Séjour parfait sauf au niveau de la piscine qui n’était pas très propre (rebord très sale et pas nettoyé). Le Spa était brisé donc, non disponible avant vendredi en fin de journée. J’ai été informé par l’hôtel qui devait compenser en montant la température de la piscine, ce qui n’a pas été fait, malheureusement. C’était la première fois que j’y allais durant cette période de l’année et j’ai été un peu déçu ! Comme si ils étaient en retard dans les travaux pour l’été ?! Le samedi, il y avait un groupe qui ont envahi le spa, ils étaient environ 20-25 personnes dans le spa, en boisson et les autres clients, dont je faisais partie, n’avons pas pu profiter du spa !!! Sinon , tout était parfait !

Stayed at Le Relais many times over the year. The location is great, you can walk to the main street for restaurants and shops, although declining in the last few years... The hotel needs some attention, starting to get older, but still very comfortable and clean. The hot tub needs some repairs as the concrete is cracking, leaving big holes. The cold shower near the sauna was not working. Pool area is very pleasant, a great place to unwind.

For the first time disappointed stayed here many times, in room main light over bed not working no fire log provided no hot water in shower. No house coats for shower or pool all dirty being cleaned. The spa was dirty but pool was clean except all the sitting area covered in garbage

The heated pool, the hot tub, and the sauna were amazing! We didn't get to try the other spa amenities but I'm sure they were great as well. The room was nice, but needed a little updating.

We always love the pool, hot tub and sauna. Nicely maintained property and excellent central location close to rue principale, ski slopes and Fun Park, restaurants, shopping and across the street from Provigo. We always enjoy the spacious rooms with wood fireplace and whirlpool tub and kind staff.

Best amenities for the price we paid compared to many of the other hotels we have stayed at. Loved the outdoor hot tub, heated pool and sauna! Room was comfortable and better than most at that price with clean wood floors and ceramic, no old carpets!

The pillows were very uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep. The ac was too loud but if we turned it off, it was too hot. The bath was very nice though, unfortunately we enjoyed the inside bath more than the pool and the jacuzzi because there was too many people there and no privacy in the jacuzzi. Kids very loud when there were signs of being quiet. Pool was barely heated and it was still too cold to get in.

I loved the outside hot tub area but the room was too outdated with very old and tired furniture. It needs to be renovated. It wasn’t very clean either, crumbs on the floor throughout the room and food in the drain stopper in kitchenette sink. Also, the carpets in all the hallways were in desperate need of a vacuum.

Room smelled like mildew,m. We removed the filter, brought it to reception, and asked that it be vacuumed and cleaned. The wall outside our room where the AC is connected was rotting, so it may have contributed to the smell. Carpets in the hallway were stinky and very dirty. Staff was nice.

The pool,sauna and hot tub area was a great way to unwind after a full day of outdoor activities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room itself was “very”dirty and not cleaned from the last visitors. bathroom was a mess (soap stains, drink stains, large amount of water on floor near toilet) and drink stains on many places throughout the room. Sheets were changed and garbage pails emptied and that was about it when we first arrived. I’m not one to complain too often but there it is…..

The staff was great! It's a nice place if you want to be within walking distance of everything. I'm removing a star as there was a lack of cleanliness. There was lots of dust, and the shower was not clean.

We did not stay. The hotel was sub-par in terms of cleanliness and not at all what we expected. The room we had reserved wreaked of cigarette smoke although, upon checking in, we had to sign a document against smoking in rooms. Our room was located near a stairwell that smelled of garbage. A real disappointment to say the least. On a good note, Expedia and the hotel refunded us promptly the next morning.

C'était propre, le lit était confortable, mais... l'insonorisation est terrible. Si quelqu'un prend sa douche ou flush la toilette, toutes les chambres de l'immeuble peuvent l'entendre. The hotel would be decent but while we were there it was undergoing renovations, and the hallways were a mess (especially outside of our room) and we were woken up in the morning by loud construction noises coming from both rooms on either side of us. Also, the sheets were so thin they were see-through, and the bed was a mattress on plywood. What was supposed to be a relaxing girls getaway was anything but relaxing.

The place had all the right amenities, including a fridge, toaster oven, sink, and dishes. The room was spacious and featured a real wood fireplace. The bathroom was also spacious, with a giant bath that had high-powered water jets. The bed was incredibly comfortable, thanks to a gel-foam topper on the mattress. However, there was one issue with it - the headboard was noisy, and every movement made a sound. While the rooms were well-insulated from outside noise, I did notice that sound traveled easily through the door to the hallway. It's a minor issue that the hotel could easily address, and I believe it would be a worthwhile investment. Another area that could use some attention is the windows. They were foggy, and the wooden frames had spider webs. The air conditioning worked flawlessly and kept the room comfortable throughout my stay. The pool and relaxing spa area was a real surprise. Dry spa, hot tub and big heated pool. Also a really big tree covered area and patio lighted space for relaxing. The best part of the whole stay were the staff. Super attentive and welcoming.

C’est bien situé et la chambre était bien équipée (mini four, micro onde, keurig, grand bain, bureau, ect). Le personnel est accueillant. Le rebord de la fenêtre et du bain était sale mais en général c’était bien. C’est peu insonorisé. On entend vraiment tout dans les corridors et chambres. Le spa, sauna et coin extérieur est bien. Pour le prix, j’y retournerai.

We love this hotel - this was our 5th stay here! The staff are fabulous and extremely helpful. We love the outdoor area! Heated pool, large hot tub, large sauna, covered patio area, and lots of sun loungers, seating and chairs. We spend a lot of time in this area. The pool/hot tub/sauna area is also open in winter. The room comes with bathrobes to use as well. The kitchenette in all of the rooms is fabulous. Having a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee machine is wonderful. There are also basic dishes, cutlery, and a sink. There are many stores and restaurants to walk to that are a 3 - 10 minute walk away. The waterpark, ziplining and skiing are all close by as well. The hotel is a bit dated, but this is not a priority for us because of all of the fabulous things Le Relais has to offer. We will be returning again on our next visit to Saint-Sauveur!

My family loved this hotel. Hot tub was amazing. My daughter lost her cellphone in her robe at the hot tub when someone took her robe by accident. The front desk staff Elizabeth found her phone. The room was very clean and comfortable. We willl stay again for sure. Close to skiing which is perfect

Bed bugs and no manager to talk to. They said we should be called back the next day, never did, they did not agree to clean the room after the first night. Overall disapointed. even though rest of the hotel prestations were nice.

I've been going to this hotel for decades and it's no longer what it used to be. Although it's clean and comfortable, the hotel needs a big renovation! This time, I've noticed new flat screen, mattress topper and nice pillows. The service is great, nice and friendly staff. The pool area is this hotel's asset. The exterior could use a good gardener and the driveway/parking needs attention as well. Too bad the place is starting to be in dire need of a facelift.
