Clean room in the new section, pool not maintained, Photos of thé pool are not accurate. Today it look like a dump. Clerk unable to find my réservation and reception called me at 10:15 pm qu’en I was sleeping to ask me why I am not there but I was in the room sleeping!! Reception old style very low quality hotel

STAYED FOR 1 NIGHT AS I HAD A LST MINUTE REQUEST TO GO TO QUEBEC CITY. THE HOTEL FRONT DESK CLOSES AT 23;00 BUT I WAS ABLE TO GET MY KEYS WHEN I ARRIVED AT 23:45 I WAS ITCHING ALL NIGHT AND WOKE UP WITH MY REAR END COMPLETELY CHEWED OFF BY BED BUGS. I CAUGHT 1 AND TOOK PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF IT. I NOTIFIED THE FORNT DESK MANAGER BY PHONE AND EMAIL SENDING THE PICTURES OF THE BUG AND MY REAR END BITES. HE CLAIMS THEY INSPECTED THE ROOM AND NO BUGS WERE APPARENT. I TOOK PICTURES AND VIDEOS AND STILL DECLINE RESPONSABILITY.

It was pathetic. As soon as I entered the room I saw a spider crawling on the pillow. After this, I read reviews of the hotel and saw a guy posted of large number of bed bugs as well. Terrible experience.

For the price point (very reasonable on the budget) it was much better than I thought it was going to be. The room was spacious, recently renovated, good bed, quiet and had a pristine new bathroom.

Good location, good service, good bed. Cons: bathroom old with bad lights, water in the shower is too weak. Room 108 Lots of noise coming from the second floor. Sounds like a dog or toddler running none stop

It really looks like a motel. Front desk reached out to us because we arrived late. The family room is exactly like photos. It’s very big. Beds and pillows are comfortable.

It was a good price. The bed was well used, but the bathroom has been recently remodeled and was nice. The room was clean and the the neighbors mostly quite. Go for a second floor room because the first floors can be noisy from upstairs walkers. I thought it would be easier to get to the downtown, but it is not as convenient as it seemed by the map. Not a lot of amenities around either. As I said, it is good for the price.

Very nice hotel, I stayed there 4 days. The place is very clean and comfortable. Issam at the reception was very welcoming and other staffs as well during my whole stay. I went there for a hiking trip, all mountain are nearby. Would definitely recommend and come back. Thank you

We stayed at this hotel for a night and it was really worth it. The room and washroom was spotless. Enough parking on the premises. Staff was friendly enough to support in English. Definitely consider to stay next time if I am in Quebec again!

A mon arrivee, l'image et le son de la tele etait saccadé. Jai avise la personne en place et elle a fait un reset du modem. Mais rien na changé. Et jai eu limpression que je derangeais cette personne.. Sous la porte exterieur, une assez bonne fente permettant a lair froid exterieur de penetrer. Ce doit couter cher de chaffage... Un depot de 100.00 ma ete demandé . Jai demandé pourquoi et la personne navait pas lair tres sur de la reponse a fournir. Bref, jimagine que cetait au cas ou je briserais quelque chose, mais pas aussi clair en discutant avec la personne sur place. Pour le prix, cest surement ainsi a plusieurs endroits jimagine...

We did not end up staying there, as we didn’t have a good experience in the check out. They guy at the reception was super rude and ignorant first of he had so much attitude and when we asked him that we only need it for one day he kept saying that the owner is not here i can’t cancel it and then he faked the onwer called his freind and ask him to act like owner and as he came and tried and ask us fhat u guys have an isse with fhe room?? And we started fo explain the situation and he went in and end up booking a room then we understood that he is lying about it. Then we didnt feel safe to stay there. So we did not stay at that hotel.but i meber recommend anyone to go there

Good location for 1 night and we had a car. If you dont have a car public transport anywhere involved a long walk either end. There are restaurants in driving distance. Hotel provided tea and coffee in the foyer which is always welcome. Bed was large and verery comfortable with 2 decent pillows each.

Premièrement il ny a aucun dejeuner continental inclus, la douche est pleine de moisi dans les joints de ceramique, le bureua est ouvert de 7 a 11 pm seulement . Pas de cafetiere dans la.chambre, pas de crayon pour écrire. Meme sur leur enseigne exterieur cest ecrit déjeuners continental et bar . Aucune ee ses options sont valides . Et en surplus il ne font pas tarif corporatif . Premiere fois et derniere fois que je me fait avoir avec cet endroit.
