The staff is amazing. The hotel appears clean. The bed was very hard. The pillows suck. The handle was falling off of the tub. The blue flashing light on the smoke detector was distracting. Breakfast was good. Lots crammed into a small space.

Upon arrival at the hotel, check\-in went smoothly, and when we entered the room, everything appeared to be clean\. However, our experience quickly became disappointing\. When I tried to use the TV in the master bedroom, there was no service\. I called the front desk, and instead of asking what the issue was, I was immediately placed on hold\. This happened three separate times, and no one ever called back or came to the room to address the problem\. We also booked the room for five guests, as stated in our reservation, but we were only provided with two washcloths\. I called the front desk to request additional ones, but once again, I was placed on hold and no one followed up or came to the room\. On the second day, we requested an additional pillow\. We were told that someone would have to look for one and bring it to us, but the pillow was never delivered\. The breakfast was also disappointing\. The food had very little flavor, the coffee was cold, and the waffle machine did not cook the waffles properly—the outside was cooked while the inside remained undercooked\. As we were checking out, I noticed a $95 charge on my card\. When I called the hotel to ask about it, I was told that it was a $100 holding fee, with $5 being deducted for a miscellaneous fee, and that $95 would be returned\. I was not made aware of this $5 fee beforehand, and I would appreciate a clear explanation of exactly what this charge was for\.

Experience was pretty solid, only things that i noticed was that my room though it was clean, it has a covered scent of cigarrete which i didnt really like and made my clothes smell like it. Another thing would be the breakfast was not good at all.

We stayed here for one night before our cruise, and the location was perfect. It's in a busy area with several hotels and businesses nearby, making it very convenient for cruise travelers. The hotel is well maintained, although you can tell it gets a lot of traffic. Our room had a slight musty odor when we arrived, but since we were only there overnight, it wasn't a major issue. There was plenty of space for our group of five, and the property was clean overall. Check-in was quick and easy. However, check-out took much longer than expected because the guest ahead of me was completing a cash payment that required extra time. During such a busy morning, it would have been nice to have another employee assist guests with simple check-outs. Overall, this is a good property in a great location for anyone cruising out of the area, and I'd stay here again.
