We stayed here as we had an F1 day out at the Three Sisters circut. It was a great choice we had no complaints at all food was fab room immaculate breakfast plentiful. Only this is a pair of tongs to get the bread for toast would have been welcomed.

This was my second visit, reception was locked at 4pm when I arrived so I pressed the buzzer. A female answered asking if she coukd help, so I said I'd like to check-in, she then put the phone down and I stood around for 10 mins. I went into the pub, a female blanked me until she'd served a few drinks. I eventually got dealt with and was shown through to another area that wasnt visible for hotel guests. The hotel reception / foyer smelt of urine, some areas tatty

Visiting Haydock races, excellent location. Pub was great before and after racing. Short walk to and from the track. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
