Very conveniently located next to the airport with free shuttle service. We chose this hotel for our early flight. The check in was very fast and smooth. The room was very spacious We enjoyed the jetted bath tub. I would recommend staying here.

Amazing service! From the shuttle ride from crazy Bangkok to the hotel lobby, the service was outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport. If you follow the hotels emailed procedures to hop the free shuttle, you will be forever grateful. The airport is insane but the shuttle desk located at door 4 was a sight for sore eyes. The van is right there and the staff will not let you lift a finger.

Very convenient to the airport. A Hyatt van was waiting to take us to the hotel. Staff was attentive and check-in was seamless. The room was clean but was worn and needs updating. Stains on the carpet and furniture.

The room was filled with cockroaches and insects. The place was clearly not cleaned at all. This is not acceptable at all. Our three year old daughter was uncomfortable and couldnt sleep. It was filthy.

When walking into the lobby the hotel looks amazing. Unfortunately this is where the beauty begins and ends. We were placed on the 5th floor. Soon as we got off the elevator it was day and night compared to the hotel lobby. The floor gave cheap run down motel vibes and not what should be expected of the Hyatt Brand. The carpet had numerous stains and smelled horrible. The walls on the floor are in need of new paint asap. The entire floor smelled like mold and mildew. The room they provided us was extremely outdated with visibly wore down furniture. The room also had a mildew smell. The overall condition of the floor and room is deplorable and disgusting. At no point should any customer be given conditions like this to sleep in and at the rate they are charging for nightly reservation. I have tried to reach out to the hotel with no avail.

The rooms are very dated, they could definitely use a renovation. The shower is terrible. The water temperature is very difficult to regulate. It's either too hot or too cold. The shower fixture is the worst, I'm amazed I did not injure myself. The controls stick out about a foot from the wall. While showering, you're going to bang into it which will change the water temperature and potentially injure you from the sharp corners of the handle. Unless they renovate, I'll be staying elsewhere even if it means a farther commute to the airport.

We booked this hotel as it offered rooms for a 24 hour stay regardless of when we checked in. After arriving into BKK after 9 p. m. we were able to make use of the room up until 9p.m. the next day which was perfect for us as we had a late night flight out. The hotel is located a short walk away from the airport and the train that you can take into the city which is very convenient. So top marks for convenience, but the hotel needs a refresh, the carpet is worn and there are no outlets or charging ports beside the bed. Also our shower leaked sufficiently that our bathroom floor was quite wet. Staff are very friendly. Had the breakfast and dinner buffet and although quite pricey a good selection was

Although the hotel lobby looks impressive the rooms are shabby run down the carpets were covered in stains the furniture was dark and scratched. It was convenient for the airport especially as I was there solo. I am over 65 and was out on the top floor. Considering the recent earthquake tremors and the likelihood of maybe more tremors they didn’t take into account my age and agility if the hotel were to be evacuated!

I was told by the hotel we could check in early with no problem so we caught a bus arrived early and then we charged a late checkout fee to check out at 10 AM which amounted to $198 for an additional four hours. I asked the hotel specifically several times are you sure we can arrive early and I have no problem checking out at normal time they said yes you can check in anytime from midnight but I was never explained if we did that we would have to check out at the same time we arrived so again we had to pay additional fees for late checkout, which was three hours costing almost $100 being as exhausted as we are not wanting to wake up the next morning early again we paid it if we would’ve known that we would’ve simply checked out of our previous hotel later and avoid it almost $200 in additional fee

It was a final night of a Thailand trip and we wanted something close to the airport. Unfortunately my daughter got food poisoning before we arrived but this hotel went way above and beyond to help us. They used their shuttle to take us to the airport clinic and had an employee escort us the whole time. I can’t speak highly enough about the service of this hotel.

Incredibly convenient - choice of walking or airport shuttle from the Bangkok airport. Staff is clearly used to catering to travelers, check in/out is seamless, dining options are open early and late, and room service food is good. I stayed here both at the beginning and the end of a longer trip, and will stay here any time I have to travel through Bangkok airport in the future!!

We stayed here only one night but wish it would have been longer. The hotel is so easy to get to from the airport (we just walked). The breakfast was amazing and the pool was lovely. We didn't get to use many amenities because it was just an overnight, but we would definitely stay here again when transiting through Bangkok.

Being only an easy ten minute walk from the airport is the main reason why we stay here after a long flight or before an early morning departure and the 24 hour check in. The service and facilities are what you would expect from a Hyatt but there has been a significant increase in the cost of staying here. The buffet dinner for 800Baht is excellent value with an incredible range of fabulous food. The pool is lovely.
