The hot tub and pool area were dirty. The floor around the pool has mold and the hot tub walls had a dirt film. The young lady that greeted us looked like she didn’t want to be there and did not tell us anything about the services. We didn’t know we had to leave the towels outside our door, the cleaning crew does not go in your room to change them. There is no bath rug. It’s floating floor in the room and there is no entryway rug so when you walk in with winter boots the floor is wet, you have to wipe it down with towels. I get this is a more affordable hotel for the area but it could be cleaner.

The pool area is very hazardous. There’s wires. There’s holes there’s mould was not happy at all and I actually requested a refund and I’m waiting for the response. For the amount of money I paid to stay there for the night is ridiculous.

Pool unsafe and unclean. Electric wiring near the pool unprotected, and they only put a chair near it to stop people from walking on it. Maybe the managers don't know how dangerous electricity combined with water, also the smell on the pool room is unbearable. The pool was one of the features we chose that particular hotel but since we couldn't use it, the stay was disappointing.

Je n'ai jamais fait de commentaires aussi peu élogieux... Nous allons souvent à l'hôtel, mais j'en ai rarement vu d'aussi malpropre...Les corridors étaient sales et pas entretenus et que dire du tapis de notre chambre, ark! Nous avons donc demandé à être relocalisés dans une chambre sans tapis...ce que nous avons réussi à avoir...c'était un peu mieux mais la propreté laissait à désirer...des "minous" par terre, lampes tâchées et jaunies, rideaux défectueux...nous avons même pensé repartir...comme ce n'était que pour une nuit, nous sommes restés mais on n'y retournera pas, c'est certain! C'est dommage car cet endroit a du potentiel et nous y étions déjà allés il y a quelques années et c'était bien. On ne recherche pas des hôtels toujours au goût du jour, mais la propreté, c'est la moindre des choses!!

Sur le miroir ces indiquee que si notre maquillage reste sur les serviettes des frais de 5 $ nous swro t chargees par contre quand on a utilisé la serviette a notre sortie de la douche il avait des taches de sang Nous sommes allee voir la direction pour nous plaindre et pour leur mentionne que notre chambre etait encore sale , il avait des kleenex a larriere de la commode, Du cafe sur le comptoir et sur le micro onde . Propreté laissant a désirer. Saleté dans les coins de la salle de bain (cheveux, poussières), douche fonctionnelle à moitié, ne pouvait s'activer complètement, drain bloqué. Toilette sale, douche aussi. Savon mis à disposition des clients déjà ouvert et utilisé. Tapis tachés, plafond taché, foyer non fonctionnel, pas de wifi. Ça dépanne, mais vraiment pour un dépannage de dernière minute. Seul point positif: La jeune femme à l'accueil était très gentille et professionnelle.

La chambre d’hôtel était vraiment sale lors de notre arrivé. Cheveux sur le plancher de la toilette, baignoire noire et degeulasse, plusieurs taches bizarre partout dans la chambre, évier dans la chambre toute taché et extrêmement sale et plusieurs déchets partout sur le plancher de la chambre. Il y avais de la poussière sur les tables de nuit et tête de lit. La vaisselle dans la chambre était toute sale. Les draps avaient une odeur bizarre. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel

Malheureusement la chambre était sale, nous avions de la difficulté en rentrant en contact avec les gens sur place qui était le personnel et une fois le lendemain, quand nous avons réussi à parler avec quelqu’un, la personne était totalement désintéressé face à la critique de propreté, de la chambre donc ce fut pas très agréable

This hotel is great if you have lots of plans for the day and plan to not enjoy your room. Funky smell upon entering, looks a bit dirty and dated .. then the room was ok at first look but once I looked under the beds to find my son's Crocs 😨 dirty with previous toys of kids who had stayed, dust and junk behind the bedside tables....I got the ick and didn't stay the night questioning the sheets... We went elsewhere

Hotel Le Versailles used to be our "go to" hotel for the past couple years, we liked it so much we always recommended our friends and family but our last experience was not so good. The cleanliness of the hotel has dropped drastically, the rooms aren't made every day, we had difficulty getting clean towels, our sink was disgusting. I will not go again and will not recommend the hotel ever to any of my friends and family.

The room was not clean enough for a new guest. Used tissues under the bed table, dirty room mirror, very dusty in general. The tissue box was empty and the toilet paper roll was at its end when I arrived. The emphasis was put on tipping the cleaning crew both with an envelope and on the bathroom mirror, but it was not up to standard.

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the room's layout. It had a kitchenette, fridge and microwave oven. Good size closet for winter coats and boots. Bed was comfortable with extra blankets. The room came with a gas fireplace. Makes the room cosy and warm after a winter outing. The room was very clean. The front desk agent was friendly and answered our questions. We will definitely come back!

Good things: large room (queen bed and 2-seater sofa bed) with table and two chairs, tiny kitchen, great staff, clean bedsheets, clean bathroom, clean towels, small balcony, parking, central location. Not so good things: that small balcony is at the back of the hotel (view of the mountain and the very noisy Highway 15), very weak Internet service, nice 40" TV with horrible sound, TV remote with buttons for Netflix, etc., but no Netflix etc., electric fireplace that didn't work (if something is there, I want to use it).
Good things: large room (queen bed and 2-seater sofa bed) with table and two chairs, tiny kitchen, great staff, clean bedsheets, clean bathroom, clean towels, small balcony, parking, central location. Not so good things: that small balcony is at the back of the hotel (view of the mountain and the very noisy Highway 15), very weak Internet service, nice 40" TV with horrible sound, TV remote with buttons for Netflix, etc., but no Netflix etc., electric fireplace that didn't work (if something is there, I want to use it).

I got two rooms. One (#301) was lovely, clean, cozy-my daughters randomly got to stay in this one. Unfortunately our room (#311) had a terrible stale popcorn smell, the bed was in the wrong place compared to where the TV is on the wall so we couldn't comfortably watch the TV, the couch was in the wrong place as a result, the air conditioning fan was SO LOUD (even on low) we couldn't sleep but we couldn't turn off the A/C either b/c it is July. Also, there was no artwork on the walls which made the room look super cheap, where my kids' room was really cute looking. So sadly, we ended up with a less than great stay, but the beds were reasonably comfortable and the view from the balcony was nice. Too bad the highway traffic was very loud or we would have slept with the balcony door open to air out the room and to be able to turn off the fan. The bathroom and amenities were fine. Coffee in the lobby is good. Desk service very good. I'm not one to complain or put a bad review but I feel the need to be honest. I told the staff about our room odour, ugly room, etc... they were nice about it. Didn't get compensated for that and didn't expect it but it would have been a nice touch. Oh well. Not sure I would book here again. Unless I could get room #301

Excellent location to shopping and dining. Rooms are a bit dated, yet clean and quiet. Beds comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Staff is welcoming and helpful. We have stayed here three times and will return!

Like: There is allegedly a gas fireplace and a kitchenette in each room. Dislike: Desk clerks. Evening clerk ignored us while he talked on the phone with a colleague. When I mentioned special requests he stated « Good Luck with that » When I asked the day clerk to reprogram the keys as one didn’t work, she gave me a dirty look and asked if we really needed three keys. Dislike. We never received housekeeping during day one, and were never advised that you must fill out a paper for towel requests and leave it outside the door. We ended up leaving without any of us having been able to take a shower. Dislike: Even the carpets in the hallway were never vacuumed. They were filthy. Huge spider webs hanging from the ceiling. On check out morning one staff member mentioned to the desk clerk that they had 52 rooms to turn over and that the laundry had not been done. Obviously this hotel doesn’t want to spend money on housekeeping staff. Please look for alternatives in the beautiful area.

We booked this hotel as part of a business trip for our team. We book hundreds of stays per year for our remote teams and always have good experiences with the accommodations we choose. When our team arrived, the receptionist refused to take our company credit card because we were not present, in person. They then refused to take our staff’s company Visa’s (they’re through a debit service and do not have printed names). After speaking with them on the phone directly, they wanted nothing to do with our credit card and our reservation. Their explanation was that there is a lot of fraud. Which in this case was completely irrelevant given the team called me and I am the card owner. All this to say, they refused our business, made an already long and tiresome day worst for a credit card we provided them with. I understand this won’t affect the majority of stays at this hotel, but if they can welcome guests like this, I’m afraid to think how they would deal with more serious issues.

The hotel was very nice and had a beautiful view! If you need new towels just ask they will give you. Overall we had a great stay and it was super close to all restaurants and ski mountains! 5 min drive away to everything!

Very clean and acceptable accommodation for 1 night. Just beware on the back one can hear a bit of road noise from the highway (not bad but if you are a very light sleeper might be best to face the front).

We stayed 2 nights (family of four) and it was awesome! Very nice rooms with large windows, big beds, a fire place and a kind of "kitchenette" in the room (microwave, mini fridge, sink, dishes...) Only a couple irritants : the young lady at the front desk and the cleaning lady aren't too smiley and pretty impatient/cold, there is no breakfast included, perhaps the restaurant doesn't even seem to be opened?! The pool area contains a small pool, a spa (broken and filthy), two showers and sitting areas. The pool is supposedly heated, but it was freezing! The elevator was broken. There was a deodorant stick underneath one of our beds...which made us doubt a bit of the cleaningness of the room even though it seemed pretty clean...

The jacuzzi had vomit in it and i was extremely disappointed. Front desk isnt available 24hours, vending machine is old, The remote needed batteries so i didnt get to watch tv. The room wasnt cleaned during our stay, but If you need a place to just rest your head then this location would be awesome, but if you're looking to enjoy Hotel or the space, this would not be First Choice. Having said that it wasn't completely terrible. It was just OKay

Je n'y retournerai pas. Les images sont loins d'être le reflet de la réalité. La chambre était ok sans plus, pas très entretenue. Il n'y a pas de restos comme sur les images et pas de terasse non plus comme sur les images.
