotic, no one has a clue who was serving who which in turn led to disagreements with guests. Purposely requested a suite with a track view and was given a marina view. The noise until 4am each night was phenomenal, roof bar and establishments around the Marina. Each morning I repeatedly asked housekeeping if they would kindly not keep slamming the doors when entering and leaving rooms to clean, but nothing changed. The doors do not soft close, they just slam continuously. 9am in the morning there would be around 10/15/20 people lined up for a coffee with 1 person serving.

It was great very busy obviously with peak vacation time. Check in counters had clusters of people with two check in counters during high traffic.. Breakfast was extremely busy and understaffed, irritated and exhausted staff at the peak of breakfast timing.. if a waiter sees you’re attempting to call them they skip you pretending they didn’t even see you. Not once but 4 times we experienced this.. other than that all was in order.

Ivans the concierge was absolutely amazing! I traveled with an electric scooter full of anxiety about getting around and he made our tour arrangements even helping at one point to get the scooter in the taxi. Everyone was so helpful. Kevin, Constantine, all the guys at the Wet Deck and The Garage (Shishi). Room service as well was super efficient! We got help when my husband lost his wallet from two gentlemen. Wish I got their names! Super Impressive W!

Didn’t like it much .. The hotel has no theme at all! The room in our suite was not separated from living room ! No place to serve coffee after 10:00 pm. And the breakfast is a NIGHTMARE!! You will wait in long line to be seated cause they overbooked the hotel. I won’t be back for a while.

Always love staying at this hotel, with the direct views of the circuit. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. We ate at the Greek restaurant and the food and service was superb - some of the best food we have had in Abu Dhabi and Dubai - so would definitely recommend.

This hotel is really everything you were looking for. If you're staying at this island, it has a tailored pool for kids separate for adults. Multiple restaurants. The most amazing breakfast buffet I have ever encountered but most of all the kindness of the staff is unmatched. The comfort of the rooms and of course you can hear the racing cars from 9. :00 to 10:30 in the evening sometimes but honestly does not disturb at all

The W on Yas Island has clean, modern, spacious rooms located on the Formula 1 race track. Breakfast at Garage is tasty although a bit basic for my expectations considering it's a 5 star hotel. The service and food at the Brooklyn Chop House is fantastic. I went back again as the first time was so wonderful.
