First time staying at this hotel. I frequent Saigon for work and love this city but tend to stay away from the city centre as hotels are often loud and dated. This hotel was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. The breakfast was great and the staff were outstanding. My stay coincided with a celebration in the square which was very loud and the team made every effort to ensure that they moved me to a room in the other tower which was to my liking. I also appreciate the breakfast box they put together as I was flying out before I could have breakfast the next day. The gym and pool are lovely as well. Would definitely recommend!!

Staff amazing. Lovely hotel, pool and restaurants. Had club room, treated like royalty in the club lounge. Lovely afternoon tea and dinner/drinks. Would stay here again, but not in the tower as when we returned to the hotel for second stay they put us in the new renovated area but there is too much light pollution coming into the room as no black out blind/curtains covering part of the room.

空港から30分以内で行けます。タクシーは簡単につかまります。周辺にはレストラン、カフェ、マッサージ有り便利です。エントランス正面のサークルKは開店準備中。歩いて3分くらいでサークルKあります。車バイク通行量多いので道路を渡るのは気をつけてください。周辺は治安が良いように感じました。エントランス前にタクシーありますのでドアマンに依頼すれば行き先を英語からベトナム語に通訳してくれるので安心。お部屋には無料ミネラルウォーターが6本くらい置いてありました。ハウスキーパーが近くにいれば追加でもらえます。カーペットが少しくたびれていましたが、大目に見てあげましょう。大型液晶テレビあり、ミラーリングできます。無料wifi50MBの高速でした。水まわりも衛生的でしたが、シャワートイレなしです。ホースで自分で洗うやつです。スタッフの英語は、なまり強く聞き取りにくいが、通じます。時間の余裕がなくプールは行けませんでした。 2階にはカジノあります。全台ビデオゲームタイプです。ルーレット、バカラ、BJ、大小もアリ。ホーチミンに行く時には、またここで良いと思いました

It was warm welcoming at Seraton Hotel Saigon. From desk people very welcoming and friendly. Room was super clean . Very good location . Everything is just a few seconds of walk . I highly recommanded Seraton Hotel. I appreciated the Ground floor team and the concierge very friendly and always ready to help.

Big cockroach in the room. House keeping staff came to the room and lied that he has caught the cockroach. After the house keeping guy left, the cockroach appeared on the curtain. Eventually I changed room around 1am in the midnight but the whole experience is horrible.

I took an upgrade offer to the newly renovated 'Salon' suites. It's similar to 'Club Room' level of service where you have a dedicated check in/out desk, but with a few more perks. Whilst I didn't need the extra perks, or the nicer room, it was cheap enough to go ahead anyway and I'm glad I did. The room was lovely, the service for anything needed felt 5*, and the process of checking in/out was so quick and easy. During our stay, Figo and Kaka (ex. global football stars) checked in for a night too. If it's good enough for them it's certainly good enough for me!

We arrived at 6am from ON/Train. They offered a room upgrade Suite Club room with breakfast there and then! so we could check in then. The Suite room had a smell but they quickly fixed and offered a late check out, so service was absolutely caring for our comfort. Smell gone we had great service and comfort, Club lounge staff so freindly and helpfull to get your meal/coffee etc,

We stay at Sheraton second time and it never disappoints. Modern and sophisticated style with excellent service. They set up dessert, flowers and towel art for my parents 50th wedding anniversary graciously. The breakfast buffet and weekend seafood buffet dinner was very delicious!

Great location in the heart of the city. Have stayed here many times over the past few years and the rooms are comfortable, staff is outstanding and the location is in the city center. There are newer hotels not far away but this location is the best.

It’s our first time staying at this location and it was a nice stay. The service is good and its convenient location; however, I won’t be coming back here. It’s a bit pricey for breakfast if you don’t book in advanced when you do your booking. We loved the Li Bai restaurant experience and will come back for that with family.

For visitors to HCM this hotel is the perfect location as it is centrally located. Many things within walking distance plus close to a stop for the Hop on Hop off bus. Club Access is a must nice place to hang out great breakfast in the morning as well as happy hour from 1800 to 2000.
