We had all we needed during our stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants, lovely walk and was quiet even on the busy road. Parking our car was the only issue we were parked however another car parked in the parks close to the rooms and we were unable to then get our car out. It was a waiting game till that car moved.

Loved everything about this motel. Lovely swim on a hot day, spacious room with comfy bed, handy microwave, tv streaming, & the most scrumptious fruit toast I’ve tasted was included in the complimentary continental breakfast. A pleasure to stay here, will stay again!

It was clean and got a good price for 1 night. It's an old school motel that has been refurbed, so the car park right outside the front door and other guests can be noisy. However it was clean and everything worked well enough. the pool looked a bit dodgy but it is always a non issue for me anyway. A good place to crash for 1 night IMO.

Great location on the main road but you don’t hear the traffic. Plenty of onsite parking. They also offer a breakfast but we didn’t order it. I’d stay here again in future if I was in the area.

Wir waren 2022 Gast in dem Motel, weswegen wir es für unseren Urlaub im Januar 2025 nochmal gebucht haben. Nach unserer Erfahrung die wir jetzt gemacht haben, werden wir die Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen. - wir haben 2 mal schriftlich einen Late Checkin angefragt, keine Reaktion. Als wir gefragt haben ob Sie unsere Nachricht denn erhalten haben, wurde es bestätigt und geantwortet das Sie sich freuen wenn wir kommen. Ich hatte 2 mal über Expedia geschrieben und 1 mal eine E-Mail - beim hinzugebuchten Frühstück gibt es nicht mehr das Müsli, welches es 2022 noch gab und welches noch auf den Fotos sichtbar ist. Allgemein wird sich um das Frühstück nicht gekümmert/bemüht. Toast das leer ist wird nicht aufgefüllt. Die 2 Behälter für das schmutzige Geschirr wurden nicht geleert und quillten über - Die Zimmer werden nicht mehr gereinigt. Als wir nach ein paar Tagen zufällig das Schild "Please make my room" gefunden haben und auch angebracht haben, selbst dann wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Das einzige was stattgefunden hat, war die Mülleimer zu leeren und ein paar Kekse zu hinterlassen. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort, gereinigt wurde nie - Der Zustand der Zimmer zeigt einen Renovierungsstau, Einrichtung ist kaputt, z.B. Vorhänge sind zerrissen - Auf der Hausordnung steht, dass wenn man durch andere Gäste gestört wird, soll man die Polizei oder die Eigentümer anrufen. Wir wussten dann leider auch warum dieser Hinweis auf der Hausordnung steht, Gäste haben bis 0330h randaliert.

A nice tidy motel. Has all the basics that you need. We did have issues with our wifi dropping out (fixed with a restart of the router). Staff were very friendly and appreciated them being accommodating of our request for a later checkout.

We have stayed at Tweed Harbour many times but this was the first time in a room with a kitchenette. Although we didn’t use everything in the kitchen, there was a variety of cooking appliances - hot plates, frying pan, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave as well as a full size fridge. Great for a few days away!

Jade was very lovely and accommodating. I had day surgery around the corner, she didnt know me but came and picked me up and took me to the chemist to fill a script. Went the extra mile to have my room ready well before check in time of 2 pm. Would definitely stay there again. Room very spacious and beautiful rustic decor and so clean.

An older style Motel but ideal for our purpose. Spacious and with all necessary utensils etc provided. Good lighting particularly in the bathroom. Shower a little cramped & water temperature varies but acceptable. Continental breakfast in separate room adequate but not inspiring, could do with some fruit. Just 2mins walk to Tweed Club for meals which is very good though expensive for non-members. Overall loved the Motel & would stay again.
