Nice location for bucks game. Didn’t like the $38 valet only parking option.

It was a fantastic location. Nice fitness center, too.

Needs a parking area for customers.

Beds were comfy & staff was great! Rooms were a bit small but we mainly used it to sleep so it served our purpose! Love the look and feel of this hotel however we ordered some food before we headed to the Fiserv for a concert, came back & realized we had no microwave or fridge in our room. Then went downstairs & asked if they had one and stated there was not one even on the property.. which we thought was extremely odd.. but besides for that. All was good!

I wish the pool was open later than 10pm, at least for adults. Quality room and attentive staff.

VERY puppy/dog friendly with our 12 week old English Cream Golden. Just wish we could access the stairs from outside so we didn’t have to walk all the way back around to the front door to get back in. Also, the text feature for the valet didn’t work. Took 25 mins to get the car.

The hotel was very close to everything on our downtown Milwaukee agenda,.Maders restaurant,Hofbrau bierstube,which has great deals(brat with a stein of beer,for example} and moreThe Aloft staff were all very friendly who did everything to make our visit easy and comfortable.Very clean.Nice bar!

The decor was very unique...modern..Lobby, bar and pool area was conducive to friendly interactions with other guests.

Valet Service, $45 a day; car parked 20 feet in front of door. The lighting in the room was limited and dim. No amenities worth paying this much for a room. Disappointed at the 'lackluster' experience.

Well we got there and tv has no signal and then called front desk he come and said if he doesn't have another box to switch they can give as a discount also room was very dusty he open the air conditioner unit and omg was full of dust room was 3039 so they can.go and check windows seal was dusty also me as a person with allergies now that

Convenient, modern, clean!

The bathroom in my room was kinda trashed, making me feel cheated out of the money I spent on this booking. Broken toilet seat, towel shelf had obviously been ripped off the wall at some point, scratched the wall and left unpainted, and somebody put the shelf back up halfway, it was still loose, the concern of the shelf falling off the wall and hitting me in the head while using the toilet is very real. (I took photos and video of everything.) The sliding door was all chewed up on the bottom (more pictures). Had to jiggle the handle on the toilet to make it flush. Pillows were flat, and I woke up several times throughout the night having to readjust. All this without mentioning the maid staff was very unprofessional, loudly arguing about work duties in the hall in the morning. All the things about this hotel that I saw and heard resembled a hole in the wall motel, not a marriott brand hotel.

Great location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Rooms were small, but bed was comfortable and rooms were very clean.

Room was not cleaned that well. Shower leaking water out. Issue with shower causing damage to wall and floor. Took shower and water flooded the whole bathroom.

Clean room, comfortable bed and very friendly staff from the check in staff to the cleaning staff who always struck up a conversation in the elevator. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This property was very beautiful in pictures but in person I did not match. My bathroom was dirty. There were stains in the toilet and hair in the shower. The sheets on the bed make me itch. The front desk manager was very polite, she moved us to a different room.

Very enjoyable 2 night stay. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was inviting. I didn’t find the pillow situation very comfortable. The Tv remote was iffy. The breakfast offerings were adequate and tasty. The staff were very polite and helpful.

On the good side, the staff was amazing. Front desk team very friendly. Bellmen ran to our car once it was valet parked to get our jackets we forgot in the car. Really great team! The hotel itself is in severe need of renovations. Our hotel room was disgusting. Something sticky was spilled over the top of the refrigerator and housekeeping missed cleaning that. Fridge was propped up on some odd side table. Black out blinds still let light in. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls. Just overall dirty & run down. We have stayed here in the past multiple times but this will be our last. We stayed there to be close to the Fiserv Forum, but there are plenty of other hotels that are close which we will stay at instead. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had really enjoyed our stay until my shower in the morning. I let it heat up a little bit and as the glass panels steamed up you could see someone had drawn a large picture of a male part on the glass panel, not the door side. It gave me a big ICK as I was then questioning the cleanliness. Everything looked clean but I wonder how often that panel is scrubbed or wiped down. I did let the front desk person know when we checked out. She was nice but it would have been nice to get an offer of some type of compensation. It was just such a bummer because we really enjoyed the room and had a great view of the Fiserv. The front desk staff at check in and check out were very nice though and the valet's were amazing. I would probably still recommend the Aloft but I would have some reservations after the bathroom experience.

Convenient location, my room faced the bridge which can be noisy but they provide ear plugs. Very clean and comfortable.

The staff were amazing. Valet was easy and quick. The room was fine. There were NO USB ports anywhere in the room - we've stayed in cheap motels that have them - it made the room seem really dated. So nowhere to charge your phone. Also would have been nice to leave a card in the room or front desk to let us know there is no daily housekeeping. This is a minor thing, but irritating - there is absolutely nowhere by the sink to hang the hand drying towel. So the sink is outside the room where the toilet and shower are. There's no hook or rail - where do you put the towel? Outside was super noisy at 2 am - not really a complaint, we travel all over to major cities, but I can see someone absolutely hating the noise.

Overcharged, tv doesn’t work, shower head broke so couldn’t shower either.

I booked a 2-queen bed room for my family of 3 and there was no door on the bathroom and a flimsy sliding door that doesn't close all the way or lock in the area with the toilet and shower. So no privacy and not comfortable for any of us. There were several wedding after-parties in the hotel on the night we stayed and they were loud and partying until 2am. Overall, the hotel could use some updating, as it looks a little run down. Customer Service, however, was very good.

Literally the most comfortable beds ever! A tv with Netflix and a waterfall shower what more could you want.

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff. Clean hotel and comfortable bed. The noise from the street was very noticeable at night. Especially when a concert ended and traffic picked up late at night.

What I didn't like was they charge me $200 up front to stay there and did not return it when I left they told me 3 or 5 days wasn't too happy about that. I think Expedia should tell you this up front. I stayed in a river view room right next to the metal corrugated bridge that was so noisy I hardly slept and in the morning I found earplugs on the nightstand so this is nothing new! This hotel was built on the cheap! No bathtub, no bathroom fan, no closets with doors, other than that he was okay

Hotel would not refund for travel changes 2 weeks in advance. Terrible service and would highly recommend you choose differently.

Overall had a great stay. Check in was tough because there was a larger group all trying to check in and the rooms werent clean so we couldnt check in until 530 which was fine because there are plenty of bars/restaurants in the area but the woman checking us in was clearly frustrated and not exactly friendly. Totally understandable. They gave us free breakfast to make up for it so we were definitely taken care of. hot breakfast options were delicious and the little store had a good selection of snacks. Would recommend this property and stay here again!

Ask for an iron for the room, staff member was asking me like 30 questions why I needed one? Once they dropped one off later in the night, I went to use it finding out the cord was severely frayed and sparking. I went down to the desk for a new one, got the third degree again and then we got a non-working steamer...just wow!!!

When we checked in and went to our room it was still occupied. Went to the front desk twice to get room corrected. The third time I called the front desk (because I did not want to go downstairs a third time) and the woman who answered was very rude to me. Finally they gave me another room.

We rode 100 miles on bikes from chicago and Andrew was immediately so welcoming. The valet staff kindly took our photos and the bartender was so professional, quick and friendly. Fabulous atmosphere, comfortable room and we will stay here again if in Milwaukee

Aloft offers the convenience of the location to action in downtown Milwaukee and a clean, lively property. Two thumbs up to the staff for friendliness and service.

The staffs at the front desk are kind and friendly. Special shout out to Andrew who remembered our names for our entire stay.

This hotel was walking distance to the Fiserv, bars and restaurants. Room was clean, staff friendly and area nice. Expect to pay more for Valet parking and room due to location of events at the Fiserv?

There was so much street noise. You could not sleep at night. Listening to the cars cross the Is metal grate bridge right next to the hotel.

I went for a little staycation due to the heat and I needed a get away. This place was nice, it’s aesthetically pleasing, and it sits right on the lake. It has a bar with what looks like several options, and it’s partnered with a really good saloon house so the food is top tear I’d guess. Breakfast is an option too, you can charge it right to your room so that’s convenient. They even have vegan choices. They call it plant based but if you’re actually plant based you can’t eat any of it so pick something fresh up before the restaurants close. Lol Other than the aesthetics, and the little safe in my room, it was really regular. Which is okay with me. I was able to relax, and I slept GREAT! One thing that stood out to me though is, check out is at 11am.. room service/housekeeping was at peoples doors by 9:30/10am 😳 not a big deal though if you’re getting ready to leave anyway like I was so no deal breakers. It’s nice and clean. Valet was also nice, and helpful, and it was the most peace and comfort I’ve gotten in some time! Happy sleeping 😴 😌

We were there for a comedy show, the hotel was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, and I liked that it was clean in and around the hotel. I also liked the fact that they offered one free drink from the bar. I don't remember the bartender's name but she was also nice and made some great Margaritas. My only complaint is that our room did not come with a microwave, we had to go all the way to the 5th floor for a microwave only to find there wasn't one there. also, there was one staff member who was a little rude when I asked her about the microwave and also when we couldn't get into the room where the microwave was supposed to be.Besides that, this was a great place to stay

Very Modern No restaurant in the hotel

This hotel lists that it has a restaurant. It does NOT. Only a cocktail bar, they offer in room dining only with takeout from a restaurant across the street but who enjoys eating a steak in a double queen room without a table & plastic cutlery. Breakfast is by order only which you pay for, breakfast sandwiches are like cheap microwave frozen sandwiches, they were awful. Pictures made it look like the pool area had a hot tub, it does not. There was plastic sheeting hanging off the ceiling in the hallways. The back of the sink in our room had black mold on the caulking around the back which had a mirror right behind it so every time you washed your hands you just starred at the big black spot behind the sink. We stayed more then 1 night, housekeeping never came in to empty the trash, put more coffee packets in the room so we didn’t have to order and pay for coffee in the mornings, or take wet bath towels or offer new ones. Most hotels have switched to coffee makers that use K Cups, we brought our own k cups with coffee & apple cider, this hotel still is using the coffee packets with the grounds in a filter pouch so that was disappointing we couldn’t even make ours after housekeeping didn’t restock the room. We usually stay at the Trade Hotel when visiting Milwaukee but chose this location because of the pool this time. We will be back in January & March but we won’t be staying at Aloft we will go back to the Trade Hotel that’s for sure.

This is our new “go to” hotel in Milwaukee! Honestly our best hotel experience ever! Location is perfect, valet parking, great service, clean, and great bar and breakfast! Can’t wait to come back!
