Accoglienza alla reception pessima. Non ci hanno fornito nessuna indicazione per il parcheggio, WiFi o informazioni generali tipiche che si danno all accoglienza. Letto in camera rovinato con molle in rilievo. Cuscino macchiato. Parcheggi scomodissimi.

La struttura è in un posto accessibile, tutto sommato vicino a dei servizi di ristorazione. Una cosa positiva è la presenza al bar vicino alla reception di piatti pre-confezionati che il personale alla reception è disponibile a preparare, inclusi toast e piatti veloci. Siamo arrivati tardi, verso mezzanotte, quindi quello che dirò a seguito potrebbe essere influenzato da questo. Ho trovato il parcheggio completamente pieno e quello sotterraneo ha una rampa molto ripida e a mio avviso non è strutturato bene. Inoltre, pur avendo prenotato una stanza non fumatori, mi è stata data una fumatori che quindi aveva un forte odore di fumo. La stanza faceva vedere l’età o quantomeno l’incuria, in quanto diverse cose erano rotte. La pulizia non era delle migliori, infatti credo che quella stanza fosse stata data in precedenza ad altri che non l’anno voluta e per questo ci fossero impronte di scarpe anche nel bagno. La stanza non era insonorizzata e da una delle stanze vicine proveniva musica ad alto volume, che ha continuato ben oltre le 3 di mattina.

Chambre confortable et bien agencée. La salle de bain propre mais la chambre aurait pu être plus propre (aspirateur). Le petit déjeuné était pour nous excellent, un multiple choix de pâtisserie était à disposition et le personnel était agréable et serviable. Du pain sans gluten était à disposition, bravo !! Un très bon point pour sur la surprise que nous avons eu, des pétales sur le lit, je joins une photo. Parking souterrain pour les motards.

Ho ricevuto un upgrade gratuito e di questo sono grato. Camera confortevole, giuste dimensioni, pulizia nella norma. Alla sera organizzano un aperitivo che sembrava interessante. Colazione molto varia con ingredienti di qualità, davvero fuori dal comune. Se devo trovare un punto negativo è stato il prezzo: mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in meno ma nel complesso valutazione molto buona.

However, please note that this a premium motel transforming into a hotel so some rooms can be a bit dark, some finishing details are missing etc Overall very good stay if you are in the area and want to avoid the big hotel chains without missing out

I was able to check in early which was great! However upon checking in my room, all of the walls pretty much had water damage (so I was told) but I do not believe it was new. It looked like mold and I was not able to change my room. The two things that was great was I slept well/my room was always attended to, and the breakfast options were great. The room I selected had a sauna, so that made the stay a little better. I did not ask many questions such as where’s the gym etc… because I felt like I was being annoying to ask. The hotel is close to some stores but you would need to rent a car to get around. That’s not an issue. I’m not sure if I’d come back due to the room mold water damage issue. I feel that was messed up, when I showed the front desk photos, it was shrugged off,

I booked a hotel in Milan for my friends, for their honeymoon as surprise. On Sunday, two days before their departure, the hotel messages me to say that there is a fault with the junior suite and they are providing another room (a downgrade). Of course I was not happy with this as what I paid for was a junior suite and more importantly, the room was not for me - it was for their friends for their honeymoon. I asked them to refund the difference, as the room they were providing was a lot cheaper than what I paid for. They wouldn’t do this. Instead, the said they would do a free spa, refund me the money the €10 I paid for rose petals and candles to be around the room and leave a bottle of alcohol. I told them this is not acceptable as 1. My friends do not drink and 2. It’s a honeymoon. I also asked if they provide a shuttle service to which they responded no. Nonetheless, my friends went to the hotel and immediately they are met with renovations. None of which was stipulated at the time of booking. The hotel did not provide the decorative features I asked for, instead scattering some petals, some of which my friend said were burnt. Bed bugs were also present in the room. Really disappointed with this hotel, especially as the previous reviews seemed so positive.

The breakfast was Amazing! . Staff was very lovely, speaking English just perfect to communicate. From the airport to the hotel it’s only 15min driving but the taxi cost ( 45-70 €) for one way soooo expansive I was shocked. I had to pay 25 pounds for an earlier check-In which was okay and understandable. Unfortunately my worry during my staying was the heating problem and never works during my entire staying. My room was cold knowing the temperature dropped so it’s was terrible and I was in ground floor. Apparently the heating system works in a specific time during the day (6-10am) and (8-10pm).

The property was not as expected from listing but was reasonably good. the room was spacious and clean but do not expect a spa tub with the more economical rooms as the room was fairly standard but adequate with a stand-up shower. Our group had two rooms that were essentially the same but one of them did not have an electric kettle and was missing a remote for the tv. The reception area was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful, and the remote was replaced immediately upon request. Ice and cups were provided at the bar upon our request. there was climate control, but it was set for the building and was not adjustable per the preferences of the guest. There may have been other options or amenities on offer as there was a bar area with food items laid out but nothing was offered or explained at the front desk. Poor maintenance, we had two room in both air condition is not working, one room had broken shower knobs which made it impossible to take a shower, not ideal when you want to relax 8 hours before a flight in the morning.

Plan and simple the room was nice and clean. AC absolutely does not work though. I read all the reviews and the comments back from the hotel are snarky and make it look like customer error but in general it doesnt work. Cant open the windows or mosquitos will come in because there are no screens. There is nothing worth eating in the area. Best option is Mcdonalds. The biggest issue me and my partner had was when we asked for recommendations on where to eat, the receptionist gave us a scrap paper with some options. When i flipped it over later it was THE LEFT HALF OF SOMEONES PASSPORT. ALL INFORMATION WAS SHOWN, minus the right side of the photo copy. We went and asked the receptionist after discovering this if she photo copies all passports and she quickly said yes and hid some paperwork on the desk once we asked if she shredded them after or filed them. She said she filed them. The next day we talked to another receptionist and he pretended to not understand what we were saying and said they dont take pictures of passports. THIS IS A HUGE CONFIDENTIALITY ISSUE. Had we been someone else we could have stolen this persons identity. This hotel either does not have standard protocol for sensitive info or has a lack of care. I work with these forms for a living and never once have I given a photocopy of a passport to a random person. This is a security violation for any customer who goes to this hotel.

Service was excellent. Stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was excellent and abundant. Restaurant next door was also excellent. Was able to walk to shopping, less than a mile. Taxi to train. Train to Milan was about an hour ride so this location is outside the metropolitan Milan area, but close to Malpensa.

Chambre confortable et bien agencée. La salle de bain propre mais la chambre aurait pu être plus propre (aspirateur). Le petit déjeuné était pour nous excellent, un multiple choix de pâtisserie était à disposition et le personnel était agréable et serviable. Du pain sans gluten était à disposition, bravo !! Un très bon point pour sur la surprise que nous avons eu, des pétales sur le lit, je joins une photo. Parking souterrain pour les motards.

Elisa did a good job for our two rooms. One big bed for me and her and three single person bed for her kids, brilliant! Breakfast was okay, restaurants nearby were nice!
