We called the hotel just coming off of the highway, and Christopher was enthusiastic to welcome our checking in a little early. When we went to check in, Chris (the other Christopher) was super friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze! Our room's A/C was not working, and the staff QUICKLY and EFFICIENTLY moved us right next door, which was actually an upgrade, at no extra charge. THANK YOU CI&S! The room was clean with a little kitchenette and sitting area with extra TV, but we did not use it. The king bed was way comfy and we slept well. Breakfast bar had waffles, eggs, and sausages for the hot breakfast, along with the other usual continental goodies. The woman-cook was really friendly and attentive keeping it all clean and stocked. The breakfast area was clean and comfortable, as well. We did also take a dip in the pool and hot tub, and both were clean and quiet and comfortable. Overall a great stay, here. Thank you all so much!!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of selections and was very good. The only place to improve was the workout room was very small with limited weights.

Plenty of parking and it’s nice and lit up. There’s a nice outdoor area and breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and pet friendly. Staff was so nice and kind, the 2 men named Chris were funny and thoughtful. I’d stay here again.

Very nice place its quiet and clean. We upgraded to a suite which was very spacious. One thing we couldn't figure out was the tv in the bedroom didn't have the same channels as the living area did. Pool is very small.

Had trouble getting the tv to work and had to fix it myself. When looking behind the tv and furniture there was a bunch of trash there. Makes you wonder if the room is really cleaned between guests.

We booked this online specifically for the pool area and a family night away. Arrived to a room of very worn and stained furniture (including stained bedding), a freezing cold pool with towels floating in it and limited and dirty seating. Not at all what was pictured on their website. I would expect this from a hotel that we paid $60-70 for but at $145 for one night we expected at least a clean room. We left immediately upon check-in and have been further disappointed in the failure of hotel staff to reply to our concerns. If you’re traveling to Tucson skip this stay.

The location was great for me and is xcose to freeways and downtown. Considering the proximity to the aforementioed freeway, there is very noticeable traffic noise which kind of creates a white noise effect. The staff: front desk and kitchen, were friendly. The coffee in the lobby was good and the fresh fruit was also very nice and not overripe. The only dealbreaker for me, meaning I will stay elsewhere next time, was the random hair in the shower and the bethroom floor. There was also a small bottle of previously-used lotion on the bathroom sink area. The hair was very visible which made me think that there was a lot more filth where I couldnt see - the dark carpeting for example. Just eww.

Sheets were stained, mattress and confort stained, we requested towels and the attendant didn’t even say hi. It looks like employees dont like to work there Front desk guy didn’t even noticed us! We ended up leaving a day early and didn’t even get a refund.

The hotel was decent but could’ve used a better cleaning. There was very noticeable scuffs, dirt, and other unclean areas in the room and throughout the hotel. The couches are very dirty in the suite room. The complimentary breakfast was decent but could’ve been better by making different style eggs or offering different types of meats. The service of the staff was excellent especially Cindy who works serving the breakfast. I would say if they gave this place a new paint job and worked on improving the cleaning and look it would attract better customers.

Near perfect. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Room is spacious with good lighting and well furnished. Bathroom is nice and clean with walk-in shower. Breakfast quality is of no Michelin stars, but reasonably good for its class. Choices are adequate and acceptable. I will stay there next time when I’m in town.

The staff at check in was excellent. The property had a pool a nice outdoor area. The room had some issues with a large stain on the carpet and a chair and luggage stand that was in poor condition. No plugs to charge electronics. Lamp shade that was worn. Definitely not a VIP room.

Arrived one hour earlier than check in time. Although we were early, I asked if we could check in. I was informed our room was ready but it would cost an additional $30 to check in early. Considering I had booked three rooms and had two other guests book two more rooms - we were celebrating my brother’s 75 birthday. I was surprised to hear I’d have to pay extra. I arrived early (only me, not others in other rooms) so I could organize and prepare for the party later that evening at my nephews home, before the guest of honor arrived. Sad. On principle, I did not pay and worked in the parking lot to get done what I needed. I don’t understand why the extra charge was necessary given the room was ready and I was but an hour early. Other hotels have allowed early check in at no cost when the rooms were ready. Disappointing.

Nice people and staff. Fairly clean for a bit dated hotel. TV in the room didn’t work and WiFi was terrible. Very spotty and didn’t work most of the time so I used my hotspot on my phone for my laptop. I like the location relative to UA campus. Also right off the freeway.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Good breakfast and we enjoyed the outdoor patio area off the breakfast room. Staff was friendly and helpful. My mistake, but thought the hotel was more walkable. Great walking/biking path behind the hotel but the homeless tents and garbage made me reluctant to use it. Not the hotel's fault but it did affect my enthusiasm for our stay.

The staff was awesome as was the location, as it was close to the events I was attending at the university of arizona and pet friendly. however i was on the first floor and their was non stop noise as doors were being slammed, it felt like I couldnt park where i wanted as Days in was very close and had sketchy people always hanging out outside all hours, and homeless people everywhere.

The staff and room were great at this property. But unfortunately I wouldn't stay here due to the noise from the traffic on the freeway which is directly next to the hotel. It was extremely loud. We even had our room moved to the west side of the hotel but it only helped slightly. The service was great and the breakfast was delicious. Just wish it was in a different location.
