I like it that it is near the airport and that the property offers a free transport to the airport which is really convenient. The room is also clean and the amenities are good. Adding more choices of foods for breakfast is really nice.

i am not happy that there was a surprise $17 dollar parking FEE. not previously stated at the time of room purchase. The extra 17 a night throws the cost dynamics off, so much I will never return to this hotel

The air doesn’t go below 72 and it was hotter in the room than the hallways. I was told it can’t be changed. There is no water pressure in the shower or sink with the toilet and no where on hotels.coms website does it say $20 a night to park. That is crazy and you park yourself.

The entire hotel was being renovated. There was no breakfast and no telephone service. We had to walk through construction to get to our room and from the second day were woken at 730am every morning by scraping, hammering, drilling, sanding and loud talking by the contractors. The only reason we didn't leave is because we passed the time to refund. We also received a message the same day of check in that the hotel was under renovation nov through feb.

The property was undergoing a renovation of their lobby and the fourth floor. I was not made aware of this when I booked the trip three months ago. I only found out by email the day before I left for my trip. It was a mess! The lobby was almost nonexistent. There were workers everywhere, and they still put out their complimentary breakfast in the lobby with all the construction going on. One elevator was out of order for the entire six days I was there. Once you stepped off the elevator on my floor, you say worn, filthy carpet, dirty walls, and the baseboards had been removed from the walls. My room was clean, but the bedding was old and not comfortable. I asked for a discount on my stay, or to be moved to another hotel, but the manager on duty told me they couldn’t do anything because I booked my trip through a third party, Expedia. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I would not recommend staying there until the renovation is over.

The ac unit in our room didn’t work and we reported it to front desk twice. We had to pay for parking which was expensive for not guaranteed parking spot since it was a small property. The pool was shut down.

It’s unbelievable and first time. I sent my 12 year old to take a shower. He came back and told me that he thinks shower is dirty. There was towels on the floor, rags in the shower, soap open on both sinks. Front desk was very responsive. But in my opinion I should have not been charged for stay or have a free nights.

The room and amenities are very old and air con is very very noisy . Toilet leak water reported on the 1st day but no one come to inspect and repair during the whole stay. Expedia shows daily house keeping but actually it was once every other day. Morning breakfast is available but not that great.

Hallway smell in 2nd floor was horrible. Not in the room but it smelled like wet dirty carpet throughout once you get out of the elevator. Called ahead of time to see what breakfast was offered they said bacon and they served a dry chunky disgusting sausage. The rooms could hear all the noise outside. People walking and talking. Doors closing and bangings on walls. It kept waking us up. The lobby was clean and smelled great and the front desk was nice it wasnt until we got to the room we were a bit dissapointed

Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The check in and check out process was smooth. The bathroom could have been cleaner: shower curtain changes, clean faucets, etc.

The hotel is very clean, staff at front desk was pleasant and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok. We didn’t use pool but it looked nice. Area around hotel was safe. If you are new to this area best street to find food, shopping, groceries, etc. is Bristol Ave which is a short drive. We would stay here again.

Water is not clean as bad as in Florida & Towels had coffee smell in most of all I hope it was a bad luck!! It was not pleasant almost but slept well!!

Loved the lay out of the rooms, everything was clean and check in was smooth. But both bathroom/shower doors were broken upon check in. Which when sharing spaces with friends was frustrating. One door could not open at all since it was off the sliding track. Staff was great and sent someone up immediately to fix it however.

They were out of wheelchair accessible room and gave us a regular room because they were out of it. The room was so narrow that the chair coudn't pass through the bed and the dresser. I asked for a change to a bigger roomm and the staff suggested an extra room to accomodate but the manager denied the request. We ended up moving to a different hotel late at night on July 4th. But we are glad we did, the condition of the room was so poor anyways.

A computer issue kept me waiting an hour & 1/2 for a room key. (I had been driving for 3 hours & hadnt eaten) There was only one elevator working. Sacks of dirty linen were stashed in the corridor. There were no tissues or amenities in the room. The front desk staff tried to be helpful.

Sarah, Saj and Raish were the night folks at the desk and made my stay comfortable. They managed the Karen's with grace and for us regular travelers were a fun group of folks to deal with. I got ideas of what to do with my spare time in a new city, where to eat, etc. Nice place for travelers and families. Everything was clean. Thanks. H.

The room was not clean at all. We called for extra pillows for the sofa bed and they told my husband he’d have to come downstairs to get them. They said they don’t take them to your room. Also, the breakfast was horrible! Never again will we stay there.

5 min to John Wayne airport. The staff allowed early check in which is super helpful to us. Hotel is great. Breakfast is good! Coffee is good and that says a lot. We booked again for a couple more upcoming business trips in the area.

Close to SNA Airport and easily accessible to HWY 55, 405 and 5. Not much to do around the hotel so you will need to drive out, but it's just a short drive to most restaurants, stores around that area. Hotel is relatively updated and clean. Felt reasonably safe around the area since it was mostly small business/office type buildings.

We were really disappointed with our stay. We typically stay at Springhill’s and enjoy our experience but this was far from pleasant. They now charge a fee for parking (I was unaware of that at time of booking). The breakfast was a complete disaster every morning. No coffee, etc. Only one woman running the whole place at times, and seemed overwhelmed. The rooms are very dated. Will not stay again.
