Anthony at the front desk was absolutely incredibly helpful and friendly. He was so kind and accommodating and really want the extra mile to make sure I was feeling welcomed… Especially at such a late hour and after traveling for so long to get there! Service means everything and feeling that welcomed after a long day of travel meant everything! Anthony should be commanded for his wonderful Customer service skills! The free shuttle from the airport was also wonderful! This was top-notch from start to finish!

We had a great time the staff were welcoming and very helpful we really loved the staff in the concierge tower all-round great place loved everything except the last day I went for a swim at the outside pool about 6:30 am and the second step was slippery i fell hur my foot and bruised my ass falling and when i reported it and suggested some kind of grip pool tape should be added i was sort of laughed off my ass still hurting and bruised two days later but other then that everything else was great i would probably still stay there just be more careful going into pool

Love the indoor pool. The pool side service was awesome even when the one attendant was busy (swamped really should have been 2 people) he was still attentive to us. There was also a phone and menu for food to be delivered when he wasn’t Available. Arcade was fun for the kids but a few machines were out of service. Staff were very helpful. Food was very good from several different places! Would love to see an indoor hot tub or a swimming grotto added! Definitely will be staying here again!

The property was renovated, clean, modernized, compfy bed, nice shower, friendly staff. Only improvement is pool area. Indoor pool area was a bit chilly, outdoor pool lacked music. Super weak pool bar drinks.

The room was spotless, clean bathroom. The amenities were good. The Java bar was fabulous for my letter in the morning and the bakery goods were phenomenal. Ate at the deli. Good food there too. The casino was also very nice.

Filthy. Blood smeared all over tub. Toilet didn’t flush and the third room smelled like someone just finished smoking marijuana. Worst hotel I have ever seen. We left after the manager was horrible. Don’t stay.

Overall the experience was great. Cafe had great food. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The floor i was staying on appeared to be in the middle of a redo. Starting at about 5 rooms prior to my room there’s no carpet going down the hallway, it was just padding. The bathroom floor was dirty, the mirror had a mascara mark on it. Remote barely worked for the tv. Things within my room that I didn’t expect especially considering what fees come along with staying here. The carpet in the hallway was the most bothersome as no one said anything when checking in.

We absolutely love the Atlantis we got 5-6 times per year. It's a short 2 hour drive so we do weekend stays often. The rooms are always clean, service and staff are amazing. But for the 3rd time in a row, the room was warm. The thermostat is set to the lowest setting (65°) and it says it's 68° in the room, but it's nowhere near that cool. Last time we called maintenance and they came in and said everything was working properly. I absolutely HATE sleeping on top of the covers because it's too warm. The thermostat is directly below the air vent, so it's always going to say it's colder than it really is. This alone may prevent us from returning as often. Our house is kept at 72-75° and it's MUCH cooler than the "65°" hotel room.

Wifi did not work in my room on the 16th floor. It was not strong enough a signal to even connect. My TV could only be turned on with remote and was stuck on the hotel amenities channel. When I called the front desk, they were not helpful and just apologized for the inconvenience. I also should have known better to get a hotel/casino. I was not aware they still allowed smoking in 2025. My room was very nice and clean and smoke free, that was all that was positive. I wish I could have enjoyed the hotel but I just left to go see a movie instead.

Hotel refused to cancel reservation even though they were overbooked, oversold, understaffed, and unable to accomodate my simple request to start reservation earlier as I arrived in Reno at 7:30am. (I even offered to pay extra). I had difficulty getting any one to speak to on the phone re reservations and despite the hotel being oversold, the Atlantis refused to refund me the one night (and three rooms) I booked. I have stayed at this property for years and I will never do so again as the inflexibility and lack of communication was not welcoming.

I was thoroughly impressed and how incredibly friendly and polite EVERYONE was! From the staff at the front desk, to the attendants on the gaming floor, to the restraint where I got food to take up to my room. I’d been traveling all day, checked in at nearly 11:00 pm, so I was tired and just wanted to get something to eat and take back up to my room, but the vibe in the place was so welcoming that ended up hanging out on the game floor for nearly 2 hours! I highly recommend the Atlantis, and will definitely take my wife back for a getaway weekend!

I wanted to give you 5 stars. Coming from SLC, We looked forward to this visit but your staff doesn’t seem to like it when I book on Expedia. When I asked if we could stay another night, they were unwilling to help and said I would need to call reservations to figure it out. Not gonna beg you to offer my business. No to mention the check in line was outrageous for a Sunday afternoon. Need to hire more staff and maybe provide some training on friendly customer service.

I made my room reservation two months ago, and paid for a two beds room which was priced higher than one king bed room. I also called the hotel twice beforehand indicating that I would need a two beds room. When I arrived, the hotel told me there was no two beds room available and the staff was rude. I stayed in one of their rooms that was recently updated and it was great. It’s so close to the airport. The close proximity helped me in a pinch and would gladly stay here any time. I last stayed at Atlantis maybe 20 years ago and it was still a nice place to stay.

Great hotel being fully remodeled. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. All restaurants were quick and the food was fabulous. There isn’t anything to do around the hotel in walking distance so we spent a lot on Ubers to take adventures. Parking is free at the hotel so I recommend renting a car if you want to explore Reno.

The property was in good condition, all service was good, except our room wasn't serviced the 2nd day. We got up late but the room next to ours was being serviced so we assumed our room would be next. I have to say the food from room service and Purple Parrot was pretty awful...very surprised.
