Pillows are horrible but most of all room was not cleaned well and the tv didnt work with no help of the front desk staff. She didnt seem like she could do anything. We had no do not disturb signs and she couldnt even find one. Shower was dirty and the was spots of marker or paint or something all over the floor

Staff was super friendly & helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Recently remodeled. The bed was very comfortable.. and the property was quiet.

Do not stay here, trust me. Had to check-in at another location down the street. Mary was nice, promised my room was a quiet one. The 2 TV remotes weren't paired up, so had issues, several channels had the narration on & the settings did not work to correct that problem. I just wanted to rest. The banging noises, loud footsteps and cupboard doors being slammed started about 1:30 am. There are apartments on the second floor, above motel level, different company I was told by worker next morning. At 3:07 am and 4:44 am, I made calls complaining to the "other location" because my motel didn't have any staff. Was told they'd try to reach management or I should call police. They said a manager would contact me in the morning, STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL. I hung up frustrated. I climbed onto chair 3 times to bang on ceiling, made it worse, doors slamming & loud talking. I think I got to sleep around 6 am? Had to cancel my appointment, too groggy. Got up to shower at 9 am, no shampoo, no conditioner, no soap.....no answers, no apologies, no offer of a refund, ignored, so DON'T DO IT, there's better choices.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The Wifi was useless. Even when it worked it was very slow. The room appeared clean until I walked barefoot from shower to the bed to get dressed and the floor was so dirty that my feet were covered in grim and I had to wash them again.
