Excellent hotel. One bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedding. Aircon worked well.great to have an indoor pool. Access to club facilities.

The inside pool was closed. The timer on the outside hit tub was only 5 min. The tennis balls were flat. The outside pool looked like it was falling apart around the edges.

Way too much noise from renovations.. which are played down when booking. Its actually jackhammering which resonates through whole tower for hours on end

A great location. It was a bonus to have free parking. Close proximity to the RSL club with great food. It was a bit confusing which of the twin towns we were in. We went to the wrong apartment level from the carpark lift. Maybe more signs ir directions from the reception

Very close to the event we attended however the apartment itself was quite old and tired looking. The apartment was very dirty. We were horrified to find a large amount of mild throughout the shower (we have photos of the mild). We don’t feel that our stay was good value for money.

The location is very good especially for access to the Twin Towns Services Club. On arrival there were wet towels in the bathroom from the previous guests and housekeeping was not done until late afternoon most days.

Staff were great. Cleanliness of apartment was really poor. Sand kept coming out on leather couch, shower was very dirty, hand marks on glass doors. Needed a good vacuum throughout.

Great hotel in a great location - they gave us a room on the 14th level and the view was stunning. Plenty of places to choose for eating out and short walk to Coolangatta beach which was absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.

Double charged for room. Need more people on reception for such a big place. Didn’t appreciate someone walking whilst having a shower as in double booking the room

We had no water one day and no information about what was happening or why was filtered to guests - the queue at reception indicated many guests were impacted. An announcement of some sort should have been made given water supply is an essential service and guests should have been offered a complimentary breakfast or some sort of compensation. We will think twice before booking here again due to the lack of communication.

The room had a lovely view of the water on the 8th floor . The reception staff Kylie is a real stand out a valuable asset to Manta image. She was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our stay most enjoyable We would stay again .

Wrong bedding configuration had to wait over an hour after arrival after 3 visits to reception for separate beds. Nearly missed dinner, as I rang concierge to book for 5:30pm, she said not to book and just show up. Restaurant was so busy, i had to share a table with some other family, who I didn't know.

On check in was told room was not ready . Came back an hour later and stood in line for 40 mins even thpugh had done check in earlier , only to be told room was still not ready. Rang them 1 and a half hours later and was told to come in and they will sort something. Question is how long would it have been if i did not ring them ? So by time got into room day was over . Very very poor and no refund , discount was offered . Will never go to a Mantra again . Pay bloody good money to stay there and thats what you get .

The staff including the manager were rude, arrogant , and treated us as they did another customer like trash. The whole place , especially the rooms were so poorly cleaned that if we had of had the extra money we would have forfeited our $289 plus $200 bond and stay elsewhere. We paid $200 bond but they said would be returned in about 3 days. It’s only been 2 days so we will see.

Great accom walking to everything. Amazing view from our room. A little confusing for a Victorian as it’s on the border so the time changed dependent on where you were in the building but not realy and issue just unusual.

Lovely stay and view in studio apartment, which was equipped with bigger fridge than usual, toaster, kettle and microwave, although we had delicious breakfast for $36 each… it had every conceivable option… very yummy. Thank you.

Location of property , a block from the beach with fantastic views from our 2 bedroom of the river ways & oceans . Beautiful buffet breakfast available ( $30pp) and the ease of the indoor walkway to Twin Towns RSL next door with many restaurant options . Our 2 bedroom unit was very spacious although , beds were comfortable , although the unit is looking tired with a few holes in walls and couch very well worn. Would visit again , thanks Mantra

Such a great location to walk to the shopping centre and over the inside bridge to Twin Towns .We enjoyed using all the facilities e.g. mini golf, indoor and outdoor pools & spa and especially the buffet breakfast presented so well each morning.

Each morning at 7 am the rubbish trucks loading noise level is so bad it is impossible to sleep in. No consideration for guest’s wellbeing. Rooms are clean but way too small for the price.Gym equipment not maintained and worn out. The best experience was the dining amenities in the lobby area and the entertainment with music.
