My fourth time staying in this hotel. Very comfortable hotel. Free coffee/tea and snacks all day at the lobby. Breakfast is very nice (earlier with less people will have great service). Outdoor seating area is very comfortable. I have chosen a slightly bigger room. Sofa corner in the room is so nice to enjoy take away from night market. Room is big. Bathing space is very nice (some mold at the shower place, if cleaned, the whole area is perfect). The small makeup desk with mirror is great. Two tissue paper boxes are provided - very good. If you need to extend check-out time, the additional cost is affordable and reasonable. Location is great. My friends said they will choose this hotel again next time when they come to Taipei.

A bit far out…but the room was very good as was the breakfast - not a total buffet - food to order which was a nice change (excellent sea bass and scrambled eggs). Coffee and cookies available 24/7. Designer room facilities. Staff attentive but not overly so. Good stay.

Ho soggiornato per lavoro. La camera era molto confortevole, il bagno enorme con tanto di vasca e doccia separata. TOP. Il piatto doccia aveva un po’ di muffa ai lati. Per un 4 stelle, mmmm insomma. Però pulivano comunque tutti i giorni. La camera era bella e silenziosa. Unico neo: un odore molto sgradevole di umido e muffa molto intenso proveniente dall’aria condizionata. Non sono un tecnico. Probabilmente dovrebbero pulire i filtri più spesso. Intanto all’interno della camera. Poi del sistema generale. Sono molto sensibile e quell’odore mi dava parecchio fastidio. Guadando attraverso i la rete/fori dell’uscita dell’aria condizionata si potava notare moltissima polvere e probabilmente muffa accumulata. Ma serve una scala. E bisogna spiegarlo… chissà

It's an older building and starting to show it's age. The staff is mostly good not great. The room is large but lighting is inadequate and the ventilation is lacking leaving it humid and hard to cool. Very close to the brown line made it very convenient for myself.

very clean and modern, rooms were very nice and comfortable. The bathtub was a nice touch. The air conditioner in my room was kind of loud when turned up and the temperature wasn't really cold. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Room was small but well designed from a functional perspective, with a nice size bathroom and full bath, which was very nice. Breakfast buffet was also good. Quite convenient area, not far from the NRT. The fitness area was a bit pathetic; a few cardio machines crammed into a small room on the top floor. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

A rather small boutique type hotel but full of amenities that the large hotel chain has. Breakfast is good not because of a lot of food choices but they offer an "a la carte" menu on top of the buffet table. They always make it to your order. The only complaint I have is my room close to the main road and you will hear the noise of the cars pass by. Walking to the Mass Transit is about 5 minutes, which is acceptable. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. Their service is outstanding.

Based on the rating, the expectation was high for me but in reality the rating was over rated. I stayed in many hotels and have comparison. But this one is def. over rated. The service was good but not great. The front desk did not have a happy face and not as polite. The questions I asked did not reply in proper answers. Including parking and breakfast. The parking was free indeed but they did not inform me that there is a mandatory tip for the hotel valet for the free parking. I don't think this is proper. They should have told us when I called to confirm but they left that part off. I could have arranged without driving there. The AC in the room was not cold. It was so hot, I woke up middle of night in sweat.

Amazing staff and service! Osiris at the front desk was wonderful! I was traveling with my father who started to feel ill. Osiris and Sophy helped me locate a near by hospital ER. Osiris even called afterward to make sure my father was doing okay. It's the people like Osiris and Sophy who keeps me coming back to stay at Fullerton North whenever I am in Taipei. 台北アリーナ迄のライブに行くため宿泊しました。徒歩15分と書いてありましたが、もっと距離があるように思われ電車で移動しました。周辺で食事やマッサージに行きたかったけど、うまく見つけられず断念。桃園空港を利用する人には、立地はイマイチ。フロントに置いてあるクッキーはとても美味しく毎日いただきました。朝食は選べるメインの台湾料理が牛麺しかなく、短い滞在だったので2日目は外にいってもよかったかな。部屋は窓がなくても清潔で過ごしやすかったので、よかったです。

Good location only a few minutes walk to MRT station, hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, breakfast has a variety of choices that can fit Asian and North American. We booked beautiful deluxe room, and it’s decent size very comfortable. The only confusing part is the lighting control panel, but didn’t bother us too much.
