Stayed 3 nights

Booked two rooms for a family trip. The A/C didn’t work at all in one of the rooms & only blew out hot air. I stayed in that room for two whole nights & didn’t get moved until the last night of our trip (rooms were booked side by side). Breakfast was good, staff was slow to resolve the issue. Housekeeping came by the second night to check it out & tried making it hotter to prove that the temperature changes but it was colder outside than it was inside the room. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful & attentive & brought up my concerns but it was out of his hands at that point. Anyway, overall an okay stay, wouldn’t book again at this location.

Suite was not as clean as the first time I stayed here. Carpets were stained, dusty areas, and there was a dirty sock in my suite! No, it was not mine. When I brought it to the attention of the hotel staff all I got was an I’m so sorry. No attempt was made to make it right. Spent almost $500 for two nights with taxes, parking fees, and all the additional fees tacked on. Breakfast was tough to get to, it was very crowded and there’s not enough tables available.

The property was very beautiful. The room was very nice but when I checked out at 8 o'clock that morning, I went to the front desk and asked if I could have a late check out. I asked for one, but she told me she could only give me till 12 30 12 o'clock. The man came knocking at my door saying that we had to leave. I told her that I had a 1230 checkout. She said, that's not on her list very rudely. Then she proceeded to tell me that she was going to go to the front desk and check. I said, please do that. Then when I checked out exactly 1230, Mary was at the front desk. When she proceeded to check me out, I said, can I get a receipt? That's when she informed me that there was a $15 fee for the room I said when I checked in, nobody told me about that. I don't mind paying the $15. It's just the principle of it when I told her about the maid service and I told her about the parking she cocked an attitude with me when I told her that I was going to write a survey regarding that, then she waived the fee.. this property doesn't communicate with their maid service of what's going on. At 12 o'clock, I had company over talking business and then I get a knock at the door rudely by maid after I was already told from the front desk, employee not Mary, but the other lady. That was there at eight o'clock that I can stay till twelve thirty. When You call then on miscommunication , they get very rude at the desk. We pay a lot of money at this property and don't deserve rudeness.

Stayed 1 night

We stayed (3 adults) in a two room suite. It was large, comfortable, and more convenient than separate rooms. It was also less expensive than booking two separate rooms. The staff were dry friendly. The breakfast (included) was decent. The food was average, but there was a wide variety of choices and plenty of both hot food and cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruits.
