Ramada by Wyndham Cleveland Independence

Is was filthy both rooms offered was dirty. They had clogged sinks/toilets. Black mold in the bathroom. Stains on covers and towels and lamp shades. Things looked like they haven’t been properly cleaned after each guest. When I went to ask for clean towels I was told there were no clean laundry on the property, was offered a dirty pool towel in replacement. I took pictures of everything. But every staff member I encountered was very kind that’s the only positive.

We had to park kind of far from our room. It was pricey for one night and the hotel wasn't very nice. It had holes in the walls and the grass was super high. The entire first floor smellled like marijuana when we were leaving. The shower was kind of moldy and it kept holding water in it and not draining. The one good thing i could say was the staff were super nice.

The bathroom floor looked like it was leaking and it was dirty. In the shower the water was filling the tub like it was set on bath instead of shower. The bed had stains on it and the sheets also had stains. The smell in the hall was not good at all. This was a terrible place to be so I left within an hour an a half. I am not sure if I will get my money back but I had to leave and go to another hotel. They need to shut this place down and remodel Remodel REMODEL!!! This place was shameful. Next time I know cheater is NOT BETTER!!

Yes the work place was fine and parking was good

Could be more clean. Don’t go for breakfast!
