On entering the hotel the reception was excellent warm and friendly also very helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and selection of pillows. The bathroom to a high standard very clean good bar area only issue no hot cooked food available in the evenings

Das Zimmer war sauber genau wie das gesamte Gebäude. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfs bereit. Parkgebüren sind extrem teuer, finde ich persönlich nicht angemessen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, habe jedoch auch bei der auswahl ein paar Punkte die fehlten, Müsli, Bacon usw. Beim Preis von 15 Euro pro Person kann man einiges erwarten.

I love that thd property is close to the airport and not too far from Old town dusseldorf. Presently, thats no gym. But we were tokd that it will be established soon. There is no business center and the parking cost over 15 euros per day. Which i found a little high considering i was stayi g in the hotel. Regardless, I will stay again.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen. Es hat ein relativ teures Parkhaus und der ÖPNV ist in 10 Minuten per Fuß erreichbar. Uber-Taxis sind schnell zur Stelle. Die Zimmer-Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage surrte die ganze Nacht, liess sich nicht abstellen. Wer hier nur schlafen will, der dürfte zufrieden sein. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und spartanisch eingerichtet. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt O.K.!

Moderne Einrichtung, alles recht neu, Kiosk ist teuer aber mit breitem Angebot. Der Fitnessraum ist mikrig, nur 3 Cardiogeräte. Es hat in der Nacht und morgens im Bad sehr stark nach Kanalisation gerochen, am der Rezeption hat sich niemand dafür Interessiert. Frühstücksservice sehr nett.

Het hotel is nieuw maar de douchestang was al kapot. Enkel een roede met kapstokken. Geen afgesloten kast of schuiven. Geen frigo of flesje water op de kamer. De kamer en badkamer waren wel heel proper. Er is de mogelijkheid om gekoelde drank en versnaperingen te kopen in de lobby , dit is wel heel leuk. De bar en terras zijn ook tof. De kamer was wel warm ondanks airco, jammer dat vensters niet opengaan. Voor 1 overnachting is dit hotel top!

Moderne Ausstattung. Leider ohne Schrank im Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein (Flecken neben dem Lichtschalter und dem Waschbecken, Steckdose im Badezimmer komplett zugestaubt)

Ich bin dort zum zweiten Mal, und wenn ich wieder in Düsseldorf sein werde, werde ich dieses Hotel wählen. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Hauskeeping ist täglich und perfekt. Die Leute in der Rezeption sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wunderbar, nah vom Hauptbahnhof, ruhig und unten gibt's einen Park mit kleinen See. Man kann joggen und das Grün genießen. Wirklich ist es empfehlenswert.

A brand new budget hotel in a location in an industrial estate close to the airport. It’s only a 1/2km walk to the nearest tram stop. The rooms are very nice but do lack draws or shelves to put clothes (there is a small clothes rail and hangers). The other disappointing thing is we booked a double room but it was two single beds pushed together with single duvets. Other hotels that put two singles together put a mattress topper on the mattresses and gave a large duvet. The bar / breakfast area was nice and airy and the breakfast was good with lots of choice. We would stay there again on our next trip to see the family in Dusseldorf.

Neues Hotel. Sehr modern. Die Bar & der Vorderhof des Hotels sieht schick aus. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten. Keine Minibar, kein Kleiderschrank oder Ähnliches. Das was mir persönlich überhaupt nicht gefallen hat war, dass das Zimmer gar kein Queenbett hat. Es wurden einfach zwei Einzelbetten zusammengestellt. Wenn man als Paar zusammen schläft, kann es passieren, dass die Betten sich einfach trennen und man in die Lücke zwischen den Betten sackt. Wir mussten mehrmals in der Nacht aufstehen und die Betten zusammenschieben.. Deshalb war die Nacht nicht erholsam.. sehr schade..

Die Unterkunft ist an sich wirklich sehr schön und auch die Rezeption war freundlich, jedoch hat mich gestört das sich das Fenster nicht öffnen ließ und man somit kein wirklichen Sauerstoff über nacht reinholen konnte. Das das Thermostat für die Belüftung der Ventilatoren war nicht toll. Es hat nicht gekühlt geschweige das Zimmer von der Temperatur gesenkt sondern wurde eher mehr vom Gradmesser was es noch schlimmer gemacht hat fürs schlafen. Die Sauberkeit jedoch sowie auch die Toiletten waren echt toll.

Personal unfreundlich und schlecht organisiert. Mir wurde am Empfang die bereits bezahlte Buchung erneut berechnet. Gebäude selbst sauber und modern. Liegt komplett vom Schuss weg. Eine Aldi Filiale wenige Gehminuten weg, ansonsten keine Möglichkeiten. Für eine Nacht, wenn man eine Veranstaltung besucht okay, ansonsten nicht empfehlenswert.

Es ist einfach ein no Go: Als Flugbesatzung mittags einchecken zu wollen, gesagt bekommen es wären aktuell noch keine Zimmer frei. Man bittet darum, dann doch Bescheid zu sagen, sobald Zimmer beziehbar sind. Warten, warten, warten - um 14:45 mal nachgefragt. Antwort: Da müssen Sie sich gedulden, Checkin ist un 15 Uhr. „ja aber wenn Zimmer frei sind??“ Antwort: „Ja dann schauen wir halt mal ausnahmsweise… ja sie können aufs Zimmer.“ DAS ist eine Frechheit! Frühstück war absolutes Chaos. Personal völlig abgesoffen, alles schmutzig, leer und chaotisch. Nicht mal beim Checkout ein Gruß oder der Hauch von Freundlichkeit. Bloody shocking. It took 3hrs to checkin from arriving to getting my room. Plus I had a guaranteed booking of a superior room and the hotel did not have one. Not happy and expect compensation from you.

I could not open the door to my room on two consequtive days and the drain in the bathroom was clocked and nobody fixed it. At Check-in the receptionist wasn't helpful at all and communication was poor.

Mooie kamer, schoon en fijne douche. Service erg slecht: bar gaat gewoon een uur eerder dicht terwijl het hartstikke druk was. Praten als brugman maar je kreeg gewoon niks meer!!! Ontbijt: slecht bijgevuld, geen glaasjes, kopjes etc. Broodjes waren zo wit, nauwelijks afgebakken. Pasjes van de kamer werken slecht, met 1 overnachting 3x 1/2 uur aan de receptie geweest. Kortom: absoluut geen aanrader!

A brand new budget hotel in a location in an industrial estate close to the airport. It’s only a 1/2km walk to the nearest tram stop. The rooms are very nice but do lack draws or shelves to put clothes (there is a small clothes rail and hangers). The other disappointing thing is we booked a double room but it was two single beds pushed together with single duvets. Other hotels that put two singles together put a mattress topper on the mattresses and gave a large duvet. The bar / breakfast area was nice and airy and the breakfast was good with lots of choice. We would stay there again on our next trip to see the family in Dusseldorf.

10 min lopen naar de tramhalte. Voor de rest was alles heel goed zeker voor de prijs, alleen was de kamer te warm voor mij 20 graden was het koudst en dat is overdag niet erg maar ‘snachts was dat te warm en het werd niet kouder ook al deden we -5 graden en de hoogste blaasstand.

This is a good Hotel , clean, modern and excellent with a profesional staff. The only reason I can’t rate as a 5 ⭐️ personally is because the location is far away within walking distance to any public transportation or any restaurant or supermarket very limited so you need to buy everything in the hotel at a higher price but other than this the Hotesl is a great place to stay with very nice Rooms.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen. Es hat ein relativ teures Parkhaus und der ÖPNV ist in 10 Minuten per Fuß erreichbar. Uber-Taxis sind schnell zur Stelle. Die Zimmer-Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage surrte die ganze Nacht, liess sich nicht abstellen. Wer hier nur schlafen will, der dürfte zufrieden sein. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und spartanisch eingerichtet. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt O.K.!

Mat kveld i bar var kun knapt akseptabelt. Pizza i micro grill greit , salat i pappbeger med kun ferdig dressing rundstykke men ikke olje eller smør ikke salt og en av de to varme Flamkuchen var ikke tilgjengelig fra lørdag, kanskje fra tirs/ onsd... eller helt ok

Super Hotel in Flughafennähe, sehr freundliches, junges Personal, Zimmer sehr schön und ausreichend für eine Nacht, alles sauber und komfortabel. Odd none of the windows opened which made the entire room feel stuffy. A/C was a bit temperamental and strange sewage smell coming from the bathroom.
