J'ai pilé sur des morceaux de je sais pas quoi, donc balaueuse mal faite. Couverture d'appoint chifgonné tassé dans un coin. Y a une cafetière et du sucre, mais pas de café. J'ai gelée toute la nuit, le climatiseur portable étant installer, pas moyen de fermer la fenêtre et le chauffage, même a 25 n'est pas parti. Il y a un foyer, mais c'est écrit de ne pas mettre de bois, que du papier!!! Il n'y a pas de matériel a brûler dans la chambre. Je suis restée embarrée à l'extérieur plusieurs fois en voulant utiliser le balcon, où il n'y a qu'un kit patio pour 2 chambre. Sans compter la réception où il était très dure de se comprendre vu la barrière de la langue orientale. Il y q un Jaccuzzi mais l'on doit payer un supplément. Il y a une piscine pour vous baigner, vraiment à vos risque

The room was clean, big bathroom and plenty of towels. Heated pool was a big plus and was walking distance to main street shops and restaurants. What we didnt like was the noisy a/c. For a 1 night stay it was well worth it.

Pool was dirty and merky. Had to ask owner if they were vacuuming it and clearing it up with chemicals. It was like this on arrival and was there 2 nights. Still on the morning of departure you could barely see the bottom. Grass not cut. Sling chairs need replacing as they are torn and easily a heavy person can fall through

Lundi 28 Novembre 2022 Le Motel est très propre il y avait tout ce que j’avais besoin dans la chambre. Le Monsieur à la réception était serviable, il a réglé de suite mon petit problème. La femme qui fait les chambres était souriante, gentille, douce elle m’a aidé aussi. Je vais retourner à Jolibourg parce que le personnel est gentil et le Motel est bien situé.

Bathroom had not been vacuumed; there were dustbunnies and hair alongside the walls. When we requested additional towels the receptionnist gave a big sigh, got up went to the next room to get them and handed them over. The attitude displayed gave off the vibe that we were disturbing her.

I was first given a room that smelled of smoke, though the property was nonsmoking. The innkeeper did give me another room that night, but it had visible dust and hair in the bathroom (including dirt on the toilet seat) and the room door was broken - we found out our second day it was not locking. Though they promptly fixed it, we had to check and ask them to juggle the lock the following days every time we left the room. I would not go back.

La chambre et l’hôtel à nettement besoin de rénovations , sur le plan sécurité(pas de détecteur de fumée) , propreté , meubles tout dépareillé, tablette croche qui soutient la télévision , literie des années 1970 , couverture sur le canapé pour le cacher, stores verticaux qui laisse entrée la lumière , tuyau qui mène à l’extérieur pour la climatisation pas enlever , bref 200$ pour ça ? Non merci .

Close to grocery store and restaurants. Rooms were VERY outdated , nothing like the pictures shown. Good if you are staying for one night to sleep and go .

The property is located in the old section of town, lots of dining options within easy walking distance. The reception was not particularly courteous. Granted we arrived in the midst of an incredible cold spell, the room had not been adequately warmed up when we arrived at around 6:00 pm. By this I mean it was seriously cold in the room. When we returned from dining at around 8 it was no better. The room was finally comfortable by mid-day the following day. When this was mentioned at the reception, there was no apology, no offer of reimbursement or little extra compensation for the discomfort. The room was not in the best of condition, cracked paint, and the sound transference from surrounding rooms was quite striking. I would not return.

It was long before the attendant open the office door to check us in. We arrived at 20:50 hrs. The door key fob did not work. We had to go back to get the hotel attendant to reprogram the fob Room is ok for the price and comfortable.

The tenant was extremely impolite and rude. He gave us a room that would not lock. After that, he gave us a room that was already occupied. When we told the tenant that, he gave us back the room we had in the first place by telling us that it was repaired. We refused, because he wasn't able to repair the door. We are not stupid. Then, he started to shout and to be extremely rude and impolite. The WORST experience in a hotel I've ever had. We asked for a refund and he told us that Expedia was responsible for that matter. We texted Expedia and they confirmed to us that the tenant was the one who could refund us. He lied to us to get rid of us. That's what I call a theif. Don't ever book a room in that hotel.

The room was clean, so if one doesn't care about blanket with holes it is okay. For one night stay the motel probably okay and yet, it seems a little overpriced. Location is good and they have an excellent cafe nearby White et cie-open from 7 am. The cafe is highly recommended

I often stay at this hotel for 1 or 2 nights and meets my needs for a short stay. There is a pool but i have never used it but looks nice. It is walking distance to Baton Rouge and a few other restaurants. There is also a grocery a few min walk away. Overall great, convenient located hotel in Mont St Sauveur.
